Definitions
- the present invention relates to a form with integrated, removable card according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Cards of this type are used because of their need folding several parts together when removing them and together to stick, commonly referred to as butterfly cards.
- the invention further relates to a multilayer material for a such form.
- a form is known from DE-U-94 14 972 in which in a substrate, e.g. a sheet of paper, by means of an interrupted punching or separating perforation two removable map fields are defined.
- a substrate e.g. a sheet of paper
- One of the card fields is provided with a release coating.
- a Pressure sensitive adhesive is a transparent film on both card fields glued. After removing the card fields from the form the coated part of the substrate can be removed, so that in this area the pressure sensitive adhesive on the film is exposed. The transparent film can then be removed Glue on the exposed side of the remaining substrate.
- the object of the invention is to create a form with removable Butterfly card that avoids the aforementioned disadvantages.
- the handling should be simple and obvious should not be necessary, should be let the card pull out slightly, but until you remove it be kept securely on the form level.
- the invention is also intended a suitable one for the production of such a form Provide multi-layer material.
- a card present in two parts on the form is in the claims 3 or 4 specified.
- Claims 12 and 13 relate to an embodiment, with respect to all parts of the card by a uniform layer structure is marked.
- Claim 14 affects one e.g. can be stuck on as a vignette behind a glass pane Map.
- a first multilayer material according to the invention is characterized in claim 19.
- Claim 24 relates to a Multi-layer material especially for the production of the mentioned vignette.
- FIGS. 1a) and 3a There 1 denotes a form or a form sheet. This e.g. made of paper, on which any information a pattern or the like printed on one or both sides can be.
- a preferably rectangular, preferably in terms of area, is preferred smaller piece of a carrier material, which a carrier layer 21, a glue layer 22, a cover layer 23 and a first permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24.
- the Backing material 2 is by means of the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 on the back of the form 11, covering two areas B1 and B2, glued on. The two areas B1 and B2 border on the Grenzline G to each other.
- separating layer material 3 which comprises a base layer 31 which is coated on both sides with a Release coating 32 or 33, e.g. a siliconization, is provided.
- a second permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 41 is used to attach the interface material 3 to the The back of the form.
- the punched S1 turns the form sheet 1 into a diecut cut out that with the surrounding material of the form sheet 1 no longer has a connection and only due to the protrusion on all sides, not punched through Carrier layer 21 is held in the form sheet 1.
- the die cut in the area B2 comprises a first part K1 of the integrated butterfly card K.
- area B1 it comprises a second part K2 the integrated butterfly card K and an additional one Map A.
- the two parts K1 and K2 meet at the boundary line G to each other.
- the release paper layer 3 is a further web-free punching S2 executed between the two map parts K1 and K2, which however, only cut through form sheet 2 or until Permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 of the carrier material 2 reaches down.
- the punch S2 divides the aforementioned punch into the aforementioned card A and the actual butterfly card K with its parts K1 and K2.
- the punching S2 can be used at the same time the punching S1 as well as with the same punching tool become.
- the separating layer material 3 can be Map A, comprising layers 1, 41, 33, 31 and 32, from the Remove the form as shown in Figures 1b) and 3b). Because of the release properties of the further release coating 33 the separating layer material 3 can also be subsequently Peel off adhesive layer 41 of card A, creating a self-adhesive label A1 arises that is in a different location, e.g. on another paper substrate 8, can be glued again, as shown in Fig. 1c). By a suitable adjustment of the Separation values between layers 32 and 24 on the one hand and 33 and 41 on the other hand, it can be ensured that the separation initially takes place between the first two layers.
- part K1 of the glue layer is first 22 replaced in area B2, as shown in FIGS. 1d) and 3c) show. Then part K1 is folded down and part K2 glued in area B1, as shown by the figures le) and 3d).
- the cover layer 23 acts as a hinge during the folding process.
- the finished card K according to Fig. Lf) and Fig. 3e) are taken from part B1.
- a paper or film material can be used for the carrier layer 21 be used. Like the form, this can be a print job wear. It can be transparent or opaque. In the latter case, a print job would be on the card side Surface of the carrier layer 21 and on the back of the card initially hidden and would only appear when the cards were removed A and K visible.
- the card K the material from Form 1 on both sides of the material the top layer 23 of the carrier material 2 enclosed.
- the material of the cover layer is transparent are print jobs or other inscriptions recognizable on the form material and also sealed. Without destroying the card, they can no longer be changed.
- the cover material a film made of a water-repellent or waterproof Plastic material used.
- the butterfly card K according to the invention is particularly suitable for individual lettering, since the lower one in Fig. 1f) Area F1 of the material from form 1 on the form exposed in area B2 on the front of the form.
- the Card K can therefore advantageously e.g. used as identification card
- the recipient of the ID card has the option of Area F1 still has his signature before removing card K. to attach.
- By removing the card K it will be like explained, sealed.
- Its front surface is also F2 free in the form in area B1 on the front of the form can be individually, e.g. simultaneously with the area F1 the card K, be labeled.
- Card A is therefore suitable especially as a control card parallel to card K, whereby their training as a self-adhesive label is an additional advantage is.
- card A as a self-adhesive label is in the frame preferred of the present invention, but not necessarily required. So you could easily do the release coating 33 in the separating layer material 3.
- the interface material 3 would then be permanent over the permanent pressure sensitive adhesive layer 41 connected to the form material and the Card A is simply not self-adhesive. On the butterfly card K would have no influence.
- the form material on both sides is enclosed and sealed by the top layer the application of layers 2 and 3 on one side of the Form, which is advantageous from a manufacturing point of view.
- one Multilayer material can be assumed, which results from the Composite carrier material 2 and the separating layer material 3, the separating layer material, however, the carrier material covers the entire area.
- Such a multilayer material can be can be prefabricated rolled into endless webs.
- the backing of the form sheets 1 Before cutting and applying the multilayer material on the The backing of the form sheets 1 becomes the interface material 3 cut in half lengthways and a deducted from the two halves of the carrier material 2. By pulling it off is the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 of the half Carrier material exposed. To stick on the back of the form therefore only needs to be the surface of the remaining Interface material e.g. with a wet glue application (second permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 41). To the application of the multilayer material on the back of the form the described punchings S1 and S2 as well as S3 attached from the front of the form.
- Fig. 3 the two map parts K1 and K2 border on one of them two narrow sides together. You might as well order Be rotated 90 ° in Form 1, i.e. on one of their adjoin each other on both long sides. In general it is Rectangular shape is not mandatory. Others, e.g. round shapes, are possible insofar as they are at least partially folded down can be brought to cover.
- FIG. 2 differs from that according to Fig. 1 first by the fact that here instead of the separating layer material 3 and the second permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 41 only a release coating 34 on the back of the form 11 exists in area B1.
- the Card A consists only of the form material and the release coating 34. This is used in the production of forms before gluing the carrier material 2 in the area B1 first applied wet on the back of the form material. There one such wet coating associated with certain difficulties 1, the embodiment of FIG. 1 is preferred per se.
- FIG. 2 differs from that according to Fig. 1 also in that the two card parts are not adjoin each other at a border line, but mirror symmetry as well as a distance to one between the two areas extending line L are arranged.
- the die cuts for fixing of the two parts of the map can run all around in both areas down to the glue layer 22.
- the two card parts are glued K1 and K2 together by folding the form the line L. This can help facilitate precise folding be perforated.
- FIG. 4a shows an embodiment in which in the area B2 between the back of the form and the backing 2 a reinforcing layer 7 is inserted by means of one third permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42. This can be put together with the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 41 in the area B1 be applied as a uniform layer during production.
- the reinforcement layer 7 in the finished card K causes one Increasing their thickness and stiffening.
- the reinforcement layer 7 advantageously consists of the same material as Form sheet 1 itself. You can then e.g. in the same Work process printed on a branch line like the form sheet 5, as shown in FIG.
- Fig. 5 shows an endless web 12 of already printed form sheets 1, which are connected via perforation lines 13. Laterally connected to the web 12 from the form sheets 1 and with this is printed together with a branch line 14. This is on the location indicated by arrow 17 from the main track 12 separated and wound on a roll 15. The main train 12 is wound on another roll 16. A print job on the branch line 14 is designated 18. A print job appropriate size on the form sheets 1 in the area the later cards are designated 19.
- Fig. 6 shows an embodiment in which in the area of Card part K1 from the back in the carrier material 2 to in the depth of the glue layer 22 is punched out a window 25. Within the window 25 is possible from the back forth the card K also with an individual print or to provide a label. Provided for the top layer A film material is used to facilitate its printability or labeling in the window area additionally a matting 26 may be provided.
- Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which in the carrier material 2 between the backing layer 21 and the glue layer 22 additionally a copy layer 27 is provided.
- Copy layers are usually microencapsulated ink Form available as well as fibers for absorption under pressure released ink. If in this embodiment on the Surface F1 of the card part K1 by hand or by means of an impact pressure a label is applied in the Copy layer 27 an image of this inscription which after removing the two cards is exposed, as shown Fig. 7b) can be seen.
- Fig. 8 shows a multi-layer material, which also as a starting material for the production of forms of the above Type can be used.
- the permanent pressure sensitive adhesive layer 41 already pre-assembled and must therefore Not applied as a wet glue layer in the production of forms become.
- the advantage achieved in terms of manufacturing technology is significant since wet glue orders from the form manufacturer are often problematic and involve additional effort.
- the multilayer material can in turn be rolled up on itself is, the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 41 is in the right part 8 covered with a covering material 5.
- the covering material 5 can simply be a silicone paper, i.e. one with siliconization 51 cover paper 52 provided as a release coating his. It only serves the stated purpose and is used in form production separated from the other layers.
- a masking paper could help achieve rollability also, as shown in the left part of Fig. 8, the Backing layer 21 on the back with a release coating 6, e.g. siliconization again.
- FIG. 8 An example of one in four parts K11 - K22 in the form, can be individually labeled or printed on both sides Butterfly card is described below with reference to Figures 9 and 10 explained.
- There 1 again designates a form or one Form sheet, on the back 11, two areas B1 and B2 covering, a piece of a multilayer material glued on is.
- the multi-layer material corresponds uniformly to that in the right one Part of Fig. 8 shown after removal of the cover material 5.
- the multilayer material shown in the left part of FIG. 8 could just as well be used.
- the Adhesion between the back liner 32 of the liner material 3 and the first permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 of the Carrier material 2 is set weaker than the liability between the front release layer 33 of the release material 3 and the second permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 41.
- the cover layer 23 of the carrier material should also be transparent Be slide.
- the two die cuts correspond to parts K21 and K22 of the integrated butterfly card. Include in area B1 the two die cuts the parts K11 and K12 of the integrated Butterfly card K and two additional cards A11 and A12.
- the parts K21 and K22 comprise the layers 1 and 41, the parts K11 and K12 layers 23 and 24 and cards A11 and A12 layers 1, 41, 33, 31 and 32.
- form 1 first folded along line L1 and the parts K21 and K22 brought into line with the parts K11 and K12.
- the first in Form in area B2 exposed surfaces F21 and F22 the Parts K21 and K22 glue to those after removal of the cards A11 and A12 exposed sticky surfaces (permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24) of parts K11 and K12 in the area B1.
- the form is unfolded, the two separate Card parts K21 and K22 with their back surfaces from the front separating layer 33 of the separating layer material 3 in the area B2 off.
- 10c shows schematically the transfer of the card parts K21 and K22 from area B2 to area B1.
- Figures 9c) and 10d) show the form after this transfer in the unfolded again Status. The original ones are now in area B1 Back of parts K21 and K22 with their permanent adhesive coating 41 free.
- the transparent cover layers 23 are the original Surfaces F21 and F22 of parts K21 and K22 visible. As described, these are both on the form in area B2 front form surface and can therefore be both in one Operation with an individual print or the like be provided.
- a perforation can be used along the lines L1 and L2 as a folding aid be stamped.
- the card K that can be used as a vignette is in the form or form sheet 1 in two parts, designated K1 and K2 are.
- 2 again designates a piece of carrier material, which a Carrier layer 21, a glue layer 22, a cover layer 23 and comprises a first permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24.
- the glue layer 22 here comprises a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 220, in front of and behind each of which a (silicone) separating layer 221 or 222 is present.
- the carrier material 2 is by means of first permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 on the back of the form 11, covering two areas B1 and B2, glued. Liability between the front release layer 221 and the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 220 is weaker than the liability between the latter and the rear separation layer 222.
- the diecut produced in area B2 forms part K1 of the integrated one Vignette comprising layers 1, 24, 23, and 28
- On the surface F1 of this part of the card is the function the vignette has a specific print or an individual one Lettering applied. This is due to the black lines schematically indicated in Fig. 11.
- the Die-cut here exclusively from the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 220 existing second part K2 of the vignette as well as additional another card A, the layered part of the card K1 corresponds.
- the card A in one remove the first step from the form in area B1, as shown in FIGS. 11b) and 13a). Because of the greater adhesion between the separation layer 222 and Permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 220 remains on the carrier layer 21 back, but is thereby exposed.
- the surface F1 of the second card part K2 with the exposed permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 220 (map part K2) in area B1 to cover brought the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 220 permanently connects to the surface F1.
- 13a shows schematically the transfer process of the car part K1 from the Area B2 in the area B1 and Fig. Lla) the refolded Form after successful transfer. Because of the separation layer 222 can finally remove the finished vignette K from the form as shown in Figures lld) and 13b).
