Claims (6)
- Verfahren für das Abgießen einer einen Formkasten aufweisenden Gießform (1, 2) von unten in steigendem Guss mit einer Gießmasse (7) aus einem Gießbehälter (5, 6) durch einen Steigkanal (4), der für die Einströmung der von unten in die Gießform (1, 2) aufsteigend einlaufenden Gießmasse (7) im Formsand der Gießform (1, 2) eingeformt ist, wobei unmittelbar nach beendeter Füllung der Gießform (1, 2) der Steigkanal (4) im Bereich des Formsandes unterbrochen und damit so verschlossen wird, dass die Gießform (1, 2) von dem Gießbehälter (5, 6) abtrennbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Formsand der Gießform (1, 2) ein nach außen hin offener Stempelkanal (15) eingeformt ist, dass der Stempelkanal (15) bis in die Nähe des Steigkanales (4) reicht und quer zur Achse des Steigkanales orientiert ist und dass durch Verschieben des Formsandes mittels eines Druckstempels (13) in den Steigkanal (4) dieser verschlossen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in dem Gießbehälter (5, 6) vorrätige Gießmasse (7) auf ihrer Oberfläche (11) einem pneumatischen Förderdruck (p) ausgesetzt ist und die Gießmasse (7) durch mindestens ein in die Gießmasse (7) eintauchendes, senkrechtes Steigrohr (8) und durch den mit dem Steigrohr (8) fluchtenden und mit diesem eine gemeinsame Steigleitung (4, 8) für die Einströmung der Gießmasse (7) bildenden Steigkanal (4) in die oberhalb des Steigrohres (8) befindliche Gießform (1, 2) gedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar, nachdem die Strömung in dem Steigkanal (4) unterbrochen ist, der Förderdruck (p) auf der Oberfläche (11) der Gießmasse (7) abgestellt wird.
- Gießform für die Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit einem Formkasten und einem darin in Formsand eingeformten Gießhohlraum für die Aufnahme der Gießmasse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Formsand der Gießform ein nach außen hin offener Stempelkanal (15) eingeformt ist, der bis in die Nähe des Steigkanals (4) reicht und quer zu der Achse des Steigkanals (4) orientiert ist.
- Gießform nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Stempelkanal (16) ein Pfropfen (17) vorgesehen ist, der in den Steigkanal (4) drückbar ist und diesen absperrt.
- Gießform nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steigkanal (4) parallel zur Formteilebene angeordnet ist.
