Claims (5)
- Band für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen, welches ein am feststehenden Rahmen zu befestigendes Rahmenbandteil (10) und ein am Flügel zu befestigendes Flügelbandteil (20) umfasst, die durch einen in zylindrische Ausnehmungen (9,8) beider Bandteile (10,20) eingreifenden, die Scharnierachse (A) bildenden Bandbolzen (6) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind,
mit einer äußeren Buchse (19), die eine zur Achse ihres zylindrischen Außenumfangs (21) exzentrische zylindrische Längsausnehmung (18) und an einem Ende einen Boden (24) aufweist,
mit einer in der äußeren Buchse (19) angeordneten inneren Buchse (11), die eine zur Achse ihres zylindrischen Außenumfangs (13) exzentrische zylindrische Längsausnehmung (12) und am entsprechenden Ende ebenfalls einen Boden (15) aufweist und zur Aufnahme des Bandbolzens (6) in der Längsausnehmung (12) bestimmt ist,
mit einem im wesentlichen in dem zwischen den Böden (24,15) der Buchsen (19,11) belassenen Zwischenraum angeordneten, mit der inneren Buchse (11) drehfest verbundenen, jedoch gegenüber der inneren Buchse axial verlagerbaren Riegelstück (40), welches an der axial außen gelegenen Seite eine Gestaltung (27) für den Angriff eines Drehwerkzeuges aufweist, durch eine Zugangsöffnung (25) im Boden (24) der äußeren Büchse (19) zugänglich ist und in einer axial vorgeschobenen Stellung nur an der inneren Buchse (11) zwecks Verdrehung derselben gegenüber der äußeren Buchse (19) angreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels des in einer Verriegelungsstellung befindlichen Riegelstücks (40) die innere und die äußere Buchse (11,19) miteinander drehverbindbar und gemeinsam verdrehbar sind und daß am Außenumfang der äußeren Buchse (19) und am Innenumfang der Ausnehmung (9) des Bandteils (10) zusammenwirkende Gewinde (22,23) vorgesehen sind, wobei eine Verdrehsicherung einen von der dem Riegelstück (40) abgewandten Seite des Bandteils (10) her in das dortige Ende der Ausnehmung (9) des Bandteils (10) einfügbaren Arretierungsring (50) umfaßt, der radial außen mindestens einen achsparallelen Ansatz (39) aufweist, der in eine nischenartige achsparallele Nut (41) der Ausnehmung (9) des Bandteils (10) eingreift, und der radial innen mindestens eine in einer zur Achse des Arretierungsringes (50) senkrechten Ebene ringsum freistehende elastisch radial nach außen wegdrückbare Zunge (36) aufweist, die eine abgeflachte Innenseite (37) besitzt, die mit einer von mehreren Abflachungen (38) um Außenumfang der äußeren Buchse (19) zur Bildung von Raststellungen zusammenwirkt und der Arretierungsring (50) einen radial zwischen die benachbarten Bandteile (10, 20) vorspringenden, in Umfangsrichtung durchgehenden ringscheibenförmigen Teil (29) umfaßt, über den die Gewichtskräfte zwischen den Bandteilen (20, 10) übertragbar sind. - Band nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) das Riegelstück (40) besitzt einen im Durchmesser in die äußere Buchse (19) passenden äußeren Umfang;b) das Riegelstück (40) weist auf der axial innen gelegenen Seite einen oder mehre axiale Ansätze (17) oder Ausnehmungen auf, die mit einer oder mehreren entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (16) oder Ansätzen des Bodens (15) der inneren Büchse (11) eingreifend zusammenwirken und mittels deren die drehfeste, jedoch die axiale Verlagerung zulassende Verbindung zwischen dem Riegelstück (40) und der inneren Buchse (11) erreicht wird;c) das Riegelstück (40) weist auf der axial außen gelegenen Seite am Rand über den Umfang verteilte axiale Vorsprünge (28) oder Ausnehmungen auf, die mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (32) bzw. Vorsprüngen an der Innenseite des Bodens (24) der äußeren Buchse (19) in einer Verriegelungsstellung des Riegelstücks (40) eingreifend zusammenwirken, so daß das Riegelstück (40) und die äußere Buchse (19) undrehbar miteinander verbindbar und durch axiales Vorschieben des Riegelstücks (40) aus der Riegelstellung heraus voneinander trennbar sind, so daß das Riegelstück (40) und die äußere Buchse (19) gegeneinander verdrehbar sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Federanordnung vorgesehen ist, die das Riegelstück (40) dauernd in die Verriegelungsstellung drückt.
- Band nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federanordnung eine Schraubendruckfeder (32) ist, die zwischen der axial innen gelegenen Seite des Riegelstücks (40) und der axial außen gelegenen Seite des Bodens (15) der inneren Büchse (11) angeordnet ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrehsicherung der äußeren Buchse (19) gegenüber dem Bandteil (10) so vorgesehen ist, daß diese bei einem vorgegebenen Grenzdrehmoment des Drehwerkzeugs an dem Riegelstück (40) überwindbar ist.
