Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Personendurchgangssperre, deren um eine vertikale Achse verschwenkbarer, ein Schwenkrohr aufweisender Türflügel mit Hilfe eines Schlosses verriegelbar ist und mit einer Paniksicherung, die ein Bewegen des verriegelten Türflügels nur unter Aufbietung einer vorbestimmten Mindestkraft erlaubt, wobei das mit einem Verriegelungsteil zusammenwirkende Schloß in einem Tragteil angeordnet ist, das mit einer Rastvorrichtung verbunden ist, die im Schwenkrohr entlang der vertikalen Achse bewegbar geführt ist und einen Teil der Paniksicherung bildet und wobei durch Entriegeln des Schlosses und durch Anheben des Tragteiles sowie der Rastvorrichtung ein Verschwenken des Türflügels und durch Absenken des Tragteiles mit der Rastvorrichtung und durch Verriegeln des Schlosses eine Arretierung des Türflügels erzielbar ist. Eine derartige Personendurchgangssperre ist aus DE-U-7 713 093 bekannt.
Personendurchgangssperren dieser Art dienen hauptsächlich zur Absperrung von Kassendurchgängen in Geschäften. Herkömmliche Personendurchgangssperren (DE-U-77 13 093) weisen ein Schloß auf, das an einer Seite des Schwenkrohres an einem Tragteil zwischen dem Türflügel angeordnet ist. Mit Hilfe eines Schlüssels wird das Schloß geöffnet und durch Anheben des Tragteiles kann der Türflügel mitsamt dem Schwenkrohr in eine Durchgangsstellung geschwenkt werden. Durch Absenken des Tragteiles rastet dasselbe wieder ein und das Schloß kann mit dem Schlüssel abgesperrt werden. Der Türflügel ist dann fest in seiner geöffneten Stellung. Zur Drehung des Türflügels muß das Tragteil für den Bediener umständlich von hinten erfaßt werden. Außerdem geht man heute dazu über, die Türflügel aus Plexiglas oder ähnlichem herzustellen, das direkt am Schwenkrohr anliegt. Es bleibt zwischen Türflügel und Schwenkrohr kein Platz mehr für ein Tragteil mit Schloß. Dies ist von Nachteil.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Personendurchgangssperre so weiterzuentwickeln, daß die genannten Nachteile vermieden werden.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht darin, daß das Schloß an der Kopfseite der Personendurchgangssperre angeordnet ist, und daß das Tragteil und das Schloß das Schwenkrohr oberseitig überragen.
Es ist ein großer Vorteil der neuartigen Personendurchgangssperre, daß das am Tragteil angeordnete Schloß leicht zugänglich ist, da es über dem Schwenkrohr an der Kopfseite der Personendurchgangssperre angeordnet ist. Diese Anordnung ist besonders für Personendurchgangssperren geeignet, die als Durchgangssperre eine Plexiwand oder ein ähnlich flächiges Gebilde aufweisen, das direkt am Schwenkrohr anliegt und keinen Platz mehr für ein Schloß zwischen Schwenkrohr und Türflügel bietet. Durch Anheben des Tragteiles und einfaches Drehen des Türflügels ist die Personendurchgangssperre durchgängig.
Die Erfindung soll an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert werden. Es zeigt
  • Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch eine gesperrte Personendurchgangssperre, sowie
  • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch eine geöffnete Personendurchgangssperre.
    • In Fig. 1 ist ein Schnitt durch eine gesperrte Personendurchgangssperre 1 gezeigt. Die Personendurchgangssperre 1 ist mit einem Standrohr 2, einem am Standrohr 2 schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkrohr 3 und einem am Schwenkrohr 3 befestigten Türflügel 4 ausgestattet. Das Standrohr 2 kann mittels eines Fußes 17 am Boden befestigt werden und weist Lagerelemente 18 für das Schwenkrohr 3 auf. Ein Lagerelement 18 ist am Standrohr 2 unten zur unteren Abstützung des Schwenkrohres 3 angeordnet. Ebenso sind Lagerelemente 19 für das Schwenkrohr 3 zwischen Standrohr 2 und Schwenkrohr 3 angeordnet. Den oberen Abschluß der Personendurchgangssperre 1 bildet ein Tragteil 5, welches das Schwenkrohr 3 überragt. Im Tragteil 5 ist ein Schloß 15 angeordnet, das mit seinem Riegel 21 ein Verriegelungsteil 16 hintergreift und so das Anheben des Tragteiles 5 verhindert, weil das Verriegelungsteil 16 ortsfest mit dem ebenfalls ortsfesten Standrohr 2 verschraubt ist. Das Tragteil 5 ist mit einem Rastrohr 6 verbunden, das um und entlang der Achse 24 des Schwenkrohres 3 bewegbar angeordnet ist. Das Rastrohr 6 weist eine Nut 7 auf, die parallel zur gemeinsamen Längsachse 24 von Standrohr 2 und Schwenkrohr 3 angeordnet ist. In der Nut 7 befindet sich ein Nutenstein 8, der am Schwenkrohr 3 ortsfest angeordnet und in der Nut 7 bewegbar geführt ist. Das Rastrohr 6 weist Ausschnitte 11 auf, die zur Verrastung mit einem Sicherungsbolzen 12 bestimmt sind, der in einer Nut 13 einer kreisförmigen Platte 14 gehalten wird. Zusammen mit einer Druckfeder 22 und einer Sechskantschraube 23 bilden das Rastrohr 6, der Sicherungsbolzen 12 und die Platte 14 eine sogenannte "Paniksicherung", wie sie beispielsweise im deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE-U-75 34 142 näher beschrieben ist.
    Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine geöffnete Personendurchgangssperre 1. Der Riegel 21 des Schlosses 15 ist zusammen mit dem Rastrohr 6 aus dem Verriegelungsteil 16 zurückgezogen, so daß das Tragteil 5 nach oben bewegt werden kann. Dadurch wird die Versperrung zwischen dem Rastrohr 6 und dem Sicherungsbolzen 12 aufgehoben, so daß sich das Schwenkrohr 3 und damit der Türflügel 4 verschwenken lassen. Zur Arretierung des Türflügels 4 wird das Tragteil 5 wieder heruntergedrückt, so daß ein dafür vorgesehener Ausschnitt 11 des Rastrohres 6 wieder den Sicherungsbolzen 12 umgreift. Nach Absenken des Tragteiles 5 hintergreift das Schloß 15 von selbst das Verriegelungsteil 16. Der Türflügel 4 ist wieder arretiert.

    Claims (4)

    1. Personendurchgangssperre (1), deren um eine vertikale Achse verschwenkbarer, ein Schwenkrohr (3) aufweisender Turflügel (4) mit Hilfe eines Schlosses (15) verriegelbar ist und mit einer Paniksicherung, die ein Bewegen des verriegelten Türflügels (4) nur unter Aufbietung einer vorbestimmten Mindestkraft erlaubt, wobei das mit einem Verriegelungsteil (16) zusammenwirkende Schloß (15) in einem Tragteil (5) angeordnet ist, das mit einer Rastvorrichtung verbunden ist, die im Schwenkrohr (3) entlang der vertikalen Achse bewegbar geführt ist und einen Teil der Paniksicherung bildet und wobei durch Entriegeln des Schlosses (15) und durch ein Anheben des Tragteiles (5) sowie der Rastvorrichtung ein Verschwenken des Türflügels (4) und durch Absenken des Tragteiles (5) mit der Rastvorrichtung und durch Verriegeln des Schlosses (15) eine Arretierung des Türflügels (4) erzielbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schloß (15) and der Kopfseite der Personendurchgangssperre (1) angeordnet ist, und daß das Tragteil (5) und das Schloß (15) das Schwenkrohr (3) oberseitig überragen.
    2. Personendurchgangssperre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsteil (16) ortsfest angeordnet ist.
    3. Personendurchgangssperre nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastrohr (6) eine zur Längsachse (24) des Schwenkrohres (3) parallel verlaufende Nut (7) aufweist, in der ein am Schwenkrohr (3) ortsfest angeordneter Nutenstein (8) bewegbar geführt ist.
    4. Personendurchgangssperre nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schloß (25) nach Absenken des Tragteiles (5) von selbst das Verriegelungsteil (16) hintergreift.
