Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for mechanical Post-processing at least the one visible after laying Surface of a concrete block due to oscillating action pen-like tools.
- EP 0 339 308 A1 postprocesses the Visible surface of a concrete block with impact hammers each rounded club faces suggested. At the same time suggested the concrete blocks even before the full Cure that usually takes about 28 days in Claim to edit. This is to achieve that the surface of the concrete blocks is not destroyed. At the same time, however, it should be ensured that the processed surface receives a kind of patina. Through the Rounded striking surface of the hammer is the machined The surface of the concrete block literally compresses and maintains "dull" appearance. The impression of a craft Stonemasonry produced stone is known by the In no case mediated procedure.
- the present invention is based on the object Process for mechanical finishing of a concrete block create a surface that gives the impression of a actually made in stonework Stone conveys.
- the essence of the present invention is therefore that Processing with pen-like hammers, each with a flat one
- the cement flake flaked off and that Grain on the surface, especially fine grain, of the concrete block are also chipped or chipped. Is crucial that is, by chipping off the cement slurry and Coarse structure of the grain on the surface machined surface that gives the impression of an in Stonemason crafted stone taught.
- the machining depth is preferably about 0.5 to 2.5 mm, in particular about 1.0 mm.
- the machining depth is chosen so that it lies above the lower limit of the chamfer, whereby the chamfer prevents the mechanical Post-processing the peripheral edge of the machined surface breaks out.
- the visible surface of the concrete block either uniformly overall or only partially or after a predetermined pattern, in particular stripe patterns, different intensities, especially different depths reworked. In this way the variation of Increase laying patterns additionally.
- the visible surface is it is also conceivable for the visible surface to be so mechanical rework that unworked surfaces with machined Alternate areas.
- those to be processed Concrete blocks below a variety of side and successive groups of oscillating driven by pen-like hammers.
- Preferably is a large number of arranged side by side and one behind the other Concrete blocks continuously or discontinuously large-scale post-processing on the oscillating driven Hammers move past, the group of hammers moving towards Achieving a different processing intensity and / or depth adjustment and / or for setting one predetermined beat frequency and punch strength individually let control. This allows the most varied Pattern in the direction of transport of the concrete block and across it produce.
- the concrete block 10 shown in Figure 1 is on it Top 11, which is visible after laying, mechanically reworked, with oscillating driven pen-like hammers, each with a blunt face.
- By these hammers become the cement slurry 12 on the upper side 11 chipped and the surface-side grain 13 at least partially chipped or chipped, like Figure 4 very much clearly shows.
- the chipped or chipped Visible surfaces of the grain on the surface are shown in FIG. 4 marked with the reference number 14.
- the top i.e. H. the total visible surface 11 after laying mechanically reworked uniformly, d. H. uniform intense and uniformly deep.
- Figures 2 and 3 perform.
- Figure 2 are arranged side by side groups pen-like hammers set to different heights and / or different intensities with regard to frequency and / or Power driven with the result that when the Concrete blocks below on the surface side impacting hammers a stripe-like surface pattern arises, all strips being surface-treated are.
- the lower processing strips are with the Reference number 15 marked, while the higher lying Stripes have the reference number 16.
- FIG. 3 is only the lower one Surface strips 15 in the manner described reworked.
- the higher strips 16 are each unprocessed, d. H. almost smooth.
- Figure 1 is the reworked top limited on the edge by a chamfer 17.
- the chamfer 17 extends down to the maximum processing depth for the mechanical post-processing so that none are broken off Edges on the peripheral edge of the reworked top 11 arise.
- the maximum average processing depth is between about 0.5 to 2.5 mm, preferably about 1.0 mm. This average processing depth is in FIG "BT" marked or specified.
- the maximum average mentioned above Machining depth is approximately half average fine grain diameter of the concrete block.
- the diameter of the oscillating pin-like driven Hammers with a blunt or flat face are between 1.0 to 2.5, especially about 1.5 mm. Is correspondingly large the processing area per hammer.
- the arrangement of the pin-like hammers take place both in the direction of transport to be processed concrete blocks as well as transversely to each offset from each other, so that a full-surface Surface processing is guaranteed.
- Processing stones are also suitable for their visible surface are structured, e.g. B. preformed grooves or grooves, especially longitudinal or ring grooves, lattice-like Have elevations or the like. Surface structures.
- protruding surfaces are preferably in post-processed as described, or the above Surfaces processed more intensively than the lower ones Surfaces.
- the aforementioned measures can be taken Increase the possibility of variation additionally.
