Description
Claims (7)
- Klinge für land- und forstwirtschaftliche Zwecke aus Stahl, die durch Erwärmen und Abschrecken auf eine Härte von 54 bis 56 HRc gehärtet sowie mindestens im Bereich (2, 3) der Schneide (6) oberflächengehärtet ist, wobei der Stahl 0,35-0,50% Kohlenstoff und 0,0015-0,008% Bor enthält.
- Klinge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahl Titan, vorzugsweise in einem Anteil von 0,041% enthält.
- Klinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahl 0,3 bis 0,5 % Chrom enthält.
- Klinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinge (1) durch ein an sich bekanntes Oberflächenhärtungsverfahren, vorzugsweise durch Karbonitrieren (Eindiffundieren von Kohlenstoff und/oder Stickstoff) an der Oberfläche zumindestens im Bereich (2, 3) der Schneide (6) eine gehärtete Schicht mit einer Härte von 65 bis 70 HRc aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Klinge für land- und forstwirtschaftliche Zwecke aus Stahl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Klinge aus einem mikroborlegiertem Stahl mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt von 0,35 bis 0,50 % und einem Borgehalt von 0,0015 bis 0,008 % gefertigt wird,durch Erwärmen und Abschrecken auf eine Härte von 54 bis 56 HRc gebracht wird,und an der Oberfläche durch ein an sich bekanntes Oberflächenhärtungsverfahren, vorzugsweise durch Karbonitrieren zumindestens im Bereich (2, 3) der Schneide (6) auf einer Härte von 65 bis 70 HRc gebracht wird, wobei vorzugsweise wie an sich bekannt mehrere Klingen zu einem Stapel aufeinander gelegt werden, so daß sich die Oberflächen (4, 5) der Klingen gegenseitig abdecken, außer in den Bereichen (2, 3) der Schneiden (6).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinge (1) aus Stahl gefertigt wird, der 0,3 bis 0,5% Chrom enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinge (1) aus Stahl gefertigt wird, der Titan vorzugsweise in einem Anteil von 0,041% enthält.
