Claims (6)
- Kühlsystem für eine flüssigkeitsgekühlte Brennkraftmaschine,mit einer elastisch nachgiebigen Einrichtung zum Ausgleich thermisch bedingter Volumenänderungen bis zu einem vorbestimmten Systemdruck des mittels einer Pumpe (10) umgewälzten Kühlmittels, undeiner Vorrichtung (11) zur Systemdrucksteuerung in einer Vorlaufleitung (13), wobeidie einen Behälter (12) durchsetzend angeordnete Vorlaufleitung (13) einen mit einem Einfüllstutzen (26) im wesentlichen fluchtend angeordneten Ventilstutzen (14) aufweist zur Aufnahme einer entgegengesetzte Durchflußrichtungen steuernden Ventileinheit (25), diegegen einen Verschluß (32) des Einfüllstutzens (26) elastisch abgestützt im Ventilstutzen (14) verlagerbar angeordnet ist,daß der an der Vorlaufleitung (13) angeordnete Ventilstutzen (14) eine den Behälter (12) in zwei Kammern (17, 19) unterteilende Trennwand (15) dicht durchsetzend angeordnet ist mit einer die einer Überdrucksteuerung, einer Entlüftung und einem Kühlmittelzulauf dienenden Ventileinheit (25) aufnehmende Ventilöffnung (16) in die eine Kammer (17) für eine atmosphärisch beaufschlagte Kühlmittel-Vorlage (18), dieweiter über ein in der Trennwand (15) zusätzlich angeordnetes, temperaturgesteuertes Entlüftungs- und Rücklauf-Ventil (24) mit der anderen, geodätisch tiefer angeordneten Kammer (19) in Verbindung steht, dieals Kühlmittelvolumen-Ausgleichskammer (19) dient mittels einer über den Systemdruck gegen einen elastischen Widerstand verlagerbaren Begrenzung (21), wobeidie Ausgleichskammer (19) und die mit ihr über das Entlüftungs- und Rücklaufventil (24) verbindbare Kühlmittel-Vorlagekammer (17) über einen Anschlußstutzen (23) mit einer Pumpen-Saugleitung (9) des Kühlsystems (1) in Verbindung steht.
- Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Ventilstutzen (14) der Vorlaufleitung (13) mit einer zur Kaltbefüllung des Kühlsystems (1) entfernbar angeordneten Ventileinheit (25) ausgebildet ist, diebei Warmbefüllung des Kühlsystems (1) gegen einen in Niveauhöhe des Warmfüllstandes in der Vorlagekammer (17) vorgesehenen Anschlag (Boden 35) eines im Einfüllstutzen (26) lösbar angeordneten Einsatzes (27) elastisch abgestützt im Ventilstutzen (14) eingesetzt ist.
- Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Ventileinheit (25) ein mit einem Überdruckventil (29) baulich kombiniertes Entlüftungs- und Rücklauf-Ventil (30) umfaßt, wobeidas als Thermoventil gestaltete Entlüftungs- und Rücklaufventil (30) eine zwischen Vorlagekammer (17) und Vorlaufleitung (13) wirksame Entlüftungs- und Rücklaufbohrung (31) in dem als Sitzventil gestalteten Überdruckventil (29) temperaturabhängig steuert.
- Kühlsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verschluß (32) des Einfüllstutzens (26) der Vorlagekammer (17) einen mit dem Einfüllstutzen (26) verschraubbaren, topfartig gestalteten Einsatz (27) sowieeinen mit dem Einsatz (27) zusammenwirkenden Verschlußdeckel (33) mit einer Entlüftungsbohrung (34) umfaßt, wobeider Einsatz (27) in dem als Anschlag der Feder (28) der Ventileinheit (25) dienenden Boden (35) eine der Kontrolle des Warmfüllstandes dienende Kontrollöffnung (36) sowie im Umfangsteil (37) verschlußdeckelnah angeordnete Entlüftungskanäle (38) aufweist.
- Kanalsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Ausgleichskammer (19) als verlagerbare Begrenzung einen mittels eines Rollbalges (22) kühlmitteldicht angeordneten Verdrängerkolben (21) umfaßt, dervon einer gegen den Behälter (12) abgestützt, vorgespannt angeordneten Druckfeder (20) beaufschlagt ist.
- Kühlsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befüll-, Entlüftungs- und Drucksteuer-Vorrichtung (11) mit atmosphärisch beaufschlagter Kühlmittel-Vorlage (18) über die Vorlaufleitung (13) unmittelbar im Vorlauf (3) von der Brennkraftmaschine (2) zum Kühler (4) angeordnet ist.
