Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur thermisch-mechanischen Oberflächenbehandlung von Papierund Karton-Bahnen durch gleichzeitig oder unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgende Einwirkung von Wärme und Druck zur Herstellung von speziellen Papier- und Kartonqualitäten unter Verwendung von Abhäsivmitteln zur Verringerung oder Vermeidung der Adhäsion der Bahnen zu den bei der thermisch-mechanischen Oberflächenbehandlung eingesetzten Aggregaten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abhäsivmittel verwendet wird, welches Dicarbonsäure-dialkylester und/oder Ester von gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten C8- C18-Fettsäuren mit Glycerin, bevorzugt Glycerintrioleat und/oder ein- und/oder mehrfach ungesättigten C16- C22-Fettsäuren als abhäsiv wirksame Komponente enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 zur Herstellung von Möbelvorimprägnaten, latexverstärkten, lateximprägnierten oder latexbeschichteten und synthesefaserhaltigen Spezialpapieren oder gestrichenen Papieren mit hohen Latexanteilen im Pigmentstrich.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abhäsivmittel verwendet wird, welches Dicarbonsäure-dialkyl- und/oder - diisoalkylester von C2- C12-Dicarbonsäuren mit C1 - C13n- und/oder iso-Alkanolen als abhäsiv wirksame Komponente enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Dicarbonsäure-dialkyl- und/oder diisoalkylester Adipinsäure-diester von C1 - C6n- und/oder-iso-Alkanolen verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abhäsivmittel verwendet wird, das als ungesättigte C16-C22 Fettsäuren Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Eleaostearinsäure und 5, 9, 12 - Octadecantriensäure enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abhäsivmittel als ÖI-in-Wasser-Emulsion eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abhäsivmittel auf die Oberfläche des bei der thermisch-mechanischen Behandlung verwendeten Aggregats aufgebracht oder der Imprägnierflüssigkeit oder der Papierbeschichtungsmasse oder dem Feuchtwasser oder dem Dampf bei der Vorbefeuchtung zugegeben oder, bevorzugt kurz nach dem Imprägnier- bzw. Auftragswerk oder direkt vor der Glättwalze auf die Papierbahn aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abhäsivmittel wasserdampfflüchtig ist und direkt, vorzugsweise kontinuierlich, durch die Dampfleitung für die Dampfbefeuchtung zudosiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abhäsivmittel in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10,0 g/m2 Aggregatoberfläche eingesetzt wird, bezogen auf wirksame Substanz des Abhäsivmittels.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abhäsivmittel dem Dampf in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10,0 kg/h, vorzugsweise 0,2 bis 4,0 kg/h, bezogen auf wirksame Substanz zugesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion des Abhäsivmittels einen nichtionischen, anionischen oder amphoteren Emulgator, bevorzugt einen nichtionischen oder anionischen Emulgator enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papier- oder Kartonbahnen einen Gehalt unterhalb von 50 Gew.% Wasser aufweist.
