Claims (7)
- Bewehrungsteil, dessen Grundwerkstoff austenitisches Gußeisen ist und das intermetallisch mit einem Motorenteil aus einer Aluminiumbasis-Legierung, insbesondere einem Kolben verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gefüge zumindest an einer Teilfläche (3) der im Bereich der intermetallischen Bindung liegenden Oberfläche des Bewehrungsteils (1) austenitisch-ledeburitisch ausgebildet ist. - Bewehrungsteil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gefüge an der gesamten Oberfläche des Bewehrungsteils (1) im Bereich der intermetallischen Bindung austenitisch-ledeburitisch ausgebildet ist. - Bewehrungsteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bewehrungsteil ein Ringträger (1) zur Aufnahme eines Kolbenringes ist. - Bewehrungsteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bewehrungsteil ein Muldenrandschutz ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bewehrungsteils nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das austenitisch-ledeburitische Gefüge durch Umschmelzen des austenitischen Grundwerkstoffs mittels Laserstrahlen erzielt wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bewehrungsteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das austenitisch-ledeburitische Gefüge durch Umschmelzen des austenitischen Grundwerkstoffs durch Induktions-Umschmelzen erzielt wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bewehrungsteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das austenitisch-ledeburitische Gefüge durch WIG-Umschmelzen erzielt wird.
