Claims (3)
- Farbkasten für Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einer Farbdosiereinrichtung, die aus einer Vielzahl von dicht nebeneinander angeordneten zonenbreiten Dosierelementen besteht, die Stütz- und Dosierbereiche aufweisen und deren Stützbereiche unter Federdruck an einer Farbkastenwalze ständig direkt oder indirekt anliegen, wobei durch Verdrehen der Dosierelemente die Dosierbereiche auf unterschiedliche Farbspaltdicken einstellbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dosierelemente (11) beginnend im Bereich der Farbspaltdicke 0 eine Abflachung (20) aufweisen, die als Sekante verläuft und im Bereich der Farbspaltdicke 0 eine Abstreifkante bildet. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Abflachung (20) über die Länge des Dosierbereichs (18) erstreckt. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die direkt oder indirekt an der Farbkastenwalze (4) anliegenden Stützbereiche (17) einen Radius r von etwa 3 mm aufweisen.
