Definitions
- the invention relates to a pair of sports trousers Binding-shoe combination by means of a traction element can be opened.
- EP 0 680 775 A2 describes a pair of sports pants for such a pair Tie-shoe combination known in which the traction element is guided upwards on the shaft of a snowboard boot and from the shaft of the snowboard boot along a trouser leg the driver's pants up to the height of the thigh is extended.
- This traction element is partially inside of the trouser leg up and occurs at the level of Thigh through an opening to the outside.
- the traction element with a loop, which is by a Belt of trousers attached elastic band held in place will be taken by the driver by hand can. By pulling on this loop, the Tension member a tensile force on an opening mechanism transferred to the binding so that the binding opens leaves and the driver can get out of the binding.
- the driver has the option to open the binding, without having to bend down.
- this state of the art there is a risk for the driver that he with the Loop, the part of the traction element emerging from the pants or the outlet opening of the pants for example at Threading in or out of a lift at the lift gets stuck on other objects. This leads to, that the pants tear, the driver falls and u. Serious Injuries.
- DE 34 32 065 A1 shows a safety ski binding with electromechanical release, in which the essential Functional parts are arranged in ski boots.
- the ski binding is a power source (battery) provided in a suitable place on or in the pants the skier is attached.
- a connection cable runs from the power source to the boots, connecting cable attached to or in the pants legs and over a tear-off connector connected to the ski boots is. Via the simultaneous connection of both ski boots with the power source should be a synchronous release for both Ski boots are guaranteed.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide sports pants for Binding-shoe combinations of those described at the beginning Type that can be opened by the driver without having to bend down needs to improve so that the disadvantages mentioned above, especially the ability to hang on items too stay, be eliminated and inexpensive to manufacture or retrofitting is possible.
- the basic idea of the invention is that of unlocking of the binding required tensile forces partially the pant leg itself on a binding-shoe combination transferred to.
- the pant leg is therefore part of a traction element, that can consist of further tension elements and that with an opening mechanism for opening the binding-shoe combination connected is.
- the driver pulls the traction applied by putting the pants on the trouser leg, for example reaches at the level of the thigh and pulls up a little.
- an after Pulling up is possible without any problems, because the crotch of many pants is relatively far below.
- a transmission of traction through the pants themselves have the great advantage of being on the outside the clothing of the driver, especially on his pants, no actuators - such as one Pull cord with loop attached - can be provided have to. This prevents objects from getting caught, which reduces the driver's risk of accidents.
- Binding-shoe combinations is applicable by means of of a pulling element can be opened.
- the Invention in connection with corresponding snowboard or Ski bindings are used.
- a comfortable and, above all, safe step-out function is present, for example when driving the lift, when Driving flat parts or drawing paths quickly if necessary to be able to get out of the bond without bending down to have to.
- a rapid exit is the invention allows because the pants in the area of the thigh very can be quickly gripped and pulled up.
- the Driver does not have a specific pull element, such as. Legs Loop, must grab what u. May take more time but the pants depending on body size and current posture grasp at different points and thereby the binding can trigger what is ergonomically is much cheaper.
- a coupling member provided as part of the tension member.
- a coupling element between the pants and the binding-shoe combination designated section of the tension member.
- the coupling element is the pant leg with the binding-shoe combination coupled.
- the invention used in conjunction with a binding-shoe combination the mechanism to open the binding integrated into the binding boot and part of the coupling organ to operate the opening mechanism on the boot shaft is led upwards (as it is in EP 0 680 775 A2 is described, the driver only has to get on in the boots, d. H. usually only once a day, the pants by means of the coupling element with the binding-shoe combination connect.
- a very easy way to Opening this binding-shoe combination is on the pants, for example, one end of a belt, band or attach a cord and the other end with a corresponding end on the boot shaft Knot the part of the traction element guided above.
- this principle can also be used for bindings in which the binding is opened by pulling or a binding part is tilted upwards.
- the belt connected to the pants is used, for example attached to the corresponding binding part;
- Ski bindings with a component unlocking the binding have a continuous recess provided therefor is the tip of a ski stick in the recess insert and by tipping the ski stick the binding to open.
- the coupling member at least two coupling elements, of which a coupling element either directly or via another Tension element, such as. B. a strap connected to the pants is.
- a second coupling element is either immediate attached to the binding or an integral part of the Release mechanism of the binding, which in turn is part of the boot can be.
- the coupling elements executed as plug elements of a buckle, which by Can be opened and closed by hand.
- buckles are inexpensive bulk items that are for different Purposes such as B. for belly straps of backpacks, chin straps motorcycle helmets etc.
- the first coupling element connected to the trousers via a webbing.
- a belt strap has the advantage over a cord that that because of its width, e.g. B. 20 mm, and his braided structure can be easily attached to the trousers (e.g. by sewing).
- Another advantage is that to adjust the length very easily using a "belt buckle" can realize that between the first coupling element and the attachment point on the pants is.
- a corresponding one Element for length adjustment on the part of the traction element, the between the second coupling element and the Opening mechanism of the binding is to be arranged.
- the webbing is and / or the first coupling element on the inside of the Leg arranged. Either this happens that one end of the webbing on the inside of the pants leg and the first coupling element at the other end of the webbing is attached or that the first coupling element immediately is fixed on the inside of the trouser leg. If the Driver of such pants in the boot, so slip he connects the lower part of the trouser leg up the pants over the coupling element with the opening mechanism the binding and put the trouser leg over the boot shaft. Thus, the part of the tension member formed by the coupling member covered by the pants and not visible from "outside". This aspect is oriented towards modern design Snowboard pants and riders are important. The but the main advantage is that the "internal" Coupling element sticking to the lift arms or the like is excluded.
- a snow catcher is usually made from synthetic fibers Gaiter, the first end of which is on the inside of the Trouser leg is sewn in the area below the knee.
- H. at its free End is usually an annular drawstring in a fold of the snow catcher.
- this is one end of Coupling organ by means of a seam on the inside of the Trouser leg attached. Since the outer fabric of many sports pants is relatively sensitive, it is advantageous to the coupling element to sew on one side seam of the trouser leg. Side seams for sports pants usually consist of multiple layers Seam constructions, the greater tensile forces than the "simple" Withstand the outer fabric and do not tear as quickly.
- this is an end of the coupling element via a triangle with the trouser leg sutured.
- a triangle is made in one Triangular outer seams and through additional seams formed within the one formed by the outer seams Range. It is advantageous if the tip of the Seam triangle points towards the thigh and the Base facing the end of the pants leg.
- Such a seam design allows introduced tensile forces relative to be distributed over a large area. Through a broad base of Seam triangle achieves a higher strength of the seam; in particular, this prevents the seam from tearing.
- the seams arranged inside the outer seams run from the top to the base and cut them in different Angles. Through several sloping downwards Seams can significantly increase the tractive force.
- a drawstring on the side seam of the trouser leg extends along a drawstring on the side seam of the trouser leg.
- This drawstring is for example along its entire length with the side seam of the trouser leg firmly connected.
- Connecting the Drawstring with the pants z. B. in the manufacture of Pants are made by using the drawstring through the side seam sewn on the trousers and thus an integral part of the trousers becomes.
- the drawstring can also be retrofitted be sewn with the trouser leg.
- the main advantage such a drawstring is that the significantly increase the tensile forces that can be transmitted through the pants to let.
- the described can Basic principle of the invention also in connection can be used with pants whose outer fabric is sensitive and the seams are "weak".
- Pants Regardless of the type of Pants are the drawstring either on the inside or outside of the pants leg or in the area of the feed, d. H. hidden inside the pants, attachable. By attaching an outside u. U. with a specially designed drawstring lets z. B. discreetly the specialty of such trousers stress.
- an element is provided that has the function of a "handle".
- a handle-like Element makes it easier for the driver, even with relatively thick ones Gloves, e.g. B. Mittens, as often used by snowboarders to be worn to grip the pants and up to draw.
- Gloves e.g. B.
- Mittens as often used by snowboarders to be worn to grip the pants and up to draw.
- an external one Provide a loop or similar that is easily gripped can be.
- this is easy to grasp Element in the form of a bead-like thickening of the pants executed, whereby the contour of the pants in the area of this Thickening is bulged.
- a thickening has it Advantage that they are not necessarily firmly gripped must, but it is sufficient to thicken with the glove to press against the leg and on the leg together with the To push the trouser leg up. It is convenient to this Attach thickening to the side of the pants as they are there is easiest to grasp by hand.
- a thickening is z. B. by sewing or sewing in a piece of foam, multiply folded pieces of fabric or the like designed.
- this thickening can attached to the outside of the outer fabric or inside to the trouser leg his.
- this is easy to grasp Element realized by a pocket that either outside is sewn onto the outer fabric or inside of the lining.
- z. B. a piece of an elastic Material is introduced that has the desired bulge causes and in the event of a fall "compliant" behaves.
- z. B. inexpensive foam use that easily cut into pieces of appropriate size can be.
- Some sports pants have one or both legs one zipper running in its longitudinal direction sewn in, which makes putting on and taking off the pants considerably facilitated.
- the webbing to open the binding then in its lower, d. H. in the foot-side sewing area with one of the two Zipper fastening straps and with several folded layers of the upper of the pants are sewn.
- a good Strength and an even distribution of the in that Pants leg initiated tensile forces can be by Reach seam connection in the one or more zigzag seams (so-called bars) with one or more in the longitudinal direction of the webbing reinforcement seams are combined.
