Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Abnahme von Bogen (2) von einem Stapel (1) und zum Transport der Bogen (2) weg vom Stapel (1)mit einem maschinenseitig festlegbaren Rahmen (8),mit einem über rahmenseitig gelagerte Rollen (3, 4, 5) spannbar und endlos umlaufenden Zahnriemen (15), der zwischen zwei benachbarten Zähnen jeweils eine Kammer (22) bildet, von denen jede im wesentlichen mittig zur Zahnlängserstreckung wenigstens eine Durchbrechung (17) aufweist,mit einem rahmenseitig festgelegten Führungsblock (11), der eine Führungsfläche (16) für den Zahnriemen (15) aufweist,mit zwei gleich großen, auf einer vom Rahmen (8) vorstehenden Achse (30) unter Bildung eines Zwischenraums (25) im Abstand koaxial und drehbar gelagerten Scheiben (32, 33), die einen Durchmesser haben, der 1,5 bis 5mal so groß wie der der Rollen (3, 4, 5) ist, und die so angeordnet sind, daß ihre Umfangsflächen auf der Einlaufseite des Zahnriemens (15) in den Führungsblock (11) dessen Führungsfläche (16) tangieren und auf einer entsprechend geformten Oberseite (19) des Führungsblocks (11) drehbar aufgenommen sind,mit einem sich in den Zwischenraum (25) zwischen den inneren Stirnflächen (35, 36) der Scheiben (32, 33) erstreckenden Steg (34) des Führungsblocks (11), in dem zahnriemeneinlaufseitig eine sich in Bogentransportrichtung erstreckende, den Durchbrechungen (17) in dem Zahnriemen (15) zugeordnete Ausnehmung (20) ausgebildet ist, undmit einer an eine Vakuumquelle anschließbaren Saugöffnung (18), über die die Durchbrechungen (17) im Zahnriemen (15) mit Vakuum beaufschlagbar sind,daß der Steg (34) des Führungsblocks (11) auf seiner der Führungsfläche (16) gegenüberliegenden Oberseite (19) wie die Umfangsflächen der Scheiben (32, 33) gekrümmt ist,daß in dem Zwischenraum (25) zwischen den Scheiben (32, 33) ein koaxial zu ihnen in einem vorgegebenen Bereich verschwenkbares Segment (40) angeordnet ist, dessen der Oberseite (19) des Stegs (34) des Führungsblocks (11) zugewandte Umfangsfläche (41) der Krümmung der Oberseite (19) des Stegs (34) angepaßt ist,daß die Saugöffnung (18) radial in dem Segment (40) ausgebildet ist, mit einem axialen Saugkanal (42) in der die rahmenferne Scheibe (33) lagernden Achse (30) in Verbindung steht und rahmenseitig in ein Anschlußstück (43) für die Vakuumquelle mündet,daß die rahmennahe Scheibe (32) auf einer auf der Achse (30) verschwenkbaren Hülse (44) gelagert ist, an deren einem Ende das Segment (40) und an deren anderem Ende ein arretierbares (46, 49) Stellelement (45, 50) befestigt ist,daß in der Umfangsfläche (41) des Segments (40) eine zur Ausnehmung (20) im Führungsblock (11) fluchtende Aussparung (48) ausgebildet ist, in der die Saugöffnung (18) im wesentlichen mittig mündet, unddaß die Ausnehmung (20) im Steg (34) des Führungsblocks (11) eine Längserstreckung hat, die das 0,4 bis 0,7fache der Längserstreckung der Aussparung (48) in der Umfangsfläche des Segments (40) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Umfangsfläche (41) des Segments (40) über einen Winkel von 40° bis 70°, vorzugsweise 50°, erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Aussparung (48) in der Umfangsfläche (41) des Segments (40) über einen Winkel von 15° bis 30°, vorzugsweise 20°, erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (20) im Steg (34) des Führungsblocks (11) eine Längserstreckung hat, die das 0,5fache der Längserstreckung der Aussparung (48) in der Umfangsfläche des Segments (40) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Stellelement (45) in seinem scheibenfreien Bereich ein Langloch (47) aufweist, das sich parallel zur Aussparung (48) in der Umfangsfläche (41) des Segments (40) erstreckt, unddaß im Rahmen (8) eine dem Langloch (47) zugewandte Gewindebohrung (49) ausgebildet ist, in die ein sich durch das Langloch (47) erstreckender Bolzen eingeschraubt ist, der einen Kopf (46) zum Arretieren des Stellelements (45) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längserstreckung des Langlochs (47) so bemessen ist, daß in der jeweiligen Anschlagstellung von Bolzen und Langloch (47) das Segment (40) aus seiner Mittelstellung, in der sich die Achse des Saugkanals (18) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Führungsfläche (16) des Führungsblocks (11) erstreckt, um einen Winkel von 35°, vorzugsweise von 20°, um seine Schwenkachse (51) im Uhrzeiger- bzw. Gegenuhrzeigersinn verschwenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Stellelement (45) in seinem scheibenfreien Bereich einen Einschnitt (60) aufweist, der sich von seiner der Hülse (44) gegenüberliegenden Seite ausgehend im wesentlichen radial bezüglich der Scheiben (32, 33) erstreckt,daß in den Einschnitt (60) ein Zapfen (61) eingreift, der von einer Öffnung mit einem Innengewinde durchsetzt ist, die sich im wesentlichen parallel zum bogenaufnahmeseitigen Abschnitt des Zahnriemens erstreckt,daß mit dem Innengewinde in der Öffnung des Zapfens (61) ein Außengewinde an einer Stange (63) in Eingriff steht, die mit ihrem einen qewindefreien Ende drehbar in einem Ansatz (64) am Rahmen (8) auf der einen Seite des Zapfens (61) gelagert ist, in Gewindeeingriff mit einer rahmenseitigen Führung (65) auf der anderen Seite des Zapfens (61) steht und an ihrem anderen Ende ein Drehelement (66) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit einem Gewinde an dem aus dem Einschnitt (60) vorstehenden Zapfenende in Eingriff stehende, gegen das Stellelement (45) spannbare Arretiermutter (67).
