Abstract

Anordnung zum Vorvereinzeln von Druckträgern, insbesondere von als Briefstapel hochkant hintereinander abgelegten Briefen, die von dem Briefstapel seitlich weg einer Vereinzelungsvorrichtung und anschließend einer Nachfolgeeinrichtung, wie einer Frankiermaschine zugeführt werden. Die Briefe sind dabei zwischen einem federnd gelagerten Andruckbügel und einer Antriebswalze sowie einer Führungsplatte angeordnet.
Es wird eine Erhöhung der Funktionssicherheit beim Vorvereinzeln von Mischpost angestrebt. Aufgabengemäß ist eine Anordnung zu schaffen, die den Briefstapel auflockert und die eine leichte und sichere Trennung der Briefe vom Briefstapel gestattet.
Erfindungsgemäß ist mindestens eine Antriebswalze (1) vorgesehen, die an der Außenkontur mindestens einen sich über die Walzenlänge erstreckenden Vorsprung (11) parallel zur Umdrehungsachse aufweist. Die Hüllkurve der Antriebswalze ragt durch die Öffnung der Führungsplatte so weit, daß mindestens ein Vorsprung (11) aus der Öffnung vorsteht. Durch die hervorstehende Außenkontur werden der Briefstapel genügend aufgerüttelt und die dem Transport entgegenwirkenden Reibungs- und Adhäsionskräfte überwunden.
Die einzuleitende Kraft ist über den Hub der Antriebswalze auf den Briefstapel einstellbar.

The aim is to increase functional reliability when pre-separating mixed mail. According to the task, an arrangement is to be created which loosens the stack of letters and which allows the letters to be separated from the stack of letters easily and securely.
According to the invention, at least one drive roller (1) is provided which has at least one projection (11) extending over the length of the roller parallel to the axis of rotation on the outer contour. The envelope of the drive roller protrudes through the opening of the guide plate so that at least one projection (11) protrudes from the opening. The protruding outer contour shakes the stack of letters sufficiently and overcomes the frictional and adhesive forces that counteract the transport.
The force to be introduced can be adjusted via the stroke of the drive roller on the stack of letters.
