Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Entnahme von einzelnen Gegenständen oder von Gruppen von Gegenständen aus einem Schuppenstrom (2), der aus einer Reihe von einander schuppenartig überlappenden, flachen Gegenständen besteht und auf einem ersten Förderweg (F.1) gehalten gefördert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Eingang eines Entnahmebereichs (A), durch den der erste Förderweg (F.1) führt, für Schuppenstromteile (2.2), die entnommen werden sollen oder aus denen Gegenstände entnommen werden sollen, die gehaltene Förderung desaktiviert wird und die zu entnehmenden Gegenstände vom ersten Förderweg (F.1) auf einen zweiten Förderweg (F.2) gefördert werden, während die anderen Schuppenstromteile (2.1) unverändert gehalten auf dem ersten Förderweg (F.1) durch den Entnahmebereich (A) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuppenstrom (2) zur gehaltenen Förderung im Bereiche mindestens einer seiner Längskanten von Klemmorganen (1.2) gehalten wird und dass für die Desaktivierung der gehaltenen Förderung die Klemmorgane (1.2) geöffnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmorgane (1.2) derart geöffnet werden dass sie einen Bereich unter oder über dem Schuppenstrom (2) für die Entnahme freigeben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Schuppenstom (2) zu entnehmende Schuppenstromteile (2.2) senkrecht zur Schuppenstrombreite entnommen werden
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schuppenstromteile, die aus dem Schuppenstrom entnommen werden sollen oder aus denen Gegenstände entnommen werden sollen, lose aufliegend durch den Entnahmebereich (A) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Schuppenstrom (2) zu entnehmende Schuppenstromteile (2.2) parallel zur Schuppenstrombreite entnommen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schuppenstromteile, die aus dem Schuppenstrom (2) entnommen werden sollen oder aus denen Gegenstände entnommen werden sollen, gehalten durch den Entnahmebereich (A) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flachen Gegenstände Druckereierzeugnisse sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welche Vorrichtung ein erstes Fördermittel (1) mit Haltemitteln zur gehaltenen Förderung eines Schuppenstromes (2) auf einem ersten Förderweg (F.1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung am Eingang eines Entnahmebereichs (A), durch den das erste Fördermittel (1) führt, ein Eingangs-Steuermittel (3) zur selektiven Desaktivierung von Haltemitteln des ersten Fördermittels (1) aufweist sowie ein zweites, für eine Entnahme einstellbares Fördermittel (5), das am Eingang zum Entnahmebereich (A) auf den ersten Förderweg (F.1) ausgerichtet ist und das im Entnahmebereich (A) einstellbar ist für eine Förderung auf dem ersten Förderweg (F.1) oder für eine Förderung vom ersten Förderweg (F.1) auf den zweiten Förderweg (F.2), wobei die Haltemittel des ersten Fördermittels (1) den Schuppenstrom (2) in einem ersten Bereich halten und das zweite Fördermittel (5) an einem anderen, zweiten Bereich des Schuppenstromes (2) angreift und wobei das erste und das zweite Fördermittel (1 und 5) synchron antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Fördermittel (1) ein Transportorgan (1.1) und am Transportorgan (1.1) angeordnete Klemmorgane (1.2) zum seitlichen Einklemmen des Schuppenstromes (2) aufweist, welche Klemmorgane (1.2) zur Desaktivierung geöffnet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Desaktivierung für eine Entnahme von Schuppenstromteilen (2.2) senkrecht zur Schuppenstrombreite Teile der Klemmorgane (1.2) aus einem Bereich über und/oder unter dem Schuppenstrom (2) entfernbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Fördermittel (5) ein verschwenkbares Förderband (5.2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Fördermittel (5) eine Auslenkrolle (5.5) und eine mit der Auslenkrolle zusammenwirkende, deformierbare Förderauflage (5.4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Fördermittel (5) Haltemittel zur gehaltenen Förderung der zu entnehmenden Schuppenstromteile (2.2) aufweist und dass zur Einstellung des zweiten Fördermittels (5) für eine Entnahme am Eingang des Entnahmebereiches (A) ein Eingangs-Steuermittel (3') für das zweite Fördermittel (5) vorgesehen ist, mit dessen Hilfe eine haltende Konfiguration der Haltemittel des zweiten Fördermittels (5) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel des zweiten Fördermittels (5) an einem Transportorgan (5.6) angeordnete Klemmorgane (5.7) sind und dass die Klemmorgane (5.7) zur Aktivierung geschlossen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ausgang des Entnahmebereichs (A) ein Ausgangs-Steuermittel (4) zur Reaktivierung der Haltemittel des ersten Fördermittels (1) vorgesehen ist.
