Claims (13)
- Sack (1) aus Kunststoffmaterial, insbesondere Abfall-oder Sammelsack, mit zwei an Längsseitennähten (8a, 8b) miteinander verschweissten Seitenwänden (7a, 7b), mit einer Öffnung (2), sowie mit einem unterhalb der Öffnung auf einer Aussenseite angeordneten Verschlussband (5) aus Kunststoffmaterial, das eine Bandschlaufe zum Verschliessen des Sacks bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband (5) an seinen Enden an Primärverbindungsstellen (6a, 6b) im Bereich der Längsseitennähte (8a, 8b) mittels separaten Schweissstellen an wenigstens einer Seitenwand (7a) befestigt ist.
- Sack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband (5) an wenigstens einer Sekundärverbindungsstelle (9) lösbar mit einer Seitenwand 7a verbunden ist.
- Sack nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sekundärverbindungsstelle (9) eine Hot Melt Verbindung ist.
- Sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband (5) aus einem Material besteht, das eine höhere spezifische Reissfestigkeit aufweist, als das Material, aus dem der Sack besteht.
- Sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband eine Breite von 3 bis 6 cm aufweist.
- Sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband zusätzlich zu den separaten Schweissstellen auch noch an den Längsseitennähten (8a, 8b) mit der Seitenwand (7a) verbunden ist.
- Sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband (5) an den Primärverbindungsstellen (6a, 6b) durchgehend mit beiden Seitenwänden (7a, 7b) verschweisst ist.
- Sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweissungen an den Primärverbindungsstellen eine von den Längsseitennähten (8a, 8b) ausgehende konvexe Grundfläche haben.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Sacks (1) aus Kunststoffmaterial mit zwei an Längsseitennähten (8a, 8b) verschweissten Seitenwänden (7a, 7b), mit einer Öffnung (2), sowie mit einem unterhalb der Öffnung auf einer Aussenseite angeordneten Verschlussband (5) aus Kunststoffmaterial, nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Seitenwände als endlose Bahnen einer Schweissvorrichtung zugeführt und an den Längsseitennähten miteinander verschweisst werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zuerst das Verschlussband (5) lösbar auf einer Seitenwand (7a) fixiert wird, dass das Verschlussband im Bereich der vorgesehenen Längsseitennähte an Primärverbindungsstellen (6a, 6b) mit wenigstens einer Seitenwand (7a) verschweisst wird und dass anschliessend die Längsseitennähte geschweisst werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweissungen (4) an den Primärverbindungsstellen jeweils von einer Längsseitennaht unterteilt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussband an Sekundärverbindungsstellen (9) lösbar mit einer Seitenwand (7a) verbunden wird und dass die Primärverbindungsstellen jeweils zwischen zwei Sekundärverbindungsstellen geschweisst werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsseitennähte Trennnähte sind, welche die Säcke vereinzeln.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsseitennähte Doppelnähte sind, zwischen denen eine Perforation (23) angebracht wird und dass die verschweisste Bahn zu einer Rolle (24) aufgerollt wird.
