Abstract

Gußteil in Form eines Zylinderkurbelgehäuses (11) oder eines Zylinderrohrteils mit einer oder mehreren Zylinderbohrungen (12) und einem Kühlmittelmantelraum (18), der die Zylinderbohrungen (12) im wesentlichen konzentrisch umgibt und von einer Zylinderrohrwandung (14,15) und einer Kühlmittelmantelwandung (16) gebildet wird und an einer Deckfläche (19) (Zylinderkopfsitzfläche) zumindest teilweise abgeschlossen ist, wobei der Kühlmittelmantelraum (18) von gegossenen Wandungsflächen der Zylinderrohrwandung (14,15) und der Kühlmittelmantelwandung (16) gebildet wird, die von der Deckfläche (19) (Zylinderkopfsitzfläche) betrachtet hinterschnittfrei sind, und wobei Brückenelemente (23) in den Kühlmittelmantelraum (18) eingebracht sind, die entweder die Zylinderrohrwandung (14,15) und die Kühlmittelmantelwandung (16) bereichsweise miteinander verbinden und Kühlmittelübertrittsöffnungen (26-42) freilassen oder die Zylinderrohrwandung (14,15) und die Kühlmittelmantelwandung (16) umlaufend miteinander verbinden und den Kühlmittelmantel an der Deckfläche (19) (Zylinderkopfsitzfläche) vollständig abschließen.
