Claims (33)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von cellulosischen Fasern mit verringerter Fibrillierungsneigung durch Verspinnen einer ggf. noch Wasser und ggf. einen Stabilisator enthaltenden Lösung von Cellulose in einem tertiären Aminoxid, Fällen, Waschen und Trocknen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Fasern nach dem Verlassen des Fällbades und vor dem Waschen mit einer ein tertiäres Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung und mit Wärme behandelt, wobei die das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltende Lösung eine Konzentration des tertiären Aminoxids im Bereich von etwa 40 bis 80 Gew.% aufweist und ggf. ein Additiv in einem Konzentrationsbereich von etwa 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% enthält und wobei die Wärmebehandlung in einem Temperaturbereich von etwa 60 bis 250 °C entweder gleichzeitig mit oder im Anschluß an die Behandlung mit der das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung stattfindet, oder daß man die noch tertiäres Aminoxid enthaltenden Fasern nach dem Verlassen des Fällbades nur der Wärmebehandlung unterwirft.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von cellulosischen Fasern mit verringerter Fibrillierungsneigung durch Verspinnen einer ggf. noch Wasser und ggf. einen Stabilisator enthaltenden Lösung von Cellulose in einem tertiären Aminoxid, Fällen, Waschen und Trocknen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Fasern nach dem Verlassen des Fällbades und vor dem Waschen zuerst mit einer Lösung eines Additivs mit einer Konzentration des Additivs im Bereich von etwa 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% behandelt, danach mit einer Lösung eines tertiären Aminoxids mit einer Konzentration des tertiären Aminoxids im Bereich von etwa 47 bis 78 Gew.% behandelt und schließlich einer Wärmebehandlung in einem Temperaturbereich von etwa 120 bis 250 °C unterwirft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das tertiäre Aminoxid und/oder ein Additiv enthaltende Lösung vorzugsweise wässrig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das tertiäre Aminoxid und/oder ein Additiv enthaltende Lösung ein Cosolvens enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als tertiäres Aminoxid N-Methylmorpholin-N-oxid verwendet.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Behandlung gleichzeitig mit der Behandlung in der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungstemperatur in einem Bereich von etwa 70 bis 120 °C liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungstemperatur in einem Bereich von etwa 80 bis 90 °C liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Behandlung im Anschluß an die Behandlung in der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Behandlung in einem heißen Gas, besonders bevorzugt in heißer Luft durchgeführt wird, wobei das heiße Gas eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 120 bis 250 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Behandlung in einem heißen Gas, besonders bevorzugt in heißer Luft durchgeführt wird, wobei das heiße Gas eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 130 bis 180 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmebehandlung der Fasern ohne vorherige Einwirkung der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung durch Anblasen mit einem heißen Gas, besonders bevorzugt mit heißer Luft durchgeführt wird, wobei das Gas eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 120 bis 250 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmebehandlung der Fasern ohne vorherige Einwirkung der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung durch Anblasen mit einem heißen Gas, besonders bevorzugt mit heißer Luft durchgeführt wird, wobei das Gas eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 150 bis 180 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung an tertiärem Aminoxid in einem Bereich von etwa 60 bis 80 Gew.% liegt, wenn die Lösung kein Additiv enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung an tertiärem Aminoxid in einem Bereich von etwa 40 bis 80 Gew.% liegt, wenn die Lösung ein Additiv enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 11 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Additiv ein in der Lösung des tertiärem Aminoxids löslicher oder dispergierbarer Zusatz verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 11 und 15 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Additiv Polyvinylpyrrolidon verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 und 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv in der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung in einem Konzentrationsbereich von etwa 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% enthalten ist, die Fasern mit der das tertiäre Aminoxid und das Additiv enthaltenden Lösung bei etwa 20 bis 25 °C beschichtet und anschließend mit einer weiteren, ein tertiäres Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung behandelt werden, wobei die Lösung eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 70 bis 120 °C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 80 bis 90 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern zuerst mit einer Lösung oder Dispersion des Additivs im Konzentrationsbereich von etwa 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 20 bis 25 °C, danach mit der das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 20 bis 65 °C und schließlich mit einem heißen Gas, besonders bevorzugt mit heißer Luft behandelt werden, wobei das Gas eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 120 bis 250 °C, besonders bevorzugt in einem Bereich von etwa 130 bis 150 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 3 bis 8 und 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern in der das tertiäre Aminoxid und etwa 2 Gew.% Additiv enthaltenden Lösung behandelt werden, die eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 70 bis 120 °C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von etwa 80 bis 90 °C aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 und 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltende Lösung in einem Bad vorliegt, und die Fasern entweder durch das Bad geführt werden oder über eine Rolle, die in das Bad eintaucht und einen Lösungsfilm auf die Fasern überträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 und 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltende Lösung mit einer Berieselungsvorrichtung auf die Fasern aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 und 14 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungszeiten der Fasern in der das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung im Bereich von etwa 0,1 bis 10 Sekunden und in der Heißgaszone im Bereich von etwa 0,2 bis 10 Sekunden liegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bevorzugten Behandlungszeiten der Fasern in der das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung im Bereich von etwa 1 bis 5 Sekunden und in der Heißgaszone im Bereich von etwa 2 bis 6 Sekunden liegen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von cellulosischen Fasern mit verringerter Fibrillierungsneigung durch Verspinnen einer ggf. noch Wasser und ggf. einen Stabilisator enthaltenden Lösung von Cellulose in einem tertiären Aminoxid, Fällen, Waschen und Trocknen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die gewaschenen und ggf. getrockneten Fasern oder daraus hergestellte gewaschene und ggf. getrocknete oder ungewaschene textile Flächengebilde oder Garne, Faserscharen oder -bänder mit einer ein tertiäres Aminoxid enthaltenden Lösung und mit Wärme behandelt, wobei die das tertiäre Aminoxid enthaltende Lösung eine Konzentration des tertiären Aminoxids im Bereich von etwa 40 bis 80 Gew.% aufweist, ggf. ein Additiv in einem Konzentrationsbereich von etwa 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% enthält und wobei die Wärmebehandlung in einem Temperaturbereich von etwa 60 bis 250 °C entweder gleichzeitig mit oder im Anschluß an die Behandlung mit der das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung stattfindet, wonach die Fasern oder die textilen Flächengebilde oder die Garne, Faserscharen oder -bänder gewaschen und getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von cellulosischen Fasern mit verringerter Fibrillierungsneigung durch Verspinnen einer ggf. noch Wasser und ggf. einen Stabilisator enthaltenden Lösung von Cellulose in einem tertiären Aminoxid, Fällen, Waschen und Trocknen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die gewaschenen und ggf. getrockneten Fasern oder daraus hergestellte gewaschene und ggf. getrocknete oder ungewaschene textile Flächengebilde oder Garne, Faserscharen oder -bänder zuerst mit einer Lösung eines Additivs mit einer Konzentration des Additivs im Bereich von etwa 0,5 bis 10 Gew.% behandelt, danach mit einer Lösung eines ein tertiäres Aminoxid mit einer Konzentration des tertiären Aminoxids im Bereich von etwa 47 bis 78 Gew.% behandelt, anschließend einer Wärmebehandlung in einem Temperaturbereich von etwa 120 bis 250 °C unterwirft und schließlich wäscht und trocknet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das tertiäre Aminoxid und/oder ein Additiv enthaltende Lösung wässrig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das tertiäre Aminoxid und/oder ein Additiv enthaltende Lösung ein Cosolvens enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als tertiäres Aminoxid N-Methylmorpholin-N-oxid verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei gleichzeitiger Behandlung mit der das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung und mit Wärme die Temperatur der Lösung im Bereich von etwa 70 bis 120 °C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von etwa 80 bis 90 °C liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Wärmebehandlung im Anschluß an die Behandlung mit der das tertiäre Aminoxid und ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung die Wärmebehandlung in einem heißen Gas, besonders bevorzugt in heißer Luft durchgeführt wird, wobei das Gas eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 110 bis 160 °C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von etwa 120 bis 150 °C hat, oder in einem Bad mit Hexanol, das eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 100 bis 150 °C, besonders bevorzugt in einem Bereich von etwa 110 bis 130 °C hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zuerst eine Wärmebehandlung mit einer ggf. ein Additiv enthaltenden Lösung eines tertiären Aminoxids bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 50 bis 80 °C durchgeführt wird und danach eine Wärmebehandlung in einem Bad durchgeführt wird, das Hexanol mit einer Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 100 bis 150 °C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von etwa 110 bis 130 °C enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmebehandlungszeiten in einem Bereich von etwa 0,2 bis 60 Sekunden liegen.
