Claims (14)
- Elektromagnetisches Relais mit einem Gehäuse (1,2), in welchem ein Magnetsystem (4) sowie ein Kontaktsystem (3) derart angeordnet sind, daß in der Nähe der Innenseite einer (ersten) Gehäusewand (23) ein beweglicher Relaisteil (5) angeordnet ist, wobei eine Aussparung (21) im Bereich dieser Gehäusewand vorgesehen ist, in welcher ein von Hand bewegbares Betätigungsorgan (6) derart beweglich angeordnet ist, daß bei dessen Betätigung von der Gehäuseaußenseite her ein Fortsatz (63) im Gehäuseinneren auf dem beweglichen Relaisteil einwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan ein Schwenkhebel (6) ist, der einen an der Gehäuseaußenseite befindlichen äußeren Hebelarm, einen im Gehäuseinneren befindlichen inneren Hebelarm (63) sowie einen die beiden Hebelarme (62,63) verbindenden Scharnierabschnitt (64), der in die einen Lagerschlitz (21) bildende Aussparung eingeklemmt ist und eine Schwenkbewegung des Schwenkhebels (6) um die Längsachse des Lagerschlitzes (21) gestattet, aufweist. - Relais nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerschlitz (21) im Bereich der Kante zwischen der genannten ersten Gehäusewand (23) und einer sich an diese in einem vorzugsweise rechten Winkel anschließenden zweiten Gehäusewand (24) ausgebildet ist und daß sich im Ruhezustand der äußere Hebelarm (63) annähernd parallel zu der ersten Gehäusewand (23) und der innere Hebelarm (63) annähernd parallel zu der zweiten Gehäusewand (24) erstrecken, wobei sich die Schwenkachse des Schwenkhebels (6) parallel zur Gehäusekante erstreckt und wobei der bewegliche Relaisteil (5) annähernd parallel zu der ersten Gehäusewand bewegbar ist. - Relais nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an den Lagerschlitz (21) angrenzender Teil (26;24a) der ersten und/oder der zweiten Gehäusewand (23;24) elastisch deformierbar ist und eine einrastbare Lagerung des Scharnierabschnittes (63), der gegenüber den beiden Hebelarmen (62,63) eine reduzierte Dicke aufweist, in dem Lagerschlitz (21) ermöglicht. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Lagerschlitz (21) zugewandte Abschlußkante (25) der (ersten) Gehäusewand (23) in Form eines Zylindersegmentes abgerundet ist. - Relais nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierabschnitt (64) des Schwenkhebels (6) die Form eines Hohlzylinder-Segmentes aufweist. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die (erste) Gehäusewand (23) auf ihrer Außenseite eine den äußeren Hebelarm (62) des Schwenkhebels (6) in einer Ruheposition versenkt aufnehmende Einbuchtung (27) aufweist. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite des Scharnierabschnittes (64) mindestens eine abgeplattete, mit der zweiten Gehäusewand (24,24b) eine Rastposition definierende Rastfläche (66) aufweist. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Gehäusewände (24) und/oder der Schwenkhebel (6) mindestens einen Anschlag (65;68;24c) zur Festlegung einer ersten Arbeitsposition bei einer vorgegebenen Winkelstellung des Schwenkhebels (6) aufweist. - Relais nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (65;68;24b) entfernbar ist, um ein weiteres Verschwenken des Schwenkhebels (6) in eine zweite Arbeitsposition zu ermöglichen. - Relais nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag durch mindestens einen seitlich an dem Schwenkhebel (6) parallel zur Schwenkachse vorstehenden Anschlagzapfen (65) gebildet wird, der in der Ruheposition des Schwenkhebels in einer Aussparung (29) des Gehäuses (2) liegt, in der ersten Arbeitsposition des Schwenkhebels (6) an einer Kante (28) der Aussparung (29) anschlägt und beim Schwenken in die zweite Arbeitsposition an der Kante (28) der Aussparung (29) abgeschert wird. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Relaisteil (5) ein mit einem Anker (44) und mindestens einer Kontaktfeder (35) gekoppelter Schieber (5) ist. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Hebelarm (63) in der zweiten Arbeitsposition mit dem beweglichen Relaisteil (5) verrastbar ist. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Relaisteil (5) entlang der ersten Gehäusewand (23) bewegbar ist und daß in dieser ein durchsichtiges Fenster (22) zur Anzeige der Schaltposition dieses Relaisteiles (5) vorgesehen ist. - Relais nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Relaisteil (5) eine Markierungsfläche (53) aufweist, die bei einer bestimmten Schaltposition unmittelbar an dem Fenster (22) positioniert ist.
