Claims (11)
- Wegeventil mit einem hebelartigen Betätigungselement (1), das um eine am Ventilgehäuse (2) feste Drehachse schwenkbar ist und das mit einem Hebelarm einen Ventilstößel (4) betätigt, wobei das Ventilgehäuse (2) und das hebelartige Betätigungselement einstückig hergestellt sind und das Ventilgehäuse (2) und das Betätigungselement (1) mittels einer elastischen Biegeverbindung (5) unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Hebelarm (1a) des Betätigungselementes (1) mindestens eine angeformte Rippe (6, 6a, 6b) vorhanden ist, die mit einer Ausnehmung (8) oder einem Steg (9) versehen ist und so mit einem entsprechenden, analog geformten Steg (9) oder einer entsprechenden, analog geformten Ausnehmung (8) am Ventilgehäuse (2) zusammenwirkt. - Wegeventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (8) in einem Steg-Abstand (10) an der Rippe (6) angeordnet ist. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (8) gegenüber dem Steg (9) einen Bewegungsweg (11) entsprechend dem Hub (12) des Ventilstößels (4) zuläßt. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (8) für den Steg (9) eine Führung (14) bildet. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Betätigungselement (1) eine Rippe (6) mittig zum Ventilgehäuse (2) vorgesehen ist, an der ebenfalls mittig ein Steg (9) angeformt ist, der eine Seitenführung (24) des Ventilgehäuses (2) durchgreifend in eine die Ventilgehäusebreite (16) durchstoßende Ausnehmung (8) einführbar ist. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den paarweise vorgesehenen Rippen (6a,6b) des Betätigungselementes (1) jeweils in Vertiefungen (17) am Ventilgehäuse (2) eingreifende Vorsprünge (18) vorgesehen sind. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Betätigungselement (1) innerhalb der Ventilgehäusebreite (16) oder mit diesem abschließend angeordnet ist. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Betätigungselement (1) nur eine Rippe (6) angeformt ist, die in eine etwa schlitzförmige Führung (19) am Ventilgehäuse (2) einschwenkbar und verrastbar ist. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß innerhalb der Breite (16) des Ventilgehäuses (2) im Schwenkbereich des Betätigungselementes (1) ein schräger Absatz (20) als Anschlag für das Betätigungselement (1) dient. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den paarweise vorgesehenen Rippen (6a,6b) auf der Innenseite jeweils ein Steg (9) angeordnet ist, der jeweils in eine in die Ventilgehäusebreite (16) eingelassene bogenförmige Ausnehmung (8) eingreift. - Wegeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Biegeverbindung (5) aus einem an das Ventilgehäuse (2) angeformten etwa parallel zur Ventilgehäusekontur (2b) verlaufenden im Biegebereich mit Spaltabstand (25) angeordneten Hebelarm (1a) gebildet ist.
