Claims (15)
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit für elektrische Schaltfunktionen mit einer metallischen Kontaktplatine (2), die ein Basisteil (3) mit wenigstens einem einstückig mit diesem ausgebildeten Kontaktarm (5) aufweist, und einem elektrisch nichtleitenden Rahmenteil (7), in dem das Basisteil (3) der Kontaktplatine (2) fest aufgenommen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Längsseiten (12) und das vordere Ende (9) des Kontaktarms (5) von wenigstens einem mit dem Rahmenteil (7) einstückig ausgebildeten Rahmenschenkel (8) umgeben ist, wobei das vordere Ende (9) des Kontaktarms (5) lösbar im Rahmenschenkel (8) arretierbar ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der das vordere Ende (9) des Kontaktarms (5) arretierende Abschnitt des Rahmenschenkels (8) mit einer das vordere Ende (9) des Kontaktarms (5) aufnehmenden Nut (10) versehen ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Längsseite (12) des Kontaktarms (5) durch Bildung eines Spaltes (11) vom Rahmenschenkel (8) umgeben ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende (9) des Kontaktarms (5) durch Biegen des Kontaktarms (5) außer Eingriff mit dem Rahmenschenkel (8) bringbar ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktarm (5) aus der Ebene des diesen umgebenden Bereiches des Rahmenschenkels (8) herausbiegbar ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Kontaktarm (5) an seinen beiden Längsseiten (12) und seinem vorderen Ende (9) von Rahmenschenkeln (8) umgeben ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Rahmenteil (7) ausgebildete Rahmenschenkel (8) L-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Rahmenteil (7) ausgebildete Rahmenschenkel (8) T-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmenteil (7) und der wenigstens eine Rahmenschenkel (8) aus Kunststoff bestehen, die an das Basisteil (3) bzw. um den mindestens einen Kontaktarm (5) der Kontaktplatine (2) gespritzt sind.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmenschenkel (8) vom Rahmenteil (7) während eines Montagevorganges der Kontaktfeder-Einheit (1) abbrechbar ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Rahmenteil (7) und dem Rahmenschenkel (8) eine Schwächungsfuge (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmenteil (7) oder der Rahmenschenkel (8) während eines Montagevorganges der Kontaktfeder-Einheit (1) als Stütz- bzw. Führungselement in einem entsprechenden Bauteil vorgesehen ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Kontaktarme (5) in wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Kontaktzungen (6) unterteilt ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere von diesen nach Art eines Bandes (14) oder Stanzgitters zusammengefaßt sind, wobei jede diese Kontaktfeder-Einheiten (1) vom Band (14) bzw. Stanzgitter abbrechbar ist.
- Kontaktfeder-Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (14) bzw. Stanzgitter mit die Kontaktfeder-Einheiten (1) trennenden Schwächungsfugen (15) versehen ist.
