Claims (37)

  1. Einheit (1) zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Produkts (P), die aufweist: einen Behälter (2) mit einer Achse X, der das Produkt enthält und eine Öffnung (8) aufweist; entfernbare Mittel (5), um die Öffnung dicht zu verschließen; einen in den Behälter eingesetzten Applikator (10), der ein erstes Ende ( 13), das permanent mit dem Produkt innerhalb des Behälters in flüssiger Verbindung steht, und ein zweites, dem ersten Ende ( 13) gegenüberliegendes Ende (14) aufweist, wobei das zweite Ende (14) eine Auftragfläche (15) bildet, die axial zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der die Auftragfläche (15) zum Auftragen des Produkts durch die Öffnung (8) hindurch aus dem Behälter (4) vorsteht, und einer zweiten Stellung beweglich ist, in der die Auftragfläche (15) dicht im Inneren des Behälters (2) enthalten ist, wenn die entfernbaren Mittel (5) die Öffnung verschließen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator mindestens einen Block (12, 12', 12") aus einem absorbierenden Material aufweist, das zumindest zum Teil zusammengedrückt werden kann, insbesondere beim Auftragen des Produkts, oder wenn der Applikator in der zweiten Stellung ist, und dass das Volumen des Behälters variabel ist.
  2. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das absorbierende Material offene Zellen mit einer mittleren Größe zwischen 200 µm und 3 mm, und vorzugsweise zwischen 700 µm und 2 mm, und noch vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 mm und 1,5 mm aufweist.
  3. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) in der zweiten Stellung zumindest teilweise im Inneren des Behälters (2) zusammengedrückt ist.
  4. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) aus einem Körper (6) besteht, dessen erstes Ende von einem Boden (3) verschlossen wird und über dessen zweitem Ende ein Hals (4) sitzt, wobei die Öffnung (8) von einem freien Rand des Halses (4) begrenzt wird, wobei der Applikator (10) zumindest teilweise innerhalb des Halses angeordnet ist.
  5. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse des Halses sich von der Achse X unterscheidet.
  6. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) einen der Öffnung (8) entgegengesetzt liegenden Boden (3) aufweist, wobei das erste Ende (13) sich im wesentlichen in der Nähe des Bodens (3) befindet, um permanent mit dem Produkt (P) in Kontakt zu sein.
  7. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (13) im wesentlichen im Inneren des Körpers vorsteht und sich oberhalb des Produktpegels im Behälter befindet.
  8. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (3) axial in Bezug auf den Körper (6) beweglich ist, um das Inkontaktbringen des Produkts (P) mit dem Applikator (10) zu erleichtern und das Laden des Applikators mit Produkt zu begünstigen.
  9. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden über einen Mechanismus von der Art "Faltenbalg" (20) mit dem Körper verbunden ist.
  10. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) fest mit einem Bauteil von der Art Docht verbunden ist, der in das Produkt eingetaucht ist.
  11. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) in einer Zwischenzone (9, 10) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende ( 13, 14) fest mit dem Hals verbunden ist, wobei der Übergang von der ersten in die zweite Stellung durch axiales Zusammendrücken zumindest des Abschnitts des Applikators (10) erfolgt, der zwischen der Auftragfläche (15) und der Zwischenzone liegt, als Reaktion auf den Verschluss der Öffnung (8) durch die entfernbaren Verschlussmittel (5).
  12. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) durch Kleben, Schweißen, oder ein beliebiges anderes, geeignetes Mittel fest mit dem Hals (4) verbunden wird.
  13. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) gleitend innerhalb des Halses (4) montiert ist, wobei der Übergang von der ersten in die zweite Stellung oder umgekehrt durch eine axiale Translationsbewegung der Gesamtheit des Applikators (10) erfolgt.
  14. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ballastmitteln (24) auf dem Applikator (10) angeordnet sind, wobei der Übergang der Einheit zum Verpacken und Auftragen von einer Stellung "mit dem Kopf nach oben" in eine Stellung "mit dem Kopf nach unten" die Auftragfläche (15) in die erste Stellung bringt, während der Übergang der Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen von einer Stellung "mit dem Kopf nach unten" in eine Stellung "mit dem Kopf nach oben" die Auftragfläche in die zweite Stellung bringt.
  15. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (24, 25) aufweist, um den Applikator (10) in der ersten Stellung zu verriegeln.
  16. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende ( 13) sich in der Nähe des Bodens (3) befindet, wobei der Boden axial in Bezug auf den Körper beweglich ist, wobei der Applikator (10) gleitend im Inneren des Halses montiert ist, wobei Mittel (26, 29, 30) vorgesehen sind, um den axialen Abstand zwischen dem Boden (3) und dem Hals (4) selektiv zu variieren, um den Applikator (10) von der ersten oder der zweiten . Stellung in die jeweils andere Stellung übergehen zu lassen, wobei Mittel (27) vorgesehen sind, um das erste Ende des Applikators im wesentlichen in der Nähe des Bodens zu halten.
  17. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (3) über einen einen Faltenbalg (26) bildenden Abschnitt mit dem Körper (6) verbunden ist.
  18. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (3) aus einer elastisch verformbaren, geschmeidigen Membran (30) besteht.
  19. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die in der Lage sind, den axialen Abstand zwischen dem Boden und dem Hals selektiv zu verändern, einen angesetzten Boden (29) aufweisen, der auf den Körper (6) der Einheit (1) geschraubt ist.
  20. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die in der Lage sind, das erste Ende (13) des Applikators (10) mit dem Boden (3) in Kontakt zu halten, elastische Rückholmittel (27) aufweisen, von denen ein erstes Ende gegen eine in der Nähe des Halses befindliche Zone und ein zweites Ende auf einer fest mit dem Applikator verbundenen Zone (28) anliegt.
  21. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) im Inneren des Halses über ein Zwischenteil (22) angeordnet ist, das ins Innere des Halses (4) eingesetzt ist.
  22. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (22) im Inneren des Halses durch Einschnappen, Schrauben, Kleben, Schweißen usw. befestigt ist.
  23. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator so montiert wird, dass er winkelmäßig in Bezug auf seine Achse oder in Bezug auf eine durch seine Achse verlaufende Ebene schwenken kann.
  24. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) mit Hilfe eines Kugelgelenkmechanismus (23) montiert wird.
  25. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) aus mindestens einem Schaumstoffblock (12, 12', 12") besteht, der aus den Polyurethan-, Polyethylen-, Polyvinylchlorid-, Polyether-, Polyesterschaumstoffen, aus NBR (natürlichem Kautschuk), aus SBR (synthetischem Kautschuk) usw. ausgewählt wird.
  26. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator mindestens 10 % offene oder halboffene Zellen aufweist.
  27. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) aus einer Stapelung von Schaumstoffblöcken (12, 12', 12") von unterschiedlicher Art und/oder Dichte und/oder Stärke besteht.
  28. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) aus einer Stapelung besteht, die mindestens einen Block aus Schaumstoff (12) und mindestens einen Block (12', 12") aus einem Material enthält, das insbesondere aus den Sintermaterialien von der Art gesintertes Polyvinylchlorid, gesintertes Ethylenvinylacetat, den Filzen, usw. ausgewählt wird.
  29. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (15) eine konkave, konvexe, flache, abgeschrägte oder doppelt abgeschrägte Form, usw, hat.
  30. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (15) mit einer durchlässigen Beschichtung von der Art Textil, gelochter Kunststoff, Filz versehen und/oder mit einer Beflockung (21) bedeckt ist.
  31. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beflockung (21) aus Härchen verschiedener Durchmesser und/oder Art und/oder Höhe, oder einer Mischung von solchen Härchen besteht.
  32. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) axial im wesentlichen in seiner Mitte von einem dünnen Kanal oder einem oder mehreren Schlitzen durchquert wird, um seine Auftragkapazität von Produkt zu erhöhen.
  33. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) aus Metall, aus Glas, oder aus thermoplastischem Material ist, das aus den Polyethylenen, den Polypropylenen, den Polyvinylchloriden, den Polyethylenterephthalaten usw. ausgewählt wird.
  34. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (16) von der Art Kugel oder Ausgleichsgewicht innerhalb des Behälters (2) angeordnet sind, um die Homogenisierung des Produkts zu begünstigen und das Laden des Applikators zu vereinfachen.
  35. Auftrageinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (10) axial im Inneren des Kragens (4) frei und sein erstes Ende (13) auf eine Feder montiert ist, die gegen den Boden (3) des Behälters anliegt.
  36. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Applikatoren aufweist, die Kopf bei Fuß im Inneren des Behälters (2) angeordnet sind.
  37. Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt (P) ein kosmetisches Produkt, wie zum Beispiel ein Nagellack oder ein Lippenstift, oder ein Öl, ein geliertes Öl, ein Kleber, ein Schriftkorrekturmittel, ein Fleckenentferner, usw. ist.
