Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a form integrated, removable card, the form be constructed in one layer, but in particular in multiple layers can.
  • the cards can be cards that are in the The form is practically ready and can only be removed have to. However, it can also be cards that are in the form not in their final layer structure but in several Share exist and for example by the user at Detach, if necessary after applying personalization, only ready to be assembled. Because it usually does Folding process is connected, such cards are also called Inscribed butterfly cards.
  • the cards can be designed so that they initially have the properties of self-adhesive labels or Self-adhesive labels are made from them, e.g. by subtracting one Release paper.
  • the cards can also be used as so-called vignettes can be formed, which are provided for this purpose are to be glued behind a sheet of glass, whereby they on its side facing the glass pane with a certain, possibly individual information is provided.
  • Forms with integrated cards of the aforementioned type are e.g. known from WO 95/20493 or EP-A1-0 733 490. Both known forms is on the back of the primary Form material glued to a carrier material, which is a Carrier layer and a peel layer includes.
  • the card is in the area of the carrier material by punching directly in the Form created, with the die cut from the front of the form up to the carrier layer of the carrier material is executed.
  • the achievable with this training and on the advantage of the special properties of the peeling layer The main thing is that the card is bridge free as well can be punched out all round.
  • the peel is like that set that his when removing the card Essentially loses stickiness.
  • Suitable Schwarz-kite of this type can indeed different principles can be realized, but these are all with a not inconsiderable effort in production and processing.

  • the invention as characterized in claim 1 solves the task of a form with integrated, removable To indicate card, which without Shulim and without one Carrier layer that does not form part of the finished Card is. According to the invention, this is done using a form reached, where the card with the surrounding material at least partially along its outer edge in the form (Card edge) over a bridge designed as a predetermined breaking line is connected, the material thickness along the bridge is consistently less than the total thickness of the form.
  • the bridge is advantageously through an inner or a outer sub-layer formed, with all other sub-layers from one or both sides of the form along the bridge on the edge of the card e.g. are severed by punching.
