Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zur Abnahme von Bogen (21) von einem Stapel (22) und zum Transport der Bogen (21) weg vom Stapel (22)mit einem Zahnriemen (1), der in Zahneingriff endlos um wenigstens ein Umlenkrad (8) und ein Saugrad (7) geführt ist und der in gleichen Abständen angeordnete Durchbrüche (6) aufweist,mit einer Vielzahl von im Saugrad (7) ausgebildeten Anschlußleitungen (14), deren eine Mündungen auf einer Stirnfläche (15) des Saugrads (7) auf einem zum Saugrad (7) konzentrischen Kreis liegen und deren andere Mündungen an der Umfangsfläche des Saugrads (7) in Winkelabständen für eine Fluchtung mit den Durchbrüchen (6) im Zahnriemen (1) vorgesehen sind, undmit einem mit einer Vakuumquelle (12) verbindbaren Vakuumblock (16), der einen Vakuumkanal (17) aufweist, welcher der einen Stirnfläche (15) des Saugrads so zugeordnet ist, daß er bei drehendem Saugrad (7) mit der Anschlußleitung (14) in Vakuumkontakt kommt,daß für den Zahneingriff zwischen Zahnriemen (1) und Zahnrad (7) an diesem umfangsseitig zwei Zahnringe (9) vorgesehen sind, von denen sich jeder von einer Stirnseite bis zu einem Mittelsteg (13) erstreckt, der eine umfangsseitige Führungsbahn (10) mit den anderen Mündungen der Anschlußleitungen (14) bildet,daß die Zähne des Zahnriemens (1) nur seitlich im Bereich der Zahnringe (9) des Saugrades (7) in Form von zwei Zahnringen (2) vorgesehen sind und eine zwischen ihnen gebildete Führungsfläche (3) mit der Führungsbahn (10) des Saugrades (7) in Kontakt kommt, wobei die Durchbrüche (6) und die anderen Mündungen der Anschlußleitungen (14) fluchten,daß die Durchbrüche (6) in Nuten (5) münden, die der Zahnteilung entsprechend in einer Schicht (4) aus einem reibstarken Material ausgebildet sind, die auf der Seite des Zahnriemens (1) angeordnet ist, die seiner die Zahnringe (2) aufweisenden Seite gegenüberliegt, unddaß dem Saugrad (7) in Zahnriemenlaufrichtung ein Führungsblock (11) unmittelbar nachgeordnet ist, der eine Führungsbahn (23) für einen Kontakt mit der Führungsfläche (3) des Zahnriemens (1) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umlenkrad (8) und der Führungsblock (11) an einer Platte angeordnet sind, die um die Saugradachse verschwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das reibstarke Material der Schicht (4) Polyurethan oder Kautschuk ist.
