Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a form removable card, on the back of the form, the Area of the map at least partially covering one Backing material is glued, which next to a backing layer a peel layer that loses its stickiness when separated comprises and wherein the card a through the carrier layer in Form held by one from the front of the form punching produced up to the carrier layer Is die cut.
  • the invention also relates to a carrier material as well as a multi-layer material for forms of the aforementioned type as well as a manufacturing process.
  • a form of the aforementioned type is e.g. known from the WO95 / 20493.
  • the peel layer shows its typical Properties related to the map. That means that Peel glue layer towards the backing layer a permanent, for However, card developed a non-permanent adhesive effect.
  • the card can be removed from the form without glue; the Peel glue layer remains on the carrier layer. Since the Card is not sticky, e.g. as an ID card or the like can be used. Another property of Known peeling layer is that after the No longer removing the card from where it is exposed sticks. The form can therefore be used later and e.g. also be filed.
  • ID cards and other cards can be written on or printed on and therefore after the Form production e.g. personalization is appropriate can be.
  • Such lettering or imprint in particular with ID cards in the sense of a certain Counterfeit protection is also not easy after the fact can be changed.
  • the peel and the support layer at least one more Permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a cover layer provided for which is mostly a film.
  • the back The surface of the removed card is when using a Plasticized film and therefore advantageous against moisture and other influences protected.
  • a similar top layer is usually also on the front of the card.
  • a disadvantage of plasticization is that the Hardly label or print on the card after it has been removed leaves. Basically, it is known, a label or Printability of smooth film surfaces by applying a to allow special coating, but would be for a such coating at least an expensive, separate Operation required. With the common coatings would there is also the difficulty of integrating them into one Integrate sound system of the aforementioned type, as all currently known peel glue to these permanent liability develop a non-destructive removal of the cards would not allow.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a form at the outset specified type, in which the back of the card after after removing the card, it can be written on or printed over the entire surface is where the lettering or the imprint afterwards cannot be easily changed in which one separate pre-coating e.g. an inserted deck or Reinforcement film is not required and both the back surface of the card as well as that through the Removing the card in the form exposed surface after no longer stick after removing the card.
  • one separate pre-coating e.g. an inserted deck or Reinforcement film is not required and both the back surface of the card as well as that through the Removing the card in the form exposed surface after no longer stick after removing the card.
  • the peel layer comes with a Double function, through which a coating of the Foil surface in an additional and expensive operation superfluous (if a suitable coating at all could be found).
  • the peeling layer consists of one applied to it Labeling or an imprint hardly changed afterwards can be. This is especially true in the case where the Card back is formed by a paper material. From the inventive form and then extracted the labeled card is therefore more counterfeit-proof. In the case of a paper back of the card, it is replaced by the Schwarzlim Anlagen invention approximately plasticized and contains water-repellent even without the use of a film Characteristics.
  • composition can be selected for the peel in the peel layer: 70-90% Mixture of an ethylene-containing copolymer, a copolymeric ethyl acetate dispersion, an acrylic resin copolymer and a polyvinyl acetate polymer, 3-5% Aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate 1.5-2.5% 2-acrylic acid, 2 - (((butylamino) carbonyl) oxy) ethyl ester, 12-18% modified anionic pure acrylate copolymer emulsion, 0-1.5% Wetting agents, and 0.5-1.5% Aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanurate.

  • the polyvinyl acetate polymer enables as the best reemulsifiable and water sensitive Component printing the film, especially with ink-jet inks.
  • the aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate increases the Elasticity as well as the water resistance of the film and improved the film strength as well as the anchoring Plastic surfaces.

  • the Wetting agent lowers the surface tension and thus influences the rheology of the wet as well as the wetting the dry film by ink jet inks in a positive sense.
  • the aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanurate crosslinks the individual components and improved, as well as the aliphatic Polyester urethane acrylate, the adhesion of the film to the Carrier film.
  • the film hardness also decreases due to the cross-linking and the consistency too.
  • the above-mentioned peel composition is particularly good suitable for use in connection with polyester films, whereby one for both the backing layer and the top layer such a film can be used.
  • the different Adhesive effect on the carrier layer on the one hand (non-permanent) and the top layer on the other hand (permanent) can be in in this case through a suitable process control and / or different pretreatment of the mutual Foil surfaces can be achieved. So a permanent one Adhesion of the peel ledge according to the invention to the Cover layer used for example by a plasma, Corona or flame treatment of this film can be achieved whereas the same sound to that of the same, however untreated film only a non-permanent liability developed.
