Claims (7)
- Windungsleger in Drahtwalzstraßen, bestehend aus einem das Legerohr aufnehmenden Legerohrhalter der eine, den Drahteinführrohrteil haltende Tragscheibe aufweist, die mit einer, den Draht zuführenden rotierenden Einsteckhülse für diesen Rohrteil drehkuppelbar ist, wobei die Tragscheibe achsmittig mit einem, den Legearmteil des Legerohres aufnehmenden Kragansatz verbunden ist
gekennzeichnet durch
einen, den Legerohrhalter mit radialen Abständen umfassenden zylindrischen oder stumpfkegligen Mantelkörper (7), dessen, der Einsteckhülse (4) zugewandte Stirnöffnung lös- und festlegbar mit der Tragscheibe (2) des Legerohrhalters verbunden ist, und in dessen Mantelwand Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (10) angeordnet sind. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1
gekennzeichnet durch
in die, der Einsteckhülse (4) abgewandte Öffnung des Mantelkörpers (7) eingesetzte Halteelemente für den Legearm (1b) und Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 2
gekennzeichnet durch
in die Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen eingesetzte, nach Art von Turbinenscheiben wirkende Luftleitelemente (11). - Windungsleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einem stumpfkegeligen Mantelkörper
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der, die Halteelemente (8) aufweisende Mantelteil die Form eines zylindrischen Ansatzes (7b) aufweist. - Windungsleger nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4
gekennzeichnet durch
eine, in der freien Stirnseite des Krag-Ansatzes (3) angeordnete Längsmittenöffnung (3a) für den Einschub des Hubarms (13a) eines Montage-Hebezeugs. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Hubarm (13a) als Arm eines U-Winkelarms (13) ausgebildet, zwei oder mehr gegeneinander versetzte Angriffspunkte (a; b) für das Hebezeug aufweist. - Windungsleger nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüchen 1 bis 6
gekennzeichnet durch
ein außerhalb der Drahtwalzstraße angeordnetes, der Einsteckhülse (4) entsprechendes, drehbar gelagertes Einsteckelement (14) und einen, den Mantelkörper (7) und die Tragelemente (2, 3, 8) des Legerohres (1) aufnehmenden Tragwagen (16), der nach Einbringen des Drahteinführrohrteils (1a) in das Einsteckelement (14) mit diesem, Kupplung der Tragscheibe (2) mit diesem und Lösen der Verbindung zwischen Tragscheibe (2) und Stirnöffnung des Mantelkörpers (7), diesen über das Einsteckelement (14) hinweg verfahrend, die von diesen gehaltenen Tragelemente (2, 3, 8) des Legerohres und das Legerohr (1) von außen frei zugänglich macht.
