Claims (4)

  1. Plieuse, pour une machine à imprimer rotative à rouleaux, ayant un dispositif de découpage transversal comportant au moins une lame de coupe (1), et une bande de découpage conjuguée, l'une des deux faces de coupe (2, 3) d'une des lames étant disposée conjointement avec la bande de coupe conjuguée (5), caractérisée en ce que la lame de coupe (1) est munie, sur les deux faces de coupe (2, 3), à partir/à proximité de l'arête de coupe (4), en totalité ou en partie sur toute la largeur (a) et toute la longueur, d'un revêtement en matériau dur (7), formé d'un matériau issu du groupe des carbures, nitrures, oxydes, borures ou siliciures métalliques, individuellement ou en combinaisons, en ce que l'autre des autres surfaces de coupe (2; 3 ) n'est pas revêtue, en ce que la surface de soupe (3) non revêtue est disposée de façon à coopérer avec la bande de découpage conjuguée (5).
  2. Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement en matériau dur (7), ou bien la substance (8), est appliquée avec une épaisseur de couche de 0,5 à 15 µm.
  3. Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lors du découpage transversal de bandes de papier, la face de coupe (2) revêtue, de la lame de coupe (1), est disposée dans un cylindre de découpage transversal, de manière que la surface de coupe (2) revêtue soit la surface de coupe arrière.
  4. Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lors d'un découpage longitudinal de bandes de papier, la face prévue pour être soumise à l'usure, non revêtue, est disposée de manière qu'elle coopère avec une arête ou une surface, munie d'un revêtement dur, d'une rainure de découpage rotative, d'un rouleau muni d'une rainure de découpage conjuguée.
