Claims (11)
- Leitungsverbindung (10) zur Verbindung einer ersten Leitung mit einer zweiten Leitung über eine Zwischenleitung (12.1) bestehend aus einer ersten Leitung, einer zweiten Leitung und einer Zwischenleitung die mit ihrem einen Ende durch einen ersten Anschluss (18.1) mit der ersten Leitung und mit ihrem anderen Ende durch einen zweiten Anschluss (19.1) mit der zweiten Leitung verbunden ist, welche Anschlüsse (18.1, 19.1) relativ zueinander um eine gemeinsame Achse (M) drehbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) angeordnet ist,dass als Führungsvorrichtung für die Zwischenleitung (12.1) und die Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) ein äusserer Zylinder (22) und ein innerer Zylinder (20), welche um dieselbe Achse (M) und relativ zueinander drehbar angeordnet sind, sowie ein zwischen den Zylindern (20, 22) frei drehbares Planetenrad (24), dessen Achse (N) parallel zur Achse (M) gerichtet ist, vorgesehen sind, wobeider erste Anschluss (18.1) und ein dritter, eine von der ersten Leitung abgezweigte erste Zweigleitung mit dem einen Ende der Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) verbindender, Anschluss (18.2) am einen der Zylinder (20) angeordnet sind, undder zweite Anschluss (19.1) sowie ein vierter, eine von der zweiten Leitung abgezweigte zweite Zweigleitung mit dem anderen Ende der Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) verbindender, Anschluss (19.2) am anderen der Zylinder (22) angeordnet sind, derart,dass in einer Nullage, aus welcher die Zylinder (20, 22) relativ zueinander in beiden Drehrichtungen drehbar sind, der erste Anschlus (18.1), der zweite Anschluss (19.1) sowie die Zwischenleitung (12.1) einerseits und der dritte Anschluss (18.2), der Anschluss vierte (19.2) sowie die Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) anderseits symmetrisch zu einer Symmetrieebene (S) angeordnet sind, welche durch die Achse (M) der Zylinder (20, 22) und die in der Nullage befindliche Achse (N) des Planetenrades (24) bestimmt ist, wobei in der Nullagedie Zwischenleitung (12.1) und die Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) axial nebeneinanderliegend von ihren am einen Zylinder (22) angeordneten Anschlüssen (18.1 bzw. 18.2) längs dieses Zylinders (22) zum Planetenrad (24) laufen, dieses komplementär je halb umrunden und längs des anderen Zylinders (20) zu ihren am letzteren Zylinder (20) angeordneten Anschlüssen (19.1 bzw. 19.2) geführt sind. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Leitungsverbindung vorzugsweise einschliesslich der Leitungen und der Zweigleitungen (14.2, 16.2), im durch den inneren Zylinder (20) und den äusseren Zylinder (22) begrenzten Hohlzylinder angeordnet ist. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass einer der Zylinder (20, 22) ortsfest ist. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der ortsfeste Zylinder der innere Zylinder (20) ist. - Leitungsverbindung nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in der Nullage die Anschlüsse (18.1, 18.2) um mehr als 90° vom Planetenrad (24) beabstandet sind. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in der Nullage das Planetenrad (24) diametral zu den gegenseitig nicht beabstandeten zweiten und vierten Anschlüssen (19.1, 19.2) angeordnet ist. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Planetenrad (24) an seiner äusseren Umfangsfläche, der innere Zylinder (20) an seiner äusseren Umfangsfläche und der äussere Zylinder (22) an seiner inneren Umfangsfläche in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Führungsrillen- und/oder rippen für die die Zwischenleitung (12.1) und die Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) aufweisen. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Zylinder (20, 22) relativ zueinander aus der Nullage in die Extremallagen in beiden Drehrichtungen um mehr als 180° drehbar sind. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur Festlegung der Extremallagen an den Zylindern (20, 22) Anschläge (30.1, 30.2, 32,34) vorgesehen sind. - Leitungsverbindung (10) nach den Patentansprüchen 8 und 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur Festlegung von Extremallagen, in welche die Zylinder (20, 22) aus der Nullage relativ zueinander um einen 180° übersteigenden Winkel drehbar sind, am einen Zylinder (22) zwei Festanschläge (30.1, 30.2) und mittig zwischen den Festanschlägen (30.1, 30.2) ein schwenkbarer Anschlaghebel (32) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Winkelabstand der Festanschläge (30.1, 30.2) dem 360° übersteigenden Gesamtdrehwinkel entspricht, und dass am anderen Zylinder (20) ein radial gerichteter, zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Anschlaghebel (32) in den Extremallagen bestimmtes, Anschlagelement (34) fest montiert ist, wobei sich der Anschlaghebel (32) in der einen Extremallage zwischen dem einen Festanschlag (30.1) und einer Fläche des Anschlagelementes (34) und in der anderen Extremallage zwischen dem anderen Festanschlag (30.2) und der anderen Fläche des Anschlagelementes (34) befindet. - Leitungsverbindung nach mindestens einem der Patentansprüche 1- 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Leitungen die Zweigleitungen elektrische Leitungen sind, wobei die Zwischenleitung (12.1) und die Zusatzzwischenleitung (12.2) vorzugsweise Flachbandkabel bzw. Print-Flex sind.
