Claims (11)
- Tür mit einem Rahmen (1), welcher sich in einer Wandöffnung (4) anordnen lässt, mit einer vertikal verlaufenden Schwenkwelle (5) für einen Türflügel (2), mit Armen (14,15), welche einerends an der Schwenkwelle.(5) und andernends am Türflügel (2) angeschlossen sind, wobei sich einer dieser Arme im oberen Bereich und der andere Arm im unteren Bereich der Schwenkwelle (2) befindet, und mit einer Führungsvorrichtung (10) für den Türflügel (2), wobei diese Führungsvorrichtung (10) als eine Tragvorrichtung für den Türflügel (2) ausgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkwelle (5) an bzw. vor einer ersten vertikalen Seitenfläche (45) der Wandöffnung (4) angeordnet ist, dass diese erste Seitenfläche (45) der Wandöffnung (4) plan ist, dass die Schwenkwelle (5) praktisch in derselben Ebene liegt wie der Türflügel (2), dass der Türrahmen (1) zumindest einen ersten vertikal verlaufenden Schenkel (12) aufweist, welcher einer zweiten vertikal verlaufenden Seitenfläche (39) der Wandöffnung (4) zugeordnet ist, wobei diese zweite vertikale Seitenfläche (39) der ersten vertikalen Seitenfläche (45) der Wandöffnung (4) gegenüberliegt und von der Schwenkwelle (5) abgewandt angeordnet ist, und dass der erste Rahmenschenkel (12) der hier vorhandenen, ersten und vertikal verlaufenden Schmalseite (32) des Türflügels (2) so zugeordnet ist, dass die Tür (2) frei, d.h. zu den beiden Seiten der Raumöffnung (4) schwenkbar ist.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkwelle (5) zwischen der ersten vertikalen Seitenfläche (45) der Türöffnung (4) und einer zweiten, dieser Wandseite (45) zugekehrt liegenden Schmalseite (31) des Türflügels (2) liegt, dass sich die Schwenkwelle (5) möglichst nahe sowohl an der ersten Vertikalseite (45) der Raumöffnung (4) als auch an der zweiten Vertikalseite (31) des Türflügels (2) befindet und dass die Schwenkwelle (5) als ein hohles Profilstück ausgeführt sein kann.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türrahmen (1) einen zweiten vertikal verlaufenden Schenkel (11) aufweist, dass dieser zweite Vertikalschenkel (11) zwischen der ersten vertikalen Seitenfläche (45) der Türöffnung (4) und der Schwenkwelle (5) liegt und dass die Vertikalschenkel (11,12) des Türrahmens (1) als viereckförmige Hohlprofile ausgeführt sein können.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkwelle (5) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spalte zwischen der Schwenkwelle und den dieser zugeordneten Bestandteilen der Tür mit Verkleidungstreifen (45,46;48,49), mit Filzsreifen oder Borsten abgedichtet sind.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endpartien der Rahmenschenkel (11,12), in der Raumöffnung (4) befestigt sind
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (10) eine Tragschiene (13) aufweist, welche im oberen Bereich der Tür angeordnet ist, dass die Tür ferner eine Bodenschiene (8) aufweist, welche sich im unteren Bereich der Tür befindet, dass die Endpartien der Rahmenschenkel (11,12) an die Bodenschiene (8) und die Tragschiene (13) angeschlossen sind und dass die Schwenkwelle (5) zwischen der Bodenschiene (8) und der Tragschiene (13) frei schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der jeweiligen Endpartie der Schwenkwelle (5) je ein Bolzen (6) eingesetzt ist und dass diese Bolzen (6) in der Bodenschiene (8) und in der Tragschiene (13) drehbar gelagert sind, oder dass die Bolzen (6) in den Innenflächen der Raumöffnung (4) befestigt sind und dass die aus der Innenwand der Raumöffnung (4) ragenden Abschnitte der Bolzen (6) in den Endpartien der Schwenkwelle (5) gelagert sind (Sp. 3, Z. 12 u.ff.).
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schliessvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, dass diese Schliessvorrichtung ein Schloss (35) mit Falle (37) und Riegel (38) umfasst, dass dieses Schloss sich an jener vertikalen Schmalseite (32) der Tür befindet, welche zur Schwenkwelle (5) entfernt liegt, dass das Schloss (35) Türklinken (36) aufweist, dass je eine dieser Türklinken (36) sich an einer der grossflächigen Seiten (26 bzw. 27) des Türflügels (2) befindet, dass die Schliessvorrichtung ferner zusätzliche Fallen (41,42) aufweist, dass diese Fallen (41,42) in jener Schmalseite (31) des Türflügels (2) eingelassen sind, welche der Schwenkwelle (5) zugewandt ist, dass Oeffnungen in der Schwenkwelle (5) ausgeführt sind, in welchen diese zusätzlichen Fallen (41,42) einrasten können, und dass Mittel zur Ver- und Entriegelung dieser zusätzlichen Fallen (41,42) vorgesehen sind.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel für die zusätzlichen Fallen (41,42) Verbindungsglieder (43,44) umfassen, welche sich zwischen den zusätzlichen Fallen (41,42) und dem Türschloss (35) erstrecken.
- Tür nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Nut (16) in der Tragschiene (13) der Tragvorrichtung (10) ausgeführt ist, dass diese Nut (16) sich gegen den Türflügel (2) hin öffnet, dass die Tragvorrichtung (10) ferner einen Wagen (20) umfasst, welcher in der Nut (16) der Tragschiene (13) verschiebbar gelagert ist, dass vom Wagen (20) ein Tragzapfen (22) herabhängt, welcher durch die Nut (16) hindurchgeht, dass das freie Ende dieses Tragzapfens (22) an die obere Schmalseite (33) des Türflügels (2) derart angeschlossen ist, dass der Türflügel (2) gegenüber dem Wagen (20) schwenkbar ist, dass die Schwenkarme (14,15) flach ausgeführt sind, dass der jeweilige Schwenkarm (14 bzw. 15) praktisch parallel zu jener Schmalseite (33,34) des Türflügels (2) verläuft, an die er angeschlossen ist, und dass die Länge der Schwenkarme (14,15) etwa einem Drittel der Länge der Schmalseiten (33,34) des Türflügels (2) entspricht.
