Claims (11)
- Wipptaster umfassend ein monostabiles Schaltgerät (10, 40, 42) mit einer Schaltwippe (14, 44), mit einem Gehäuse (12), mit wenigstens einer darin angeordneten, mittels der Schaltwippe (14, 44) betätigbaren Kontaktstelle mit jeweils einem beweglichen Kontakt und wenigstens zwei festen Kontakten, sowie mit Anschlusskontakten (16, 19), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei von Miniaturtastem (20) und Kontaktschaltfedern (28) gebildete Kontaktstellen vorgesehen sind, dass die Miniaturtaster (20) und/oder Kontaktschaltfedern (28) sequentiell betätigbar sind und dass von den jeweils einem Miniaturtaster (20) und einer Kontaktschaltfeder (28) zugeordneten ersten und zweiten Stößeln (30, 32) jeweils der erste Stößel (30) auf jeder Schwenkseite der Schaltwippe (14) elastisch federnd ausgebildet ist, während der zweite Stößel (32) jeweils starr ausgebildet ist.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgesehenen Miniaturtaster (20) und/oder Kontaktschaltfedern (28) zueinander versetzt im Gehäuse (12) angeordnet sind.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (12) eine Leiterplatte (18) vorgesehen ist, welche die Kontaktstellen aufnimmt und mit den Anschlusskontakten (16, 19) verbunden ist.
- Wipptaster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Schaltwippe (14, 44) angeordneten Stößel (30, 32, 46) die zugeordneten Miniaturtaster (20) und/oder Kontaktschaltfedern (28) jeweils bei unterschiedlichem Schwenkwinkel der Schaltwippe (14, 44) betätigen.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Differenzwinkel zwischen der ersten Betätigungsstellung und der zweiten Betätigungsstellung der Schaltwippe (14, 44) 3° bis 10° beträgt.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Differenzwinkel zwischen der ersten Betätigungsstellung und der zweiten Betätigungsstellung der Schaltwippe (14, 44) 5° beträgt.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als beweglicher Kontakt der Kontaktschaltfedern (28) eine scheibenförmige vorgewölbte Schnappfeder vorgesehen ist.
- Wippfaster nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnappfeder an ihrem Rand mit einem Kontakt verbunden ist und dass deren Zentrum bei Druckbetätigung durch den zugeordneten Betätigungsnocken (30, 32, 46) wenigstens einen zweiten Kontakt kontaktiert.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgewölbte Schnappfeder in Ruhestellung potentialfrei ist und bei Betätigung als Brückenkontakt für wenigstens zwei feste Kontakte dient.
- Wipptaster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgewölbte Schnappfeder an ihrem Rand mit einem ersten Kontakt verbunden ist und in ihren beiden Endstellungen wenigstens einen weiteren Kontakt kontaktiert.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder mit dem beweglichen Kontakt zusammenarbeitende Kontakt mit einem separaten Ausgang verbunden ist.
