Claims (4)
- Schließzylinder (10) mit einem Zylinderkern (15),der einen Schlüsselkanal (20) zum Einstecken eines Schlüssels und Aufnahmen (19) für Zuhaltungen (16, 17) aufweist,und mit einem Gehäuse (14), das den Zylinderkern (15) drehbar und axialfest aufnimmt,und mit wenigstens einem Hartmetalleinsatz im Kopfbereich (41) des Zylinderkerns (15), wobei der Hartmetalleinsatz aus einem ebenen Plättchen (31, 32) besteht,welches in Aussparungen (38) des Zylinderkerns (15) sitzt und dessen Plattenebene im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse (22) des Schlüsselkanals (20) verläuft, und wobeidas Plättchen (31, 32) eine scharfe Schneidkante (30) aufweist, die in unmittelbarer Nähe (37) zum Schlüsselkanal (20) im Zylinderkern (15) angebracht ist,dass die Aussparung längsoval ausgebildet ist, die das Hartmetall-Plättchen (31, 32) teilweise ausfüllt, wobei der Aussparungsrest von einem Füllmittel (35) verschlossen ist,und dass an der unteren Begrenzung (39) des Schlüsselkanals (20) ein weiterer Hartmetalleinsatz (33) angeordnet ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der weitere Hartmetalleinsatz (33) als plattenförmiges Segment des Zylinderkerns (15) ausgebildet ist und seine Segmentkante (40) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Schneidkante (30) des ersten und ggf. des zweiten Hartmetall-Plättchens (31, 32) verläuft.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hartmetall-Plättchen (31') an seiner die scharfe Schneidkante (30) aufweisenden Seite stellenweise eine Nut (44) besitzt, in welche Bereiche (43) vom Schlüsselkanal (20') eingreifen.
- Schließzylinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (14), unterhalb des Zylinderkerns (15), ein zusätzlicher plattenförmiger Hartmetalleinsatz (34) angeordnet ist.
