Definitions
- the invention relates to a knitting machine, in particular one Warp knitting machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a knitting machine of the type mentioned is from the DE-A-42 38 600 is known.
- This knitting machine contains one central control unit and individual intelligent control units for the individual units.
- the individual Control units are each equipped with a clock.
- the connection between the central control unit and the individual control units takes place via an external BUS.
- the individual control units are used for the Program modules required for the respective unit for the one to be manufactured Knitwear processed.
- the disadvantage is that the coordination of the individual individual control units via the central control unit to which the signals are sent the individual clock forwarded, processed and as Control signals returned to the individual control units become.
- the central control unit contains one additional BUS driver. Through this training the Control not only relatively complicated but in particular also in the speed of data exchange and control the aggregates limited.
- the object of the invention is a knitting machine of the beginning to improve the type mentioned.
- each drive an individual intelligent control unit for takeover and processing an associated program module of the control program of the central control device and the Drive of an aggregate as main drive with associated Clock is designed as a setpoint clock
- the Drives of all units via a setpoint clock line are interconnected, there is an essential one Simplification, greater flexibility and adaptability of the Drives, especially auxiliary drives. That’s it possible to switch the individual control units on the knitting machine directly with the associated Load program module so that all drives autonomously, that means without communication with the central control unit, and can therefore be regulated more quickly than before and thus easier, faster and more precise on speed changes of the Main drive can react.
- each auxiliary drive is provided with a synchronous motor is.
- a synchronous motor is advantageously over a reduction gear with the one to be driven Unit connected, which is for example a laying rail. This allows high offset forces, e.g. 19.62 N (two kilopond) per thread with an average offset of 108 mm or with small thread forces large misalignment paths, such as for example, for the full-length shot the knitting machine is necessary.
- the main drive is preferably with a Asynchronous motor equipped.
- the knitting machine is preferably with equipped at least two laying rails, in particular very flexible due to its own auxiliary drive and can be arranged to save space. So it is possible for the one laying rail the drive at the right end and for the other guide rail to provide the drive at the left end, which results in a space-saving arrangement, which moreover is only limited to the ends of the laying rail, so that the remaining space for further components and / or accessibility the knitting machine can be used.
- a further development according to claim is also particularly advantageous 9, which is a very effective and optimally adjustable Trigger device results, which in turn is very space-saving is, which either space for other components Is available and / or the accessibility of the knitting machine is improved.
- the auxiliary drives for the individual units respectively Aggregate groups enable individual, flexible Control of the individual aggregates or aggregate groups, especially the laying rails, like the voting threading on the needle movement. This allows the Type of weave, mesh size and the flow of forces optimized without having to retool the knitting machine should. For warp knitting machines with large pitches and thus large offset movements result from the auxiliary drives essential advantages for the individual aggregate groups, because e.g. with mechanical control of the laying rails would have to be very expensive.
- the control according to the invention is particularly suitable for rough ones Knitting machines, i.e. for knitting machines for coarse knitted fabrics particularly well suited, as such machines usually are slow running (100 revolutions / minute) and with large ones Needle pitches of, for example, one needle per two centimeters work with long offset and swing movements must be executed.
- the divisions are much finer, e.g. six Needles per centimeter and the offset strokes correspondingly smaller, at higher speeds, for example 500 to 2000 revolutions / minute.
- the concept according to the invention is particularly for double-contoured Warp knitting machines are of great advantage, which for practical purposes Use is very important.
- Double-warp knitting machines offered either have the Drive or drive elements for the swing and / or the Laying rails attached centrally in the knitting machine, whereby the goods deduction cumbersome led around the drive elements and what is more, the knitted fabric in the area of Deduction is difficult to access. On the one hand, this is the case with Pulling in the knitted fabric, but also during the inspection and during production as well as when removing the knitted goods cumbersome.
- the auxiliary drives according to the invention for the laying rails can, however, due to the concept of the individual drives be attached to both sides of the knitting machine so that no drives or drive elements disruptive in the fume cupboard protrude into the knitted fabric.
- Especially simplifying the withdrawal of goods is particularly important, because this makes the take-off rollers very close to the point of action can be brought up to what the operational safety that means the precise stitch formation and thus the stitch quality elevated.
- an inventive Knitting machine is a double-contour in Figures 1 and 2 Raschel machine shown, i.e. a warp knitting machine with two rows of knitting needles 2.4, each using a known method Needle bars on rocker arms mounted in the machine frame 5 6,8 arranged swinging up and down and drivable are.
- these rocker arms 6,8 are over Coupling rods 10 driven, which interact with rocker arms 12, which at their free ends with cams 14 cooperate on a main shaft 15 by a main drive 16 is driven.
- the rows of knitting needles are 2.4 arranged on both sides of tee rails 18, between which the knitted fabric 20 is drawn off by means of a take-off device 22 becomes.
- the latter consists of two take-off rollers 24, 26, which an auxiliary drive 28 are driven, and a pressure roller 30th
- Each knitting needle row 2, 4 is a partial weft device 32 with an auxiliary drive 33 or a full shot device 34 assigned with an auxiliary drive 35.
- the partial shot device 32 (omitted in Figure 1 for clarity) a laying rail 36 and thread guide 38, each only move over a section of the knitting needle rows 4.
- the Firing device 34 contains one by means of the auxiliary drive 35 back and forth across the entire row of knitting needles 2 driven revolving element 40 designed as a toothed belt, on which a thread guide 42 for executing the full shot is attached.
- the laying rails 44a, 44b, 44c, 44d contain two parallel ones on both sides Support rods 50, by means of which they can be displaced in the longitudinal direction are mounted in rockers 52, which in turn on a pivotable Shaft 54 are attached to the machine frame 5 is stored.
- the shaft 54 is in a manner known per se provided with a drive lever 56 on which a coupling rod is articulated with another in the machine frame pivotable lever 60 is connected to a cam 62 on the main shaft driven by the main drive 16 15 cooperates.
- lay rails 36, 44a, 44b, 44c, 44d are at least substantially identical, wherein however, auxiliary drives used to move in the longitudinal direction 35,63a, 63b, 63c, 63d on any side, for example from Laying rail to laying rail alternately on the right and can be arranged once at the left end.
- the laying rails can be designed differently, are preferred however, they are basically the same, with individual or all laying rails with at least one auxiliary laying rail can be equipped.
- FIG. 3 shows a block diagram for the control of the warp knitting machine described above with its units.
- the warp knitting machine contains a central control unit 120 with an input device 122, on which the characteristic data of the desired pattern for the knitted fabric to be produced can be entered, for example by means of a keyboard, a floppy disk drive or the like.
- a connected central control unit 124 processes the data and routes it via a communication line 126 to the individual drives connected in parallel, ie to the main drive 16, the auxiliary drives 63a, 63b, 63c, 63d for the laying rails 44a, 44b, 44c, 44d, the auxiliary drive 33 for the partial shot device 32, the auxiliary drive 35 for the full shot device 34 and the auxiliary drive 28 for the trigger device 22.
- All drives are connected to a feed line 128 for the energy supply. All drives are built autonomously and identically, so that the indices for the respective reference numerals designate the same parts: Index 1 engine Index 2 management Index 3 individual control unit with computer Index 4 Clock Index 5 Clock line.
