Abstract

Die Vorrichtung zur Abnahme von Bogen (21) von einem Stapel (22) und zum Transport der Bogen (21) weg vom Stapel (22) hat einen Zahnriemen (1), der zwei seitliche Zahnringe (2) mit einer dazwischenliegenden Führungsfläche (3) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite entsprechend der Zahnteilung angeordnete, quer verlaufenden Nuten (5) aufweist, die über einen zentralen Durchbruch (6) mit der Führungsfläche (3) verbunden sind. Der Zahnriemen (1) wird um ein Saugrad (7) geführt, das für den Zahneingriff entsprechende Zahnringe (9) und dazwischen einen Mittelsteg (13) mit einer Führungsbahn (10) für den Eingriff mit der Führungsfläche (3) aufweist. Der Zahnteilung entsprechend sind in dem Saugrad (7) Anschlußleitungen (14) ausgebildet, die sich von einer Stirnfläche (15) mit entsprechender Winkelteilung zur Führungsbahn (10) zu einer fluchtenden Ausrichtung mit den Durchbrüchen (6) erstrecken. Bogenseitig ist der einen Stirnfläche (15) des Saugrades (7) ein Vakuumblock (16) mit einem Vakuumkanal (17) zugeordnet, über den taktgesteuert eine Verbindung mit einer Vakuumquelle (12) so herstellbar ist, daß durch das Vakuum in der Anschlußleitung (14) im Ansaugpunkt (24) eine Ansaugkraft erzeugt wird, die den obersten Bogen (21) vom Stapel (22) gegen den Zahnriemen (1) für dessen Abtransport zieht.

On the arc side, one end face (15) of the suction wheel (7) is assigned a vacuum block (16) with a vacuum channel (17), via which a connection to a vacuum source (12) can be clock-controlled so that the vacuum in the connecting line (14 ) a suction force is generated in the suction point (24), which pulls the uppermost sheet (21) from the stack (22) against the toothed belt (1) for its removal.
