Claims (19)
- Erhöhte Plattform oder Bühne, insbesondere ausgebildet als Deckenschalung für das Betonieren, aufweisend:(a) aufrechte Steher (2);(b) Hauptträger (4), die sich an den Stehern (2) abstützen;(c) Nebenträger (6), die sich durch Auflagern einer unteren Lagerfläche (36) auf einer oberen Lagerfläche (34) mindestens eines Hauptträgers (4) abstützen;(d) und Platten (8), die auf Nebenträgern (6) aufgelagert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,(e) daß mindestens bei einem erheblichen Teil der Hauptträger/Nebenträger-Auflagerstellen eine formschlüssige Festlegung zwischen dem betreffenden Hauptträger (4) und dem betreffenden Nebenträger (6) gegenüber Kräften beliebiger Richtung in der Lagerflächenebene vorgesehen ist;(f) daß die formschlüssige Festlegung durch Eingriff von Vorstehelementen (42) mit Öffnungen (40) und/oder mit Trägerrändern (54) gebildet ist, wobei die Eingriff-Vorstehelemente (42) von dem betreffenden Hauptträger (4) nach oben vorstehen und die Eingriff-Öffnungen (40) und/oder die Eingriff-Trägerränder (54) an dem betreffenden Nebenträger (6) vorgesehen sind und/oder umgekehrt;(g) und daß bei dem betreffenden Hauptträger (4) und dem betreffenden Nebenträger (6) eine Reihe von Vorstehelementen (42) bzw. Öffnungen (40), sofern solche vorhanden sind, längs des Trägers vorgesehen sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den formschlüssigen Eingriff Vorstehelemente (42) in der oberen Lagerfläche (34) des betreffenden Hauptträgers (4) und Öffnungen (40) in der unteren Lagerfläche (36) des betreffenden Nebenträgers (6) vorgesehen sind oder umgekehrt. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vorstehelemente (42) Kurzbolzen aus Kunststoff oder Metall vorgesehen sind, die an dem betreffenden Träger (4;6) angebracht sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der betreffende Hauptträger (4) und/oder der betreffende Nebenträger (6) kleinere Öffnungen (41) mit darin angebrachten Vorstehelementen und größere Öffnungen (40) aufweist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der betreffende Hauptträger (4) und der betreffende Nebenträger (6), gegebenenfalls mit Ausnahme ihrer Länge, gleich ausgebildet sind oder abgesehen von den Vorstehelementen (42) gleich ausgebildet sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der betreffende Hauptträger (4) und/oder der betreffende Nebenträger (6) aus abgekantetem Blech gefertigt sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (40) vor dem Abkanten eingestanzt sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der betreffende Hauptträger (4) und/oder der betreffende Nebenträger (6) aus zwei im wesentlichen U-förmigen Profilen besteht, die mit den Rücken einander zugewandt und mit Abstand miteinander verbunden sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Profile durch Schraubverbindungen (30) miteinander verbunden sind und durch Abstandshalter (32), vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, auf Abstand gehalten sind. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens bei einem erheblichen Teil der Steher/Hauptträger-Abstützstellen eine formschlüssige Festlegung zwischen dem betreffenden Steher (2) und dem betreffenden Hauptträger (4) gegenüber Kräften beliebiger Richtung in einer Ebene, die rechtwinklig zur Längsrichtung des Stehers (2) ist und durch die betreffende Abstützstelle führt, vorgesehen ist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Festlegung durch den Eingriff von Vorstehelementen (42) mit Öffnungen (40) gebildet ist, wobei die Vorstehelemente (42) aus einer oberen Lagerfläche (26) des betreffenden Stehers (2) nach oben vorstehen und die Öffnungen (40) in einer unteren Lagerfläche des betreffenden Hauptträgers (4) ausgebildet sind oder umgekehrt. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens bei einem erheblichen Teil der Nebenträger/Platte-Auflagerstellen eine formschlüssige Festlegung zwischen dem betreffenden Nebenträger (6) und der betreffenden Platte (8) gegenüber Kräften beliebiger Richtung in der Auflagerflächenebene vorgesehen ist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Festlegung durch den Eingriff von Vorstehelementen (52) mit Öffnungen (40) gebildet ist, wobei die Vorstehelemente (52) aus einer oberen Lagerfläche des betreffenden Nebenträgers nach oben vorstehen und die Öffnungen in einer unteren Lagerfläche der betreffenden Platte ausgebildet sind oder umgekehrt. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein erheblicher Teil der Steher (2) mit einem derartigen Kopf (22) ausgestattet ist, daß ein Hauptträger darüber hinwegführend auf dem Steher (2) abstützbar ist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein erheblicher Teil der Steher (2) mit einem Fallkopf (24) ausgestattet ist, der mindestens eine Abstützstelle (26) für einen Hauptträger (4) aufweist und relativ zu dem oberen Abschluß des Stehers (2) nach unten absenkbar ist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorstehelemente (42) einen sich in Richtung zum freien Ende hin verjüngenden Querschnitt besitzen. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Traversen (10) als versteifende Querverbindungen mit ihren Enden an den betreffenden Stehern (2) befestigt sind; daß mindestens bei einem erheblichen Teil der Steher/Traversenende-Verbindungsstellen eine formschlüssige Festlegung zwischen dem betreffenden Steher (2) und dem betreffenden Traversenende gegenüber Kräften aller drei Raumrichtungen vorgesehen ist; und daß der betreffende Steher (2) an der betreffenden Verbindungsstelle frei von Querauskragung über seine Außenbegrenzung ist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein erheblicher Teil der Steher (2) unter Verwendung von Stahlblech-Hohlprofil aufgebaut ist. - Plattform oder Bühne nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein erheblicher Teil der Steher (2) mindestens zwei Teile (11,12,94) aufweist, die teleskopisch relativ zueinander verstellbar sind.
