Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines fließfähigen Mediums auf eine Fläche eines Gegenstands entlang einer gekrümmten, von der Kreisform abweichenden Auftragkurve,mit einer Auftragvorrichtung, die mit einer Zuleitung für das Medium verbunden ist,einer Haltevorrichtung für den Gegenstand, einer Antriebsvorrichtung, die zwischen der Haltevorrichtung und der Auftragvorrichtung eine relative Bewegung erzeugt derart, daß die Auftragvorrichtung entlang der Auftragkurve bewegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Haltevorrichtung (20) den Gegenstand (22) unbeweglich hält,mindestens eine Steuerkurve (14, 16) vorgesehen ist, mit der ein Kurvenfolger (44) in Eingriff ist,der Kurvenfolger (44) über ein eine lineare Bewegung übertragendes Getriebe mit der Auftragvorrichtung (26) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Übersetzung des Getriebes derart ist, daß die Bahn der Steuerkurve in den gewünschten Auftragbahnkurven-Verlauf (48) umgewandelt wird,und eine Antriebsvorrichtung für den Kurvenfolger (44) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung ausgebildet ist derart, daß der Kurvenfolger (44) die Steuerkurve (14, 16) mit annähernd konstanter Geschwindigkeit abfahrt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (14, 16) mit der Auftragkurve (48) kongruent oder identisch ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung einen Antriebsmotor mit einem Kurvengetriebe aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung einen numerisch gesteuerten Motor aufweist, dessen Steuerprogramm die Winkelgeschwindigkeit des Motors so ändert, daß der Kurvenfolger (44) eine konstante Abfahrgeschwindigkeit hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (14, 16) stationär ist und der Kurvenfolger (44) beweglich auf einem Haltebauteil (38) gelagert ist, das seinerseits von der Antriebsvorrichtung um eine Achse (30) drehend angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zwangsmittel (40) vorgesehen sind, welche den Kurvenfolger (44) in ständigem Eingriff mit der Steuerkurve (14, 16) halten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwangsmittel (44) eine Druckfeder aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Steuerkurven (14, 16) mit jeweils einem Kurvenfolger (44) vorgesehen sind, die Haltebauteile (38) der Kurvenfolger (44) synchron von der Antriebsvorrichtung drehend angetrieben sind und die Kurvenfolger (44) an einer starren Brücke (28) angelenkt sind, an der die Auftragsvorrichtung (26) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltebauteil (38) ein Schlitten ist, der auf einer linearen Schlittenführung (36) verschiebbar gelagert und die Schlittenführung (34) um die Achse (30) drehend angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (14, 16) eine geschlossene Kurve ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurvenfolger (44) sich auf der Innenseite der Steuerkurve (44) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurvenfolger eine Rolle (44) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragvorrichtung (26) eine Auftragdüse aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Brücke (28) eine Mehrzahl von Düsen im Abstand angeordnet ist, von denen jeder eine Haltevorrichtung für einen Gegenstand (22) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 oder 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltebauteil (38) an einem ersten Balken (52) angelenkt ist, der in zwei beabstandeten, miteinander gekoppelten ersten Lagern (54, 56) linear entlang einer ersten Achse geführt ist, mindestens ein erstes Lager (54, 56) in zwei beabstandeten ortsfesten zweiten Lagern (62 bis 68) entlang einer zur ersten Achse senkrechten zweiten Achse geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Führungsbalken (58) für ein erstes Lager (54) mit dem zweiten ersten Lager (56) ein starres Dreieck (70) aufspannt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein drittes Lager für die Führung des zweiten ersten Lagers (56) in einer Ebene vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide ersten Lager (54, 56) einen Führungsbalken (58, 60) aufweisen, die jeweils in zwei beabstandeten zweiten Lagern (62 bis 68) linear entlang der zweiten Achse geführt sind.
