Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Veränderung einer Lage einer Bahn (1) quer zur Transportrichtung (T) in einem Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34), wobei die Bahn (1) mit aus Blasdüsen (3) austretenden Blasstrahlen beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Schwebetrockner (33) ohne Möglichkeit zur Veränderung der Lage der Bahn (1) ein kürzerer, zweiter Trockner (34) mit Möglichkeit zur Veränderung der Lage der Bahn (1) vor- oder nachgeschaltet wird, daß ein Abstand zwischen Blasdüsen (3) und Bahn (1) des zweiten Trockners (34) verändert wird, so daß dieser Abstand auf der in Richtung der gewählten Lageveränderung liegenden Seite (18; 19) des Schwebetrockners (2; 23; 33; 34) größer ist als auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (18; 19).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Ist-Lage der Bahn (1) nach Austritt aus dem Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) ermittelt wird, daß eine Abweichung dieser Ist-Lage von einer Soll-Lage der Bahn (1) als Maß zur Veränderung des Abstandes der Blasdüsen (3) zur Bahn (1) herangezogen wird.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) mit quer zur Transportrichtung (T) der Bahn (1) angeordneten Blasdüsen (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Schwebetrockner (33) ohne Möglichkeit zur Veränderung der Lage der Bahn (1) ein kürzerer, zweiter Trockner (34) mit Möglichkeit zur Veränderung der Lage der Bahn vor- oder nachgeschaltet ist, daß zur Lageveränderung der Bahn (1) ein Abstand der Blasdüsen (3) des zweiten Trockners (34) auf der in Richtung der gewählten Lageveränderung liegenden Seite (18; 19) des Schwebetrockners (2; 23; 33; 34) größer ist als auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (18; 19).
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Blasdüsen (3) oberhalb und unterhalb der Bahn (1) angeordnet sind und daß ein Abstand (a1; a2; a3; a4) zwischen den oberhalb und unterhalb der Bahn (1) angeordneten Blasdüsen (3) veränderbar ist.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wahlweise ein Abstand der oberhalb oder unterhalb der Bahn (1) angeordneten Blasdüsen (3) äquidistant zur Bahn (1) ist und ein Abstand (a1; a2; a3; a4) der gegenüberliegenden Blasdüsen (3) veränderbar ist.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstand sowohl der unterhalb als auch der oberhalb der Bahn (1) angeordneten Blasdüsen (3) zur Bahn (1) veränderbar ist.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Lageveränderung der Bahn (1) mindestens eine Reihe Blasdüsen (3) um eine parallel zur Transportrichtung (T) angeordnete Längsachse (17) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Blasdüsen (3) an einer Kammer (7; 8; 24; 26) angeordnet sind und daß diese um ihre parallel zur Transportrichtung (T) liegende Längsachse (17) schwenkbar ist. schwenkbar ist.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasdüsen (3) des Trockners (34) nur teilweise abstandsveränderbar angeordnet sind.
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) mit quer zur Transportrichtung (T) der Bahn (1) angeordneten Blasdüsen (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einem ersten Trockner (33) ohne Möglichkeit zur Veränderung der Lage der Bahn (1) ein kürzerer, zweiter Trockner (34) vor- oder nachgeschaltet ist, daß zur Lageveränderung der Bahn (1) ein Druck des Trocknungsmediums der Blasdüsen (3) des zweiten Trockners (34) im Betrieb des Schwebetrockners (2; 23; 33; 34) auf der in Richtung der gewählten Lageveränderung liegenden Seite (18; 19) des Trockners (34) niedriger ist als auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite (18; 19).
- Schwebetrockner (2; 23; 33; 34) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß senkrecht zur Transportrichtung (T) eine Mehrzahl von mit unterschiedlichem Druck eines Trocknungsmediums beaufschlagbare Kammern (7; 8; 24; 26) angeordnet sind, die die Blasdüsen (3) versorgen.
