Claims (1)
- Sichellose Zahnradpumpe;1.1 mit einer Verzahnung (12), die im wesentlichen mit einer Flanke dichtet;1.2 die Verzahnung (12) weist ein innenverzahntes Hohlrad (6) und ein mit dem Hohlrad (6) kämmendes Ritzel (5) auf;1.3 Hohlrad (6) und Ritzel (5) sind in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuseteil (1) drehbar gelagert;1.4 das Gehäuseteil (1) weist einen Sauganschluß (7) und einen Druckanschluß (10) auf;1.5 das Hohlrad (6) weist radiale Durchbrüche (17) für das zu pumpende Medium auf;1.6 die Zahnköpfe (14) des Hohlrades (6) sind jeweils mit schwalbenschwanzförmigen Profilnuten (34) versehen, in die ein radial bewegliches Dichtelement (30) eingesetzt ist, das am gegenüberliegenden Zahnkopf des Ritzels (5) gleiten kann;
gekennzeichnet durch das folgende Merkmal:1.7 längs der Anlageflächen zwischen der Profilnut (34) und/oder dem Dichtelement (30) ist mindestens eine Nut (52, 53, 54, 55) eingearbeitet.
