Claims (13)
- Kunststoffpalette für Transport und Lagerung von Waren, bestehend aus einem Plattenkörper (11) und daran angeordneten Füßen (2, 3, 4), wobei
die Füße mindestens einen in einem Mittenbereich des Plattenkörpers (11) angeordneten, groß dimensionierten Fuß (2, 3) sowie mehrere entlang mindestens zweier gegenüberliegender Ränder des Plattenkörpers angeordnete Füße (4) umfassen, wobei die randständigen Füße (4) jeweils, quer zu der betreffenden Plattenkörperkante gesehen, eine verhältnismäßig geringe Dicke haben und aus einer Mehrzahl von Segmenten (41, 42) bestehen, die durch aus verhältnismäßig biegeelastischem Kunststoffmaterial bestehenden Zwischenschichten miteinander verbunden sind. - Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die randständigen Füße (4) jeweils aus den genannten Segmenten (41, 42) und einem aus dem relativ biegeelastischen Kunststoffmaterial bestehenden Kern (43) bestehen, der vertikale Durchbrüche bzw. Aussparungen der Segmente durchsetzt sowie außerdem vertikale Zwischenräume (41c) zwischen den Segmenten durchsetzt.
- Palette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (43) des Fußes einen zapfenartigen, in eine Aussparung (11a) des Plattenkörpers (11) eingreifenden Ansatz (43a) aufweist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die randständigen Füße (4) durch Einstecken eines neuen Fußes mit dem zapfenartigen Ansatz (43a) des Kerns (43) in die Aussparung (11a) des Plattenkörpers (11) austauschbar sind.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Segment (41, 42) der randständigen Füße (4) einen in Längsrichtung der betreffenden Plattenkörperkante verlaufenden scharnierzapfenartigen Ansatz (41a, 42a) aufweist, der in eine entsprechend geformte pfannenartige Aussparung (41b) des benachbarten Segments unter Freilassung eines Spalts eingreift, wobei der Spalt (41c) zwischen den beiden Segmenten durch das relativ biegeelastische Kunststoffmaterial ausgefüllt ist.
- Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die randständigen Füße jeweils aus einer Anzahl oberer Segmente (41) mit relativ geringer Höhe und einem unteren Endsegment (42) mit größerer Höhe bestehen.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der randständigen Füße (4) an einem horizontal orientierten zapfenartigen Steckbolzen (44) angeordnet ist, der in eine entsprechende Aufnahmeöffnung des Plattenkörpers (11) einsteckbar ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckbolzen (44) als Rohrkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckbolzen (44) in der Aufnahmeöffnung des Plattenkörpers (11) lösbar verrastbar (45, 12) ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Enden jeweils zweier gegenüberliegender randständiger Füße (4) durch eine daran befestigte Kufe (5) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Palette nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufe (5) um eine gewisse Distanz längsverschieblich an einem im Mittenbereich der Plattenkörperbreite angeordneten starren Fuß (2, 3) befestigt ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufe (5) mit ihrem Mittelbereich (51) in einer Führungsnut an der Unterseite des starren Palettenfußes (2, 3) geführt ist und die Nut eine gegenüber der effektiven Dicke der Kufe geringfügig größere Tiefe hat.
- Palette nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufe (5) einstückig mit den elastischen Füßen (4) ausgebildet ist.
