Abstract

Eine Duschtrennwand enthält zwei schwenkbare Türflügel (2, 4), welche vorzugsweise rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind. Diese Duschtrennwand soll dahingehend weitergebildet werden, daß mit geringem konstruktivem Aufwand an einer Seite einer Duschwanne oder Duschkabine ein Möbelstück oder ein anderes Bauelement und zwar insbesondere eine Badewanne (20), angeordnet werden kann. Hierzu wird vorgeschlagen, daß der eine Türflügel (4) mittels einer lösbaren Arretierungsvorrichtung (24) feststellbar ist und daß an diesen feststellbaren Türflügel (4) außerhalb des Duschinnenraumes (16) eine Badewanne (20) oder ein weiteres Bauelement anschließt. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Duschtrennwand gemäß den im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchmuster gemäß DE 93 15 925 U1 ist eine derartige Duschtrennwand bekannt, welche zwei jeweils um vertikale Achsen schwenkbare Türflügel aufweist. Bei einer derartigen Duschtrennwand können Schwierigkeiten insbesondere in engen Badezimmern dann auftreten, wenn andere Gegenstände, wie Badewannen, Waschmaschinen oder Möbel an den in das Badezimmer vorspringenden Teil der Duschabtrennung bzw. Eckduschkabine unmittelbar oder mittelbar anschließen. Daher werden die beiden Türflügel unterschiedlich breit ausgebildet. Die der bekannten Duschtrennwand zugeordnete Duschwanne weist entweder einen polygonalen, insbesondere fünfeckigen, Grundriß auf oder sie besitzt einen viertelkreisförmig gebogenen vorderen Wannenrand. Die asymmetrisch ausgebildeten Türflügel können sowohl nach innen, zum Duschkabineninnenraum hin als auch nach außen schwenken. So kann an der Außenseite des schmalen Türflügels ein Möbelstück angeordnet sein und der schmale Türflügel nach innen in den Duschinnenraum hineingeschwenkt werden. Mittels des vergleichsweise breiten Türflügels wird der Durchtritt für einen Benutzer freigegeben bzw. abgesperrt. Durch die asymmetrische Ausbildung der Türflügel ist ein zusätzlicher Aufwand bedingt, wobei quadratische oder rechteckförmige Duschwannen praktisch nicht eingesetzt werden können. Der schmale und der breitere Türflügel können zwar gegenseitig derart vertauscht angeordnet werden, daß sie einmal auf der linken bzw. rechten Seite angeordnet sind, doch sind auch insoweit zusätzliche Maßnahmen erforderlich, damit die beiden Türflügel bedarfsweise um horizontale Achsen verschwenkt entsprechend angeordnet werden können.
Ferner ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster gemäß DE 295 17 574 U1 eine Duschabtrennung für eine rechteckförmige Duschwanne bekannt, welche im Anschluß an das Ende einer Badewanne angeordnet ist. Die Duschabtrennung weist zwei Türflügel auf, welche zum Absperren oder Freigeben des Eintrittsbereiches jeweils um vertikale Achsen schwenkbar sind. In der geschlossenen oder abgesperrten Position dieser beiden Türflügel stehen diese in der gleichen vertikalen Ebene, welche parallel zum vorderen Längsrand der Badewanne verläuft. Für den der Badewanne nächststehenden Türflügel ist ein Eckprofil vorgesehen, welches die Lagerung des Türflügels definiert und welches am Ende der Badewanne auf dem vorderen Rand der Duschwanne angeordnet ist und oben mittels zweier orthogonaler Querprofile an den beiden Wänden des Badezimmers abgestützt ist. Im Anschluß an die Badewanne ist eine schwenkbare Trennwand angeordnet, welche an der Raumwand in Verlängerung des hinteren Wannenrandes angeordnet ist. Die genannte schwenkbare Trennwand ist anstelle eines festmontierten Seitenteils einer üblichen Duschabtrennung vorgesehen, um die Reinigung im Verbindungsbereich der Duschabtrennung und der Badewanne zu ermöglichen. Die insgesamt drei Lagerungen zum Schwenken der beiden Türflügel und der schwenkbaren Trennwand erfordern einen nicht unerheblichen Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand. Durch die genannten oberen Querprofile muß in recht aufwendiger Weise die Befestigung und Stabilisierung des genannten Eckprofils erreicht werden. Zudem sind besondere Dichtungsmittel notwendig, um eine Abdichtung zwischen dem Eckprofil und der freien vertikalen Längskante der schwenkbaren Trennwand zu gewährleisten.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe Zugrunde, die Duschtrennwand der genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß mit geringem konstruktivem Aufwand an einer Seite einer Duschkabine oder Duschwanne ein Möbelstück oder anderes Bauteil, und zwar insbesondere eine Badewanne, angeordnet werden kann. Die Duschtrennwand soll symmetrisch ausgebildete und/oder zueinander anzuordnende Türflügel aufweisen. Ferner sollen im wesentlichen bekannte Bauelemente zum Einsatz gelangen.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt gemäß den im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
Die Duschtrennwand zeichnet sich durch einen einfachen Aufbau aus und enthält eine lösbare Arretierungsvorrichtung für einen der beiden Türflügel. Diese lösbare Arretierungsvorrichtung wird erfindungsgemäß demjenigen Türflügel zugeordnet, an welchem außen ein anderes Bauelement, Möbelstück, Waschmaschine oder eine Badewanne anschließt. Die beiden Türflügel der Duschtrennwand stehen im geschlossenen Zustand nicht in der gleichen Vertikalebene, sondern in einem vorgegebenen Winkel zueinander, insbesondere in einem rechten Winkel entsprechend einer Eck-Duschtrennwand für einen Diagonaleinstieg, wobei der eine Türflügel arretierbar und bei Bedarf lösbar ist. Insbesondere zum Zwecke der Reinigung wird die Arretierungsvorrichtung gelöst, so daß der Bereich zwischen dem Bauteil und insbesondere dem Fuß- oder Kopfende einer Badewanne problemlos gereinigt werden kann.
Die Eck-Duschtrennwand mit den beiden in einem vorgegebenen Winkel, insbesondere in orthogonalen Ebenen, angeordneten Türflügeln wird einer neuen Verwendung in Kombination mit dem anderen Bauelement oder der Badewanne zugeführt und unmittelbar im Anschluß an das Fuß- oder Kopfende der Badewanne angeordnet. Mittels der Arretierungsvorrichtung wird der eine Türflügel, welcher unmittelbar im Anschluß an das Ende der Badewanne und parallel zu diesem Ende angeordnet ist, dauerhaft und stabil in dieser Position so lange gehalten, bis die Arretierungsvorrichtung gelöst wird. Erst danach kann dieser Türflügel in den Innenraum über die Duschwanne geschwenkt werden. Der Zugang zur Außenseite des kurzen Wannenendes oder des anderen Bauelements sowie des hierzu parallelen Türflügels ist sehr leicht möglich, ohne daß hierbei ein Eckprofil eines Rahmens oder dergleichen stören würde.
Die Duschtrennwand weist keine Rahmenkonstruktion mit feststehendem Eckpfosten, Profilschienen oder dergleichen auf, so daß bei freigegebener Arretierungsvorrichtung auch im Eckbereich keinerlei Reinigungsprobleme oder besonders schwierige Schmutzecken vorhanden sind. Die Arretierungsvorrichtung besitzt in zweckmäßiger Weise eine an einer Raumwand bevorzugt schwenkbar gelagerte Konsole oder Stange, welche andererseits mit dem Türflügel verbunden ist. Insbesondere die Verbindung der Konsole mit dem Türflügel ist lösbar ausgebildet, doch kann gleichermaßen zusätzlich oder alternativ die Verbindung mit der Raumwand schwenkbar und/oder lösbar ausgebildet sein.
Besondere Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen sowie der weiteren Beschreibung angegeben.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend für ein besonderes Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf eine Duschtrennwand mit zwei rechtwinklig zueinander angeordneten Türflügeln 2, 4, welche im Eckbereich von zwei Raumwänden 6, 8 in bekannter Weise um vertikale Achsen 10, 12 schwenkbar angeordnet sind. Die vertikalen Schwenkachsen 10, 12 werden durch Scharniere, Profilschienen, Konsolen oder ähnliches definiert, wobei geeignete Dichtmittel zur Abdichtung bezüglich den jeweiligen Raumwänden 6, 8 vorgesehen sind. Der vordere Türflügel 2 kann in Richtung des Pfeiles 14 nach außen aufgeschwenkt werden, um den Eintrittsbereich in den Duschinnenraum 16 freizugeben. Zweckmäßig kann der vordere Türflügel 2 auch nach innen in den Duschinnenraum 16 hineingeschwenkt werden. Die Duschtrennwand kann eine am Boden des Badezimmers oder Duschraumes angeordneten Duschwanne 18 zugeordnet sein. Alternativ kann die Duschwanne 18 auch fehlen, wobei der Boden des Duschinnenraumes gefließt ist und einen hier nicht dargestellten Ablauf aufweist.
Seitlich an den Duschinnenraum 16 schließt eine hier nur teilweise angedeutete Badewanne 20 an, deren Fuß- bzw. Kopfende 22 in bekannter Weise in vorgegebener Höhe über dem Boden des Duschinnenraumes bzw. der Duschwanne liegt. Zwischen dem Wannenende 22 und dem Duschinnenraum 16 ist der arretierbare Türflügel 4 angeordnet. In der normalen Gebrauchsstellung steht der arretierbare Türflügel 4 im wesentlichen parallel zum Fuß- oder Kopfende 22 der Badewanne 20 und wird in dieser Position mit einer lösbaren Arretierungsvorrichtung 24 gesichert. Nach Lösen der Arretierungsvorrichtung 24 kann auch der Türflügel 4 um seine vertikale Schwenkachse 12 geschwenkt werden, und zwar gemäß Pfeil 26 in den Duschinnenraum hinein. Das Fuß- oder Kopfende 22 der Badewanne 20 und insbesondere dessen in vertikaler Richtung verlaufende Wannenverkleidung ist hierbei problemlos frei zugänglich. Da die erfindungsgemäße Duschtrennwand keine Rahmenkonstruktion aufweist, ist im vorderen Eckbereich 28 weder ein Eckpfosten oder eine Profilschiene oder dergleichen vorgesehen und auch dort ist eine problemlose Reinigung durchführbar. Die Duschtrennwand ist rahmenlos ausgebildet und die beiden Türflügel 2, 4 stoßen im vorderen Eckbereich 28 praktisch unmittelbar aneinander, wobei lediglich die bei Duschtrennwänden für Diagonaleinstieg vorgesehenen elastischen und/oder magnetischen Dichtungsprofile vorhanden sind. Die Arretierungsvorrichtung ermöglicht die Verwendung der Duschtrennwand in Kombination mit der Badewanne, ohne daß eine Sonderkonstruktion der Duschtrennwand selbst erforderlich wäre.
Die Arretierungsvorrichtung 24 besitzt einen ersten Lagerbock 30, welcher an der einen Raumwand 8 befestigt ist. Es ist ferner ein zweiter Lagerbock 32 am seitlichen Türflügel 4 angeordnet, wobei zwischen den beiden Lagerböcken 30, 32 eine Konsole 34 angeordnet ist. Die Konsole 34 ist zumindest mit einem der beiden Lagerböcke 30, 32 lösbar verbunden. Die andere Verbindung kann gleichfalls lösbar ausgebildet sein, ist jedoch zweckmäßig schwenkbar, so daß beispielsweise gemäß Pfeil 36 die Konsole 34 nach Lösen der Verbindung mit dem Lagerbock 32 in den Duschinnenraum 16 geschwenkt werden kann. Ist die eine Verbindung lösbar und die andere Verbindung schwenkbar, so kann die Konsole 34 nicht verlorengehen und ferner kann die Arretierung in einfacher Weise durchgeführt werden, da die Konsole 34 dann lediglich in den zugeordneten Lagerbock 32 zurückgeschwenkt werden muß. Die Konsole 34 kann vorzugsweise als Stange ausgebildet ein und/oder wenigstens einen Haken 38 zum Aufhängen von Waschutensilien enthalten.
Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch in einer seitlichen Darstellung die Arretierungsvorrichtung mit dem an der Raumwand befestigten Lagerbock 30 und dem mit dem am oberen Ende des Türflügels 4 angeordneten zweiten Lagerbock 32. Die Konsole 34 ist bezüglich des ersten Lagerbocks 30 um die Achse 40 mittels eines Gelenks 42 schwenkbar gelagert. Der zweite Lagerbock 32 besitzt einen vertikal verschiebbaren Bolzen 44, welcher mittels eines Griffs oder Knopfes 46 aus der dargestellten Ruhestellung in Richtung des Pfeiles 48 nach unten gezogen werden kann. Insbesondere mit einer hier nicht weiter dargestellten Feder wird der Bolzen 44 normalerweise in der arretierten Position gehalten, in welcher er in eine Öse oder vertikale Bohrung 50 der Konsole 34 eingreift. Nach dem Herausziehen des Bolzens 44 ist die Konsole 34 um die Achse 40 schwenkbar und nachfolgend kann der Türflügel 4 in der oben erläuterten Weise in den Duschinnenraum geschwenkt werden.
Fig. 3 zeigt in einer perspektischen Ansicht den oberen Teil des Türflügels 4 mit dem zweiten Lagerbock 32. Die Konsole bzw. Haltestange 34 ist mit dem zweiten Lagerbock 32 gekoppelt. Es sind ferner zwei Haken 38 an der Haltestange 34 ebenso zu erkennen wie der an der Raumwand befestigte erste Lagerbock 30.
Fig. 4 zeigt die Arretierungsvorrichtung im gelösten Zustand, wobei die Konsole 34 in den Duschinnenraum hineingeschwenkt ist. Nach Herunterziehen des Griffes 56 wurde die Öse 50 der Konsole 34 freigegeben. Der Türflügel 4 ist somit nicht mehr arretiert und kann gemäß Zeichnung nach links in den Duschinnenraum geschwenkt werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Duschtrennwand mit zwei schwenkbaren Türflügeln (2, 4), welche vorzugsweise rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind und welche einen Duschinnenraum (16) begrenzen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Türflügel (4) mittels einer lösbaren Arretierungsvorrichtung (24) feststellbar ist
    und daß an den feststellbaren Türflügel (4) außerhalb des Duschinnenraumes (16) eine Badewanne (20) oder ein weiteres Bauelement anschließt.
  2. Duschtrennwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Türflügel (2, 4) übereinstimmend ausgebildet sind und/oder im Eckbereich zweier im wesentlichen orthogonal zueinander verlaufenden Raumwänden schwenkbar angeordnet sind.
  3. Duschtrennwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierungsvorrichtung (24) einen ersten Lagerbock (30) aufweist, welcher vorzugsweise an der einen Raumwand (8) befestigbar ist, sowie einen weiteren Lagerbock (32), welcher an einem der beiden schwenkbaren Türflügel (4) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise im oberen Endbereich desselben.
  4. Duschtrennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Türflügel (2, 4) im wesentlichen symmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind und/oder daß im Eckbereich (28), in welchem die beiden Türflügel (2, 4) mit ihren vertikalen Längskanten, vorzugsweise unter Einschaltung wenigstens eines Dichtprofils, im geschlossenen Zustand des einen Türflügels (2) aneinanderliegen.
  5. Duschtrennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 b is 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierungsvorrichtung (24) eine Konsole (34) und/oder eine Haltestange aufweist, welche an wenigstens einen der beiden Lagerböcke (30, 32) schwenkbar gelagert ist und am anderen der beiden Lagerböcke (30, 32) lösbar befestigt ist.
  6. Duschtrennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorzugsweise der mit dem schwenkbaren Türflügel (4) verbundene Lagerbock (32) einen bewegbaren Bolzen (44) aufweist, welcher mit einer Ausnehmung oder Öse (50) der Konsole (34) in Eingriff bringbar und bei Bedarf herauslösbar ist.
  7. Duschtrennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der arretierbare Türflügel (4) im wesentlichen die gleiche Höhe wie der frei schwenkbare Türflügel (2) aufweist.
