Definitions
- the invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular a soccer shoe with a shaft comprising an instep area, one with sole connected to the shaft and drawstrings for stiffening.
- Such a sports shoe is for example from DE 27 52 301 A1 known.
- the drawstrings described there are intended Ensure more direct power transmission between the foot and the sole of the shoe and thereby reduce signs of fatigue on the shaft itself.
- the foot should be held in the shoe by the mentioned drawstrings can be improved.
- Soccer shoes have to be light and very flexible. You should be special have thin soles, which the rolling movement of the foot do not interfere with running.
- the shaft should also be made of very thin, soft leather that clings to the foot, to ensure a better feeling for the ball.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a sports shoe, especially to create a soccer shoe in which a deflection the sole is largely prevented downwards, but without the flexibility of the sole necessary for the rolling process restrict, regardless of the surface on which the Shoe is used.
- This task is carried out by a sports shoe according to the characteristics of claim 1 solved.
- the main idea of the invention is to provide drawstrings, which is from the front and rear end of the sole diagonally upwards towards the instep area of the Extend shaft and especially there to one Scaffolding are interconnected.
- the front and the two rear drawstrings by one arranged in particular in the instep area of the shaft Lacing or a tension rope lock against each other curious; excited.
- the lacing is open or the tension cord lock is open is an easy entry and exit from the shoe possible. Leave through the lacing or the tension cord lock pre-tension the drawstrings so that the sole experiences the desired stiffening effect.
- the variable Adjustment options for the lacing or the tension cord lock is not just an adaptation to different foot shapes possible, but it can also be a desired one Adjust the tension of the drawstrings. This is especially true then when the tension bands in the instep area separate tensioning devices are assigned, d. H. Clamping devices that are independent of the usual lacing etc.
- Such a support element causes further stiffening the sole. It complements and extends the one already explained above Support by the front and rear drawstrings. Due to the overall arrangement of front and rear drawstrings, The support element and sole are self-supporting Support structure that prevents downward deflection without to affect the flexibility upwards. The foot itself is no longer required for stiffening. This will make the Movement of the foot promoted during normal rolling. The foot can be held in the shoe with less tension. This is especially true if the support element with the front and the two rear drawstrings in the instep area is connected like a knot. The stem then has essentially only the function of "dressing" the foot.
- the drawstrings preferably consist of aramid fibers, especially made of Kevlar® or carbon fibers. Such Fibers are extremely low-stretch and at the same time have one extremely high tensile strength.
- the support element can be made of a relatively rigid PE, PA or be made of the same plastic tape. At a particularly soft embodiment, the support element from the same material and in the same way as the drawstrings manufactured and attached to the shaft or integrated.
- drawstrings sewn on the outside of a sports shoe, especially soccer shoe an attractive appearance to lend.
- FIG. 1 a soccer shoe is shown sketchy.
- the Football boot consists of a shaft 1 and a sole 2.
- Upper 1 and sole 2 are made according to one of the conventional techniques connected to each other, for example sewn and / or welded or glued.
- knobs 14 At the bottom of the sole 2 are Arranged knobs 14 in a conventional manner, which for a better grip on soft ground, such as grass, etc. serve.
- a front extends from the front sole end 6
- Drawstring 3 extending obliquely up to instep area 8 of the Shaft 1.
- Two rear drawstrings 4 and 5 extend from Heel area 7 of the sole up to the instep area 8 and there with the front drawstring 3 directly or indirectly, connected for example via lace strips 13 (see FIG. 2).
- the one rear drawstring 4 runs on one side of the Upper 1 starting from the instep to the heel.
- the other drawstring 5 arranged in a corresponding manner (see FIG. 3).
- a ribbon-like Support element 10 may be provided, which is essentially transverse runs to the length of the shoe and on its two Attacks ends in the central region 11 of the sole 2. It stretches itself over the instep area 8 of the shaft 1, so that the Support element 10 formed a bow recorded in the shoe Foot not disabled.
- Fig. 2 is a soccer shoe according to the sketch of FIG. 1 in Side view shown.
- the front drawstring 3 and the rear drawstrings 4, 5 consist of aramid fibers, in particular made of Kevlar® or carbon fibers.
- the drawstrings have high tensile strength and are also extremely low stretch.
- the strip-shaped shown in Fig. 2 Formation of the drawstrings arises from the fact that the drawstrings are woven with leather or the like shaft materials.
- the drawstrings 3, 4, 5 are sewn onto the shaft 1, which gives the shoe an overall attractive appearance.
- the drawstrings 3, 4, 5 are in the embodiment of FIG. 2 not directly, but via two lace strips 13 connected with each other.
- the lace strips 13 are such reinforced over the shaft material that they have high tensile strength have and at the same time are very low stretch.
- the two lace strips 13 limit one in the instep area 8 of the shaft 1 formed lacing slot 12.
- the front drawstring 3 is on both lace strips 13 the front, lower end attached. They might as well two lace strips 13 connected together at the front and that front drawstring in the area of this connection.
- the two rear drawstrings 4, 5 are also on the two Lace strips 13 attached.
- the support member 10 can either without immediate attachment run through the lace hole strips 13 underneath them and continuously over the instep area of the shaft 1 extend; alternatively, the support element 10 is in a first and divided a second section. The first and second The section then extends from the central region 11 of FIG Sole 2 starting up to the associated lace hole strip 13 and are attached to this.
- the attachment of the drawstrings 3, 4, 5 and that described Supporting element sections on the tie-bar strips 13 can be a technique known per se, for example by Gluing, sewing, riveting, welding, etc. The same applies to the Connection to the sole 2.
- FIG. 3 shows schematically that Basic structure consisting of the drawstrings 3, 4, 5 and the Support element 10 for stiffening a sole 2 downwards.
- the Presentation is of course purely schematic, because for adaptation to the foot is the knot where the drawstrings and the Support element converge longitudinally to form a Lace slit. This allows the support element 10 on the one hand and the sole 2 on the other hand defined instep opening of the shoe change and individually to the foot of the user to adjust. This also makes it possible to support the sole 2 adjust upwards.
- drawstrings 3, 4, 5 in whole or in part by equivalent, tensile and to replace relatively low-stretch materials or shaft sections, which are preferably an integral part of the shaft 1.
- 7 is above the heel area the sole 2 is formed a heel cap 15 which with the Heel area 7 of the sole 2 is connected.
- the drawstrings 4, 5 can, if the heel cap 15 is accordingly firm or is rigid, instead of on the sole 2 just as well on the Heel cap 15 may be attached.
- a toe cap can also be formed in a corresponding manner at the then the front end of the front drawstring is attached.
