Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen eines in Spinnkannen abgelegten Faserbandes (4) beim Kannenwechsel, mit Mitteln zum Festhalten des sich beim Kannenwechsel von einer ausfahrenden vollen Spinnkanne (8) zu einer leeren Spinnkanne (29) erstreckenden Faserbandes und mit Mitteln zum Trennen des Faserbandes zwischen zwei linienförmigen Haltestellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Trennen des Faserbandes an einem schwenkbaren Arm (30) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Trennen in Form eines Trennbleches (34) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennblech (34) sich längs einer Trenneinheit (31) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennblech (34) in einer Arbeitsstellung, wenn der Schwenkarm (30) an dem Oberteil (36) der Bandablage (1) anliegt, aus einem Schlitz (35) im Oberteil hinausragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche in Verbindung mit einem Linearwechsler.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen eines in Spinnkannen abgelegten Faserbandes (4) beim Kannenwechsel, mit Mitteln zum Festklemmen des sich beim Kannenwechsel von einer ausfahrenden vollen Spinnkanne (8) zu einer leeren Spinnkanne (29) erstreckenden Faserbandes und mit Mitteln zum Trennen des Faserbandes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Trennen des Faserbandes (51) aus zwei Trennblechen (47, 48) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bleche (47, 48), an einer Führung (38) im Oberteil der Bandablage (36) gleiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bleche (47, 48) mit Hebeln (54, 55) verbunden und mit Hilfe eines Pneumatikzylinders (37) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (54, 55) zwei Arme (54A, 54B; 55A, 55B) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel um die festen Drehpunkte (39, 40) verschwenkt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Bleche (47, 48) in einer Arbeitsstellung überschneiden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (51) durch Umfahren der Kanne durch die Bleche (47,48) nahe dem Kannenrand gefasst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7,11 oder 12 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bleche (47, 48) in einer Arbeitsstellung das Faserband gleichzeitig festhalten und durchschneiden oder auseinanderreissen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine automatische Anpassung der Konstruktion an die Lage der Kanne.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14 in Verbindung mit einem Rotationswechsler oder Linearwechsler.
