Description
Um ein solches außermittiges Anlochen zu verhindern, wird versucht, den Lochvorgang so zu gestalten, daß nach dem Erfassen des Blockes durch die Walzen als nächstes die Führungen, beispielsweise die drehende Diescherscheibe, den Block mittig führen, bevor die Blockstirnfläche den Lochdorn berührt. Bedingt durch den Radius der Diescherscheiben ist das jedoch nicht in allen Fällen zu gewährleisten.
Der Vorteil des vorgeschlagenen Verfahrens ist darin zu sehen, daß mit sehr einfachen konstruktiven Mitteln die gewünschte Anwalzzentrierung erzielt wird.

Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Hohlkörpers aus massivem auf Umformtemperatur erwärmten Rundstahl durch Lochen in einem Schrägwalzwerk unter Verwendung kaliberschließender Führungselemente (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vor Beginn des Lochens der freie Abstand (7) zwischen den kalibarschließenden Führungselementen (5) im Vergleich zur stationären Walzphase verringert wird und nach dem Anwalzen der Abstand (7) sich auf den üblichen Wert der stationären Phase einstellt und durch Abgleich der bei der Verformung vom Rundstahl auf die kaliberschließenden Führungselemente (5) wirkenden Kräfte und die das Kaliberöffnungsmaß klein haltenden Schließkräfte die Abstandsveränderungen von selbst erfolgen. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Zweiwalzen-Schrägwalzwerk und einem zwischen den Schrägwalzen gehaltenen Lochdorn unter Verwendung kaliberschließender Führungselemente (5), insbesondere Diescherscheiben, wobei der freie Abstand (7) der zwischen Ständern (1,2) schwenk- oder verschiebbar angeordneten Führungselemente (5) in der Ebene der Führungselemente (5) in Relation zum verwendeten Rundstahldurchmesser einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an einem schwenk- oder verschiebbaren Führungselement (5) ein Mittel angeordnet ist, das kraftmäßig auf das Führungselement (5) im Sinne einer Verringerung des freien Abstandes (7) einwirkt und eine progressive Verstellkennlinie aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Mittel ein vorspannbares Federpaket (15) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Mittel eine hydraulisch oder pneumatisch betätigbare Kolben-Zylindereinheit ist.
