Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Verkleben von aus übereinander gelegten flächigen Materialien bestehenden Werkstücken (7), insbesondere von miteinander zu verklebenden Stoffteilen für Bekleidung, mit zwei mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit angetriebenen Transportbändern (6, 8), zwischen denen die Werkstücke (7) in Transportrichtung ausgehend von einer Auflegestation (2) zunächst durch eine Heizstation (3) mit wenigstens einer Heizzone und anschließend durch eine Preßstation (4) transportierbar sind,
bei der die Heizzone der Heizstation (3) senkrecht zur Transportrichtung der Transportbänder (6, 8) ausgerichtete, oberhalb und/oder unterhalb der Transportbänder (6, 8) angeordnete stabförmige Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) aufweist, an denen die Transportbänder (6, 8) entlanggleiten,
bei der Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) zur Bildung einer Heizplatte oder eines plattenförmigen Heizrostes zu einer Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) mit in Transportrichtung gerader oder gekrümmter Formgebung zusammengefaßt sind und
bei der in die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) Wärmeerzeuger (24, 55) in Form elektrisch erwärmbarer Heizstäbe (24) oder elektrisch erwärmbarer Heizplatten bzw. Heizmatten (55) in gut wärmeleitendem Kontakt mit den Hohlprofil-Heizkörpern (19, 56, 58) eingefügt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) einen Gitterrahmen (39) mit parallel angeordneten Gitterstäben (41) enthält,daß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) in ihrer Längserstreckung an beiden Seiten eine Profilnut (27) aufweisen unddaß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) in ihrer Längserstreckung verschiebbar mehrfach am Gitterrahmen (39) an Profilköpfe (43, 52) aufweisenden Spannpratzen (42, 47) gehaltert sind, die mit ihren Profilköpfen (43, 52) formschlüssig in die Profilnuten (27) der Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß quer zu den Gitterstäben (41) des Gitterrahmens (39) ausgerichtete Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) entweder in gegenseitig vorgegebenen Abständen, d.h. in Form eines plattenförmigen Heiz- oder Kühlrostes, oder unmittelbar aneinander grenzend, d.h. in Form einer Heiz- oder Kühlplatte, über die Spannpratzen (42, 47) an den Gitterstäben (41) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei einer einen plattenförmigen Heiz- oder Kühlrost darstellenden Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) U-förmig gestaltete Spannpratzen (42) an den freien Enden ihrer Schenkel (48) nach innen aufeinander zu ausgerichtete Profilköpfe (43) aufweisen,daß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) auf ihrer zum Gitterrahmen (39) ausgerichteten Unterseite (23) jeweils einander gegenüberliegend randseitige, sich bis in die Profilnuten (27) erstreckende Stecknuten (44) haben,daß zur Befestigung der Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19) am Gitterrahmen (39) die Spannpratzen (42) mit ihren Profilköpfen (43) über die Stecknuten (44) in die Profilnuten eingreifen unddaß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) anschließend zur Herstellung einer lösbaren Verriegelung in den Spannpratzen (42) in ihrer Längserstreckung ein Stück verschoben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei einer eine Heiz- oder Kühlplatte darstellenden Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) U-förmig gestaltete Spannpratzen (47) an den freien Enden ihrer Schenkel (48) Profilköpfe (49) aufweisen, die zueinander parallel und senkrecht zu den Schenkeln (48) ausgerichtet sind,daß an den Übergängen zwischen unmittelbar aneinander grenzenden Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) der Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) sich einerseits die Stecknuten (50) zu Steckkanälen (51) und andererseits die Profilnuten (27) zu geschlossenen Führungskanälen ergänzen,daß die Profilköpfe (49) der Spannpratzen (47) in ihrem Querschnittsprofil an das Querschnittsprofil der von den Profilnuten (27) gebildeten Führungskanäle angepaßt sind,daß zur Befestigung der Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19) am Gitterrahmen (39) die Spannpratzen (47) mit ihren Profilköpfen (49) über die Steckkanäle (51) in die Führungskanäle eingreifen unddaß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) anschließend zur Herstellung einer lösbaren Verriegelung in den Spannpratzen (47) in ihrer Erstreckung ein Stück verschoben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei jedem Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) in am Gitterrahmen (39) verriegelten Zustand lediglich eine einzige seiner lösbaren Verriegelungen zusätzlich fixiert ist unddaß diese zusätzlich fixierte lösbare Verriegelung jeweils an einem der Enden eines Hohlprofil-Heizkörpers (19, 56, 58) vorgenommen wird, das für alle Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) einer Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) fest vorgegeben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Fixierung der lösbaren Verriegelung an dem fest vorgegebenen Ende jedes Hohlprofil-Heizkörpers (19, 56, 58) einer Hohlprofil-Heizkörperanordnung (11, 18) ein Halteblech (45) vorgesehen ist, das mit seinem unteren Rand in eine senkrecht zur Längsachse der Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) in deren Unterseite vorgesehene Nut (46) eingreift und entweder an der ihm nahen Spannpratze (42, 47) oder aber an dem ihm nahen Gitterstab (41) des Gitterrahmens (39) angeschraubt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilnuten (27) der Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) einen T-Öffnungsquerschnitt haben, der zur Seitenwand (25, 26) hin offen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlprofil-Heizkörper (19, 56, 58) Aluminium-Strangpreßprofile sind.
