Der Führungsblock 11 ist so nahe wie möglich am
Saugrad 7 angeordnet, so daß sich die vom Vakuum bedingte, auf
den Bogen 21 wirkende Ansaugkraft zwischen der Ansaugstelle 24
von Fig. 1 bis zur Führungsfläche 23 des Führungsblocks nur
soweit verringert, daß der Abtransport des Bogens 21 längs des
Führungsblocks 11 gewährleistet bleibt, dessen Führungsfläche
23 den bzw. die Durchbrüche 6 verschließt und somit das Restvakuum
in den Nuten 5 aufrechterhält. Dieses Restvakuum ist
etwa 1/6 des Vakuums an der Ansaugstelle 24, so daß ein seitliches
Ausrichten des Bogens 21 an einem Lineal oder dergleichen
durch Verschieben an der Führungsfläche 23 des Führungsblocks
11 möglich ist, ohne daß die für den Transport erforderliche
Haftkraft verlorengeht.In the running direction of the

- Device for removing sheets (21) from a stack (22) and for transporting the sheets (21) away from the stack (22)with a toothed belt (1), which is guided continuously in tooth engagement around at least one deflector wheel (8) and a suction wheel (7) and which comprises apertures (6) disposed at equal spacings,with a plurality of connection lines (14), which are formed in the suction wheel (7) and one mouth of which in each case lies at a front face (15) of the suction wheel (7) on a circle concentric with the suction wheel (7) and the other mouth of which is in each case provided at the circumferential surface of the suction wheel (7) at an angular spacing for alignment with the apertures (6) in the toothed belt (1), andwith a vacuum block (16), which can be connected to a vacuum source (12) and comprises a vacuum channel (17), with which one front face (15) of the suction wheel is associated such that it comes into vacuum contact with the connection line (14) when the suction wheel (7) rotates,that two toothed rings (9) are provided at the circumference of the toothed wheel (7) for the tooth engagement between the toothed belt (1) and the toothed wheel (7), each of which rings extends from one front side to a central web (13), which forms a circumferential guideway (10) with the other mouths of the connection lines (14),that the teeth of the toothed belt (1) are only provided laterally in the region of the toothed rings (9) of the suction wheel (7) in the form of two toothed rings (2), and a guide face (3), which is formed between them, comes into contact with the guideway (10) of the suction wheel (7), wherein the apertures (6) and the other mouths of the connection lines (14) are aligned,that the apertures (6) lead into grooves (5), which are formed in accordance with the tooth pitch in a layer (4) of a friction-resistant material disposed on the side of the toothed belt (1) lying opposite its side comprising the toothed rings (2), andthat a guide block (11) is disposed directly after the suction wheel (7) in the running direction of the toothed belt, which block comprises a guideway (23) for contact with the guide face (3) of the toothed belt (1).
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the deflector wheel (8) and the guide block (11) are disposed on a plate which is disposed such that it can pivot about the suction wheel axis.
- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the friction-resistant material of the layer (4) is polyurethane or rubber.
