Claims (37)
- Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen Transportieren von mit Faserband füllbaren Kannen, die in einer Reihe auf einem Kannenträger angeordnet sind und eine Kannengruppe bilden, und die zwischen einer Strecke und einer weiteren Textilmaschine oder einem Kannenmagazin transportiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kannengruppe gemeinsam mit dem Kannenträger zum Füllen der Kannen in eine erste Arbeitsstellung an der Strecke gebracht wird, wo der Kannenträger während des Füllens der Kannen dieser Kannengruppe verbleibt, bis er nach Füllen aller auf dem Kannenträger befindlichen Kannen wiederum gemeinsam mit diesen der weiteren Textilmaschine oder dem Kannenmagazin zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger mit der Kannengruppe in eine erste Wartestellung, von dort zum Füllen in die erste Arbeitsstellung und nach dem Füllen in eine zweite Wartestellung gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllen der Kannen an der Strecke überwacht wird und in Abhängigkeit vom Vorankommen des Füllens der Kannen der an der Strecke befindlichen Kannengruppe ein Signal zum Austauschen des Kannenträgers mit den vollen Kannen dieser Kannengruppe gegen einen anderen Kannenträger mit leeren Kannen einer anderen Kannengruppe erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger zusammen mit der auf ihm befindlichen Kannengruppe in eine weitere Arbeitsstellung oder in eine Speicherstellung befördert wird und dort während der Arbeit mit den in den Kannen befindlichen Faserbändern oder während der Speicherung der Kannengruppe belassen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der zu einer Kannengruppe gehörenden Kannen so festgelegt wird, daß ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches von derartigen jeweils eine Kannengruppe aufnehmenden Kannenträgern gleichzeitig nebeneinander in der Arbeits- und/oder in der Speicherstellung Platz findet.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger in seiner Arbeitsstellung und/oder Speicherstellung und/oder gegenüber seinem Transportmedium arretiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserbänder, welche die zu einer Kannengruppe gehörenden Kannen verlassen, überwacht werden und das Auslaufen oder Unterbrechen eines oder mehrerer dieser Faserbänder registriert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl von Registrierungen festgelegt wird, bei welcher eine Funktion ausgelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Funktion das Einleiten eines Austausches des Kannenträgers mit der auf ihm angeordneten Kannengruppe gegen einen anderen, ebenfalls eine Kannengruppe mitführenden Kannenträger ausgelöst wird.
- Vorrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Transportieren einer Gruppe von mit Faserband füllbaren Kannen zwischen einer einer Strecke zugeordneten Verschiebeeinrichtung und einer weiteren Textilmaschine oder einem Kannenmagazin, mit einem Kannenträger zur Aufnahme einer in einer Reihe angeordneten Kannengruppe, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) gemeinsam mit dieser Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) einer ersten Arbeitsstellung (A1) an der Strecke (2) zum Verbleib während des Füllens der Kannen (3) zustellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strecke (2) eine Überwachungseinrichtung (210) zugeordnet ist zum Überwachen des Vorankommens des Füllens der Kannen (3) der an der Strecke (2) befindlichen Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315), wobei die Überwachungseinrichtung (210) mit einer Steuervorrichtung (21) in Verbindung steht, welche in Abhängigkeit vom Vorankommen des Füllens der Kannen (3) ein Signal zum Austauschen des Kannenträgers (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) mit den vollen Kannen (3) dieser Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) gegen einen anderen Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) mit leeren Kannen (3) einer anderen Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) auslöst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) zusammen mit der Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) in eine weitere Arbeitsstellung (A2, A3, A4) an bzw. in der weiteren Textilmaschine (4) oder in eine Speicherstellung in einem Kannenmagazin (5) bringbar ist zum Verbleib während des Verarbeitens der in den Kannen (3) dieser Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) befindlichen Faserbänder (30) oder während der Speicherung dieser Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Textilmaschine (4) und/oder das Kannenmagazin (5), der bzw. dem der Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) zustellbar ist, einerseits und der Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) andererseits derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches von Kannenträgern (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) gleichzeitig in bzw. an dieser Textilmaschine (4) oder einer Sektion (40) hiervon bzw. in einem Kannenmagazin (5) nebeneinander plazierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Strecke (2) zugeordnete Verschiebeeinrichtung (20) ein Endlosband oder eine Endloskette aufweist, auf welchem bzw. welcher hintereinander mindestens zwei Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) plazierbar sind, von denen sich einer in der ersten Arbeitsstellung (A1) der Strecke (2) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67) als Palette ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67) bildende Palette übliche Normabmessungen aufweist, an welche die weitere Textilmaschine (4) oder eine Sektion (40) hiervon bzw. das Kannenmagazin (5) angepaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) ein Fahrgestell (74) mit mindestens einem Räderpaar (740) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses mindestens eine Räderpaar (740) mindestens eine Achse (743) aufweist, welche sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Längserstreckung der Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Achse (743) durch mindestens ein nichtdrehbares Lager (744) aufgenommen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu diesem Räderpaar (740) ein einzelnes Rad (75, 76) vorgesehen ist, das in bezug auf die durch das Räderpaar (740) festgelegte Bewegungsrichtung voreilend oder nacheilend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl ein voreilendes als auch eine nacheilendes Rad (75, 76) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzelne Rad (75, 76) durch eine um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (750, 760) drehbare Achse (751, 761) getragen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Räderpaar (740) und das mindestens eine einzelne Rad (75, 76) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß in einer labilen Zwischenstellung das Fahrgestell (74) lediglich vom Räderpaar (740) abgestützt ist, während es in einer stabilen Kippstellung vom Räderpaar (740) und einem einzelnen Rad (75, 76) abgestützt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 23, gekennzeichnet durch einen Kannenwagen (7, 78, 79), der den Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67) für den Transport an der Strecke (2), einer anderen Textilmaschine (4) oder einem Kannenmagazin (5) aufnimmt oder nach dem Transport dort abliefert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Kannenwagen (7) eine Steuervorrichtung (71) zugeordnet ist, mittels welcher der Transportweg und der Transportstartzeitpunkt festlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebeeinrichtung (20, 24) der Strecke (2), eine andere Textilmaschine (4), ein Kannenmagazin (5) und/oder ein Kannenwagen (7, 78, 79) eine an den Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67) angepaßte Kannenträger-Aufnahme (72) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) eine Arretiereinrichtung (720, 724, 8) zugeordnet ist, mit deren Hilfe das Fahrgestell außer Wirkung bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiereinrichtung (720) eine Hubeinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubeinrichtung (720) auf den Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) zur Einwirkung bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28 oder 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubeinrichtung einerseits ein Paar Kufen (62), die der Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) in bezug auf die Kannenreihe an jedem Ende aufweist, und andererseits eine Kannenträgerführung (720) an der Textilmaschine (4), dem Kannenmagazin (5) oder dem Kannenwagen (7, 78, 79) zur Aufnahme des Kannenträgers (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) mit Hilfe von dessen Kufen (62) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kannenträgerführung (720) eine Rampe (723) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kannenträgerführung (720) eine Rollenbahn (721) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31 oder 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kannenträgerführung (720) eine steuerbare Verriegelungsvorrichtung (8) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (8) durch Auflaufen auf einen stationären Anschlag (22) zur Freigabe des Kannenträgers (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Kannen (3) der zusammen mit einem Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) in einer bandverarbeitenden Textilmaschine (4) befindlichen Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) mindestens eine Überwachungseinrichtung (42) zugeordnet ist, die bei Auslaufen oder Unterbrechen wenigstens eines der Faserbänder (30) dieser Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) ansprechbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überwachungseinrichtung (42) eine Einstellvorrichtung (410) zugeordnet ist, mittels welcher für das Auslösen einer Funktion ein Wert für die Anzahl von Kannen (3) der auf dem Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) befindlichen Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) festlegbar ist, bei welchen das Faserband (30) ausgelaufen oder gebrochen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Ansprechen der Überwachungseinrichtung (42) bzw. bei Erreichen eines voreingestellten Wertes ein Austausch des Kannenträgers (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) gegen einen anderen, eine Kannengruppe (31, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315) mitführenden Kannenträger (6, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68) auslösbar ist.
