Claims (11)
- Flachstecker (1) für elektrische Steckverbindungen, mit einem Kontaktmesser (2) und einem in Längsrichtung fluchtend zu dem Kontaktmesser verlaufenden Befestigungs- und Anschlußbereich (3), in dem der Flachstecker (1) freistehend an einer Unterlage (4) befestigbar und elektrisch anschließbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Befestigungs- und Anschlußbereich (3) des Flachsteckers (1) mindestens zwei für eine lötfreie Einpreßverbindung ausgelegte Kontaktzonen (5, 6) vorgesehen sind und der Flachstecker (1) zwischen dem Befestigungs- und Anschlußbereich (3) und dem Kontaktmesser (2) an beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Flachseiten mit über die Breite des Kontaktmessers (2) hinausragenden seitlichen Ansätzen (7, 8) ausgebildet ist, die an der der Unterlage (4) abgewandten Oberseite eine Schulter (9) zum Ansetzen eines Einpreßwerkzeuges und an der der Unterlage (4) zugewandten Unterseite einen Einpreßanschlag (10) bilden. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontaktzonen (5, 6) als stiftförmige Einpreßanschlüsse ausgebildet sind. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontaktzonen (5, 6) massiv ausgeführt sind. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontaktzonen (5, 6) elastische Einpreßabschnitte aufweisen. - Flachstecker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der mit den seitlichen Ansätzen (7, 8) ausgebildete Abschnitt (A) des Flachsteckers (1) mit mindestens einer Ausnehmung (11) versehen ist. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (11) bei einem aus einem Blechstanzteil bestehenden Flachstecker (1) durch eine Freistanzung gebildet ist. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (11) eine quer zur Steckrichtung des Flachsteckers (1) sich erstreckende Rechteckform hat. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (11) die Form eines sich quer zur Steckrichtung des Flachsteckers (1) erstreckenden Langloches (11c) oder einer Ellipse (11d) hat. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (11e) dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist. - Flachstecker nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (11a) kreisrund ausgebildet ist. - Flachstecker nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Ausnehmung (11) in Richtung quer zur Steckrichtung des Flachsteckers (1) etwa über den Mittenabstand (m) der Kontaktzonen (5, 6) erstreckt.
