Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a form with integrated, removable card according to the preamble of the claim 1.
  • Cards of this type are used because of their need folding several parts together when removing them and together to stick, commonly referred to as butterfly cards.
  • the invention further relates to a multilayer material for a such form.
  • a form is known from DE-U-94 14 972 in which in a substrate, e.g. a sheet of paper, by means of an interrupted punching or separating perforation two removable map fields are defined.
  • a substrate e.g. a sheet of paper
  • One of the card fields is provided with a release coating.
  • a Pressure sensitive adhesive is a transparent film on both card fields glued. After removing the card fields from the form the coated part of the substrate can be removed, so that in this area the pressure sensitive adhesive on the film is exposed. The transparent film can then be removed Glue on the exposed side of the remaining substrate.
  • the object of the invention is to create a form with removable Butterfly card that avoids the aforementioned disadvantages.
  • the handling should be simple and obvious should not be necessary, should be let the card pull out slightly, but until you remove it be kept securely on the form level.
  • the invention is also intended a suitable one for the production of such a form Provide multi-layer material.
  • a card present in two parts on the form is in the claims 3 or 4 specified.
  • Claims 12 and 13 relate to an embodiment, with respect to all parts of the card by a uniform layer structure is marked.
