Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for feeding laundry items to a defect or the like according to the preamble of claims 1, 10 and 12. Furthermore, relates to Invention a device for feeding laundry items a defect or the like according to the preamble of the claim 6.
- Feeding laundry items to a shortage or one other laundry treatment device is usually done such that individual items of laundry are put into a transport clamp by hand can be entered.
- the transport bracket passes that respective item of laundry to an input device, which it for subsequent defect or the like transported, that is respective item of laundry in the ironer or another laundry treatment facility enters.
- the invention is based on the object Method and device for feeding laundry items to create a shortage or the like, thereby meeting the requirements entering the laundry items into the Deficiency or the like guaranteed even in multi-lane operation is.
- a device for solving the problem mentioned at the beginning has the features of claim 6.
- the Feed conveyor and the transfer conveyor of the input device provided gap is the unextended part of the Items of laundry inevitably stretched out, before this Part of the item of laundry that follows the feed conveyor Transfer conveyor reached. This inevitably ensures that only fully stretched laundry items Reach transfer conveyors and from these to the shortage or the like can be passed on.
- a transfer means is in particular a roll-off conveyor, provided the stretched edge area remaining on the feed conveyor of the respective laundry item and on the Handover conveyor.
- the rolling conveyor preferably transfers the outstretched edge area of the respective item of laundry from the feed conveyor to the transfer conveyor. Subsequently the laundry can be transported further by the transfer conveyor be an extended handover to the Deficiency or the like is guaranteed because of that Falling in of the still unstretched part of the laundry this part has also been stretched out into the gap.
- At least one holding means in the gap space in particular to provide a retaining strip that the in Gap stretched out part of the laundry when handing over of the stretched part from the feed conveyor to the transfer conveyor holds. This ensures that the The entire laundry does not fall into the gap.
- Another method for solving the basis of the invention Invention has the measures of claim 10. Accordingly, after the laundry has been pulled onto the feed conveyor that edge of the laundry preferably aligned at right angles to the direction of entry of the outstretched Area of the laundry item limited. This is what it is about usually around the rear in the input direction Edge of the laundry.
- the item of laundry becomes immediate aligned on the feed conveyor after winding, whereby subsequent measures on the laundry item, especially that Extend the front part that was still stretched out until then of the laundry item, can be carried out more easily.
- Another method for solving the basis of the invention Task has the measures of claim 12. Accordingly, with multi-lane feeding of laundry items Deficiency or the like that each to be wound onto a web Piece of laundry at least partially on another track or several other webs are drawn. With two-lane feeding the respective item of laundry will cross that web that is used to feed the item of laundry in question intended path is adjacent. This process is based on realizing that the unstretched part of the laundry protrudes laterally beyond the extended area and this makes the item of laundry a larger overall when it is pulled up Has width than is required in the fully extended state. The web intended for feeding the laundry is therefore not enough to hold the laundry item alone, as long as it is not fully extended.
- This laterally protruding area of the still unextended part the item of laundry can therefore be pulled up during the invention can still be found on the same track via the neighboring track. Only when the item of laundry is subsequently fully extended it only takes the intended path, so it gives that adjacent lane free. This creates space for recording of the next item of laundry on the other lane.
- the item of laundry to the input device, in particular the feed conveyor, from fed to the side facing away from that web on which the item of laundry in question is placed shall be.
- This will wash the laundry with the stretched out Area completely over to the intended lane adjacent path pulled away.
- From the undrawn part of the laundry item is only the area above that per se not used, adjacent path pulled away, the extends across the width of the extended area.
- laterally protruding area of the not stretched out part of the laundry remains on the neighboring one Web, and only until the undrawn one Part is stretched out. Then take the laundry then only the one intended path.
- the devices shown in the figures relate to input machines for automatic loading of stretched laundry items 10 in a defect not shown.
- the laundry 10 are separated from the input machine to Shortage transported. This direction of transport is as follows as the feed direction shown by an arrow in the drawings Designated 11. Go in the same direction the laundry 10 the shortage, so that the feed direction 11th is the same as the direction of the defect.
- the items of laundry 10 are entered individually into the input machine, in such a way that they are successively in a cross to the feed direction 11 extending direction, namely in the winding direction 12, mounted on a conveyor of the input machine will.
- the items of laundry 10 to be entered into the input machine become manually at an operator's winding station elongated transport bracket 13 hooked. This becomes a part a long edge 14 of the laundry 10 starting from one Corner 15 clamped in the transport bracket 13.
- the transport bracket 13 then holds an edge section starting from the corner 15 16 in a substantially extended position. This hangs from the transport bracket 13 to the corner 15 adjacent short edge 17 of the laundry 10 essentially straight down.
- a short edge section 18 of the opposite long edge 19 of the laundry 10 runs as far as possible from a lower corner 20 of the short edge 17 straightforward.
- At the straight edge section 16 opposite side of the Transport bracket 13 hangs an outstretched part 22 of the Laundry 10 freely down (Fig. 1).
- the hanging, Unstretched part 22 of the laundry 10 is mainly at 1 shown in dash-dot lines rectangular Items of laundry 10 so long that it is partially in the form of a Zipfels 23 hangs under the short
- FIGS. 2 and 3 show a single-lane input machine 24.
- the input machine 24 has two in the feed direction 11 by far consecutive conveyors, and a feed conveyor 25 and a subsequent transfer conveyor 26.
- the feed conveyor 25 and the transfer conveyor 26 as independent modules educated.
- the feed conveyor 25 and to form the transfer conveyor 26 in a coherent manner. In in any case is between the feed conveyor 25 and the transfer conveyor 26 a gap 27 is formed.
- the feed conveyor 25 formed from a winding conveyor 28 and an in thereon Feed direction 11 following directional conveyor 29.
- the laundry 10 are pulled up individually.
- the purpose of the winding conveyor 28 is two winding stations 30 assigned, located on opposite sides of the Winding conveyor 28 are located (Fig. 3).
- Each winding station 30 at least one transport bracket 13 is assigned.
- the Transport brackets 13 are (based on their longitudinal direction) aligned parallel to the feed direction 11.
- Each a piece of laundry 10 suspended in a transport bracket 13 (Fig. 1) is by moving the transport bracket 13 in Winding direction 12 across the feed direction 11 via the wind-up conveyor 28 pulled.
- the transport bracket 13 can Laundry item 10 los.
- the laundry 10 is then with stretched edge region 21 stretched out on the winding conveyor 28.
- the winding conveyor 28 forming the winding station follows the straightening conveyor 29 forming a straightening station the feed conveyor 25 forming pull-up conveyor 28 and Straightening conveyors 29 overlap with their facing one another Ends 32 and 56 slightly, creating a gapless Transfer of the wound on the winding conveyor 28 Laundry 10 can be done on the directional conveyor 29.
- Straightening conveyor 29 aligns the outstretched Edge region 21 on the rear, extending edge 17 of the laundry item 10, if this (as in the case of the Winding-up conveyor 28 drawn-up laundry item 10 from FIG. 3 not shown) so drawn onto the winding conveyor 28 has been that the edge 17 perpendicular to the feed direction 11th runs.
- the directional conveyor 29 is formed from a plurality of adjacent ones narrow conveyor belts, the deflection drums 33 am front end 34 of the directional conveyor 29 is shown schematically are.
- the deflection drums 33 am front end 34 of the directional conveyor 29 is shown schematically are.
- the directional conveyor 29 For aligning the laundry item 10 to the feed direction 11 are the otherwise synchronously driven side by side Conveyor belts driven briefly asynchronously or optionally also braked, whereby the directional conveyor 29 the Piece of laundry 10 rotates so that (as in the directional conveyor 29th lying laundry 10 shown in Fig. 3) the rear Edge 17 extends perpendicular to the feed direction 11.
- the one behind the gap 27 at a distance from the feed conveyor 25 following transfer conveyor 26 is with his to the directional conveyor 29 pointing end 35 below and at a distance from arranged front end 34 of the directional conveyor 29.
- a reciprocating roller conveyor 36 is arranged.
- the rolling conveyor 36 is in and against the feed direction 11 slidable in the horizontal direction, and so far that its free end 37 with slight Overlap under the front end 34 of the directional conveyor 29 located.
- By driving the directional conveyor 29 and Unrolling conveyor 36 reaches the extended direction in the feed direction 11 Edge area 21 from the directional conveyor 29 to the unloading conveyor 36.
- the remaining part of the Items of laundry 10 continue to depend on the roller conveyor 36 in the Gap 27 down.
- By subsequently moving the Abrolliereers 36 and a drive of the same against the Feed direction 11 is at the same time driven transfer conveyor 26 the stretched edge region 21 of the item of laundry 10 on the area of the Transfer conveyor 26 filed.
- a pivotable terminal block 40 is arranged at lower ends of pivotable about a horizontal axis of rotation 38 Swivel levers 39 is located. Which is horizontal extending over at least the width of the laundry item 10 Terminal strip 40 is seen in the feed direction 11 on the Back of the part of the hanging freely in the gap 27 Items of laundry 10.
- the terminal strip 40 corresponds to a preferably arranged fixedly under the transfer conveyor 26 Counter bar 41 on the front seen in the feed direction 11 Side of the part of the hanging in the gap 27 Laundry 10. The hanging part of the laundry 10 is therefore in the gap 27 between the terminal block 40 and the counter bar 41. By pivoting the clamping bar 40 the item of laundry 10 is pressed against the counter bar 41 and fixed here.
- the part hanging down in gap 27 Fixed laundry item 10 is by the rolling conveyor 36 from Straightening conveyor 29 of the feed conveyor 25 to the transfer conveyor 26 handed over. Thereafter, the terminal block 40 is pivoted back and thus the fixing of the part of the hanging in the gap 27 Laundry 10 canceled. It can then be the fully extended one Piece of laundry 10 from the transfer conveyor 26 in the feed direction 11 are transported further, in the direction of Defect.
- each path 42, 43 is formed from at least one Single belt, but preferably from several side by side Single belts. These are for single-lane operation 3 (apart from the straightening operation of the straightening conveyor 29) always driven synchronously.
- the two-lane 4 on the other hand, are the partial conveyors one side, namely half the width of the input machine 24 operated independently of the partial conveyors on the other side.
- the terminal block 40 is divided so that this is individually effective for the respective path 42 or 43.
- the laundry 10 is pulled in a special way on the winding conveyor 28 of the feed conveyor 25 the web 43 is fed from the winding station 31, which the der Path 43 assigned to the direction of the input machine 24 is. Conversely, web 42 is fed from the winding station 30.
- the result is that from the winding station 31 a piece of laundry 10 is drawn onto the web 43 via the web 42 becomes.
- the respective item of laundry 10 is therefore not directly on the next web 42 or 43 wound up; rather from the neighboring one Lane 42 and 43 respectively. 4 that happens laundry 10 to be wound by the winding station 31 at Wind the web 42 onto the web 43 assigned to it.
- the winding process is ended when the stretched edge region 21 of the laundry 10 from the winding station 31 completely over the path 42 is centered on the adjacent path 43 is positioned.
- FIG. 5 and 6 show a second embodiment of a Input machine 44.
- This corresponds to the transfer conveyor 26 of the input machine 24.
- Only the feed conveyor 45 is designed differently. It consists in the shown Embodiment of two feed conveyor units 46 and 47, which are designed here as separate modules, but also can be coherent.
- the one in front of the transfer conveyor 26 arranged feed conveyor unit 47 corresponds in essentially the feed conveyor 25 of the input machine 24.
- Between the feed conveyor unit 47 and the transfer conveyor 26 is in turn a gap 48, which is essentially corresponds to the gap 27 of the input machine 24.
- the feed conveyor unit 27 has a winding conveyor 49 and one adjoining straightening conveyor 29.
- the additional Feed conveyor unit 46 also has a pull-up conveyor 51, which is essentially the winding conveyor 49 corresponds.
- the feed conveyor unit 46 is on Connection conveyor 52 assigned, which extends from the end 53 of Wind-up conveyor 51 to the directional conveyor 50 of the feed conveyor unit 47 extends. From the feed conveyor unit 46 Coming items of laundry 10 are thus on the connection conveyor 52 on the directional conveyor 50 of the feed conveyor unit 47 handed over. The winding conveyor 49 of the feed conveyor unit 47 hands over the items of laundry drawn up there 10 on the directional conveyor 50.
- the hoist conveyor 49 and 51 of each feed conveyor unit 46 and 47, a winding station 54, 55 is assigned.
- the Wind-up stations 54 and 55 are on the same side the input machine 44, on the one hand next to the winding conveyor 49 of the feed conveyor unit 46 and the other side the winding conveyor 51 of the feed conveyor unit 47 (FIG. 6).
- a piece of laundry 10 coming from the winding station 31 is removed from the transport bracket 13 largely over the unassigned Web 42 pulled onto web 43 to be occupied until the stretched edge region 21 of the laundry item 10 approximately located in the middle of the web 43. There is also an outer one Part of the tip 23 of the laundry 10 on the adjacent Lane 42 on.
- the terminal strip 40 becomes 11 in the feed direction pivoted against the counter bar 41, whereby the in the gap space 27 hanging part of the laundry 10 in the gap 27 against Falling down is fixed.
- the device shown here is characterized by a modular structure, on the one hand optionally with one or more lanes can be operated, and on the other hand also one almost any number of winding stations 30, 31, 54, 55 can have.
- the device has via a single feed conveyor 25 with two winding stations 30, 31 or possibly only a single winding station.
- the device can be expanded according to FIG. 5 and 6 with a feed conveyor 45 with two feed conveyor units 46, 47, which follow one another.
- Each feed conveyor 46, 47 can have a single winding station 54, 55; but also have two opposite winding stations, so that the entire device then has four winding stations disposes.
- Deviating from the exemplary embodiments shown can also more than two feed conveyors or feed conveyor units in succession be arranged.
- the device without a directional conveyor 29 to operate.
- This alternative also enables the modular structure of the device. It is then the handover conveyor 26 in the simplest case, only one feed conveyor 25 without the directional conveyor 29 upstream. With larger machines you can but also a plurality of feed conveyors 25 without a directional conveyor 29 be arranged one behind the other. In this way, the Increase the performance of the device if necessary.
- the directional conveyor 29 or 50 in front of the To change transfer conveyors 26 in its position preferably swing up that the gap 27 or 48 between the input machine 24 or 44 and the transfer conveyor 26 free is accessible to operators who are special Place items of laundry directly on the transfer conveyor 26 can.
