Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Betontrennmittel. Beton­ trennmittel sind in verschiedensten Zusammensetzungen bekannt und werden im Bauwesen bei der Erstellung von Bauten oder Betonbauteilen zur Imprägnierung von Schalungen verwendet, um die Haftung der Schalung am Beton zu reduzieren und damit das Entschalen des fertiggestellten Betonbauteils (z. B. Beton­ wand, Betondecke, usw.) zu ermöglichen.
Nachteilig ist bei bisher verwendeten Betontrennmitteln vielfach, daß diese den wachsenden Anforderungen, insbeson­ dere auch hinsichtlich der Umweltverträglichkeit, nicht gerecht werden.
Nachteilig ist bei bekannten Betontrennmitteln, die als Basis für das Trennmittel Öl verwenden, auch, daß sie einen Nährboden für Mikroorganismen am fertiggestellten Betonbau­ teil bilden, so daß eine Verwendung dieser Betontrennmittel im Trinkwasserbereich äußerst problematisch ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Betontrennmittel aufzu­ zeigen, welches die vorgenannten Nachteile vermeidet.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Betontrennmittel ent­ sprechend dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1 oder 4 ausgebildet.
Das erfindungsgemäße Betontrennmittel weist durch seine Zusammensetzung eine hohe Umweltverträglichkeit auf.
Bei einer Ausführungsform Erfindung wird als Lösungsmittel Wasser, beispielsweise destiliertes Wasser verwendet. Als Wirksubstanz bzw. Wirkkomponente weist das Betontrennmittel wenigstens eine organische Fettsäure, und/oder ein orga­ nisches verseifungsfähiges Mittel in Form eines Pflanzenöles auf, und zwar zusammen mit einem die Emulsion stabilisieren­ den Emulgator oder Tenside, vorzugsweise ebenfalls pflanz­ lichen Ursprungs.
Bei einer anderen Ausführungsform wird als Betontrennmittel eine Silikon-Emulsion verwendet, der die Wirksubstanz bzw. Wirkkomponente beigegeben ist, und zwar bevorzugt mit einem Anteil von 1-10 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf 100 Gewichts­ prozent Betontrennmittels. Da Silikon oder Silan organisch schwerer abbaubar sind, können Bakterien auch nur langsam wachsen. Aus diesem Grunde ist dieses Betontrennmittel auf Silikon-Emulsion-Basis auch für die Verwendung bei Beton­ bauten im Trinkwasserbereich, z. B. Trinkwasserbehälter geeignet.
Das erfindungsgemäße Betontrennmittel weist weiterhin optimale Trenneigenschaften auf und stellt eine optimale Farb- und/oder Putzhaftung am jeweiligen Betonbauteil sicher.
Entsprechend der ersten Ausführungsform enthält das er­ findungsgemäße Betontrennmittel enthält in Mischung einen Ölanteil, der ausschließlich von wenigstens einem Pflanzenöl gebildet ist, und zwar bevorzugt von Raps- (Rüb) Öl und/oder Sonnenblumenöl, und der 1-10 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Betontrennmittels beträgt. Weiterhin enthält das Betontrennmittel Emulgatoren oder Tenside, bevorzugt ebenfalls pflanzlichen Ursprungs sind, und zwar in einem Gewichtsverhältnis Emulgator und/oder Tenside : Ölanteil zwischen 1 : 10 bis 1 : 5. Der Rest ist dann Wasser, be­ vorzugt destilliertes Wasser.
Als Emulgatoren pflanzlichen Ursprungs eignen sich solche, die für Lebensmittel zugelassen sind, bevorzugt wird Rizinus- per-oxylat verwendet. Es können aber auch andere pflanzliche Emulgatoren Verwendung finden.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das erfindungs­ gemäße Betontrennmittel folgende Zusammensetzung auf:
Raps- oder Rüböl und/oder Sonnenblumenöl 1-10 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsprozent des Betontrennmittels;
Rizinus-per-oxylat 10-20 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf den Anteil an Raps- oder Rüböl;
Rest Wasser.

Claims (7)

1. Betontrennmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in wäßriger Emulsion als erste Komponente wenigstens eine Fettsäure und/oder ein verseifungsfähiges Mittel in Form eines Pflanzenöl und als zweite Komponente wenigstens einen biologisch abbaubaren Emulgator und/oder ein biologisch abbaubares Tenside enthält.
2. Betontrennmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Emulgator und/oder das Tenside pflanzlichen Ursprungs sind, vorzugsweise ein für Lebensmittel zugelassener Emulgator.
3. Betontrennmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der die zweite Komponente bildende Emul­ gator Rizinus-per-oxylat wenigstens zum Teil ist.

Betontrennmittel nach Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß, der Anteil der ersten Komponente bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsprozent Trennmittel 1 : 10 Gewichts­ prozent und der Anteil an der zweiten Komponente 10-20 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf die erste Komponente beträgt, wobei der Rest Wasser, beispielsweise destilliertes Wasser ist.
5. Betontrennmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Silikonemulsion als Wirkkomponente wenigstens eine Fettsäure und/oder ein verseifungsfähiges Mittel in Form eines Pflanzenöl enthält.
5. Betontrennmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die erste Komponente oder Wirkkomponente bildende Pflanzenöl Raps-oder Rüböl und/oder Sonnenblumenöl ist.
6. Betontrennmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Zusammensetzung:
Raps- oder Rüböl und/oder Sonnenblumenöl 1-10 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsprozent des Betontrennmittels;
Rizinus-per-oxylat 10-20 Gewichtsprozent bezogen auf den Anteil an Raps- oder Rüböl;
Rest Wasser.
