Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Wickeln von Stabstahl (1) nach Abkühlung aus der Walzhitze in einem Drehkorbhaspel (10), wobei mittels einer Führungsstrecke (2), einem vorgelagerten Treibapparat (3) und einem Legerohr (4) am Ende der Führungsstrecke (2) der Stabstahl (1) dem rotierenden Wickelkorb (6) des Drehkorbhaspels (10) zugeführt und zu einem Bund (9) gewickelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (9) während des Wickelns und während des Aushebevorgangs aus dem Drehkorbhaspel (10) kompaktiert und stabilisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Stabilisierung des Bundes (9) während des Aushebens des Bundes (9) aus dem Drehkorbhaspel (10) die äußeren Windungen (5) durch Aufdüsen einer Kühlflüssigkeit bandagenähnlich verfestigt werden, indem während des Aushebevorgangs der Bund (9) durch den tragenden Wickelboden (11) drehend an den Sprühdüsen (14) vorbeigeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Kompaktierung des Bundes (9) dieser während des Aushebevorgangs aus dem Drehkorbhaspel (10) von unten gegen radial nach innen ausfahrbare Kompaktierbolzen (7) gedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Wickeln von Stabstahl (1) mit einem Durchmesser von ≤ 40 mm durch eine heb- und senkbare spiralförmige Verlängerung (8) des Legerohrs (4) der Stabstahl (1) vorgebogen und möglichst nahe an den Wickelboden (11) geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Wickeln von Stabstahl (1) nach Abkühlung aus der Walzhitze in einem Drehkorbhaspel (10), wobei mittels einer Führungsstrecke (2), einem vorgelagerten Treibapparat (3) und einem stationär angeordneten Legerohr (4) am Ende der Führungsstrecke (2) der Stabstahl (1) dem rotierenden Wickelkorb (6) des Drehkorbhaspels (10) zugeführt und zu einem Bund (9) gewickelt wird, wobei der Wickelboden (11) durch eine Antriebsvorrichtung vertikal verschiebbar ist, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) am oberen Rand des Drehkorbhaspels (10) mehrere radial nach innen ausfahrbare Kompaktierbolzen (7) angeordnet sind,b) der Treibapparat (3) an einer vertikal verschiebbaren Traverse (12, 13) angeordnet ist, deren mittlerer Teil (13) ausschwenkbar und/oder herausnehmbar ist,c) am stationär angeordneten Legerohr (4) eine vertikal verschiebbare spiralförmige Verlängerung (8) lösbar befestigt ist, undd) seitlich oberhalb des Drehkorbhaspels (10) mehrere Leitungen (21) mit Sprühdüsen (14) zum Besprühen der äußeren Bundwindungen (5) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Spiralrohrtopf (15) in den Drehkorbhaspel (10) einkuppelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine ringförmige Platte (16) den Teil der Korböffnung, der durch den Zwischenraum zwischen den Innenpinnkranz (17) und dem Korbmantel (18) gebildet wird, während des Wickelns abdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelboden (11) durch eine Antriebsvorrichtung vertikal verschiebbar und gleichzeitig um seine Mittelachse drehbar ausgebildet ist.
