Claims (4)
- Plattenkokille zur Erzeugung von Strängen aus Stahl, mit wassergekühlten Schmalseitenwänden, die zwischen Breitseitenwänden einklemmbar sind, wobei die Breitseitenwänden mindestens drei nebeneinander liegende und voneinander unabhängige Kühlsegmente (11 bis 13, 21 bis 23) aufweisen, symmetrisch zur Mittenachse (1) der Kokille aufgeteilt sind und im Bereich der Kokillenmündung (29) gesonderte Anschlüsse (51, 53, 55) zur unabhängigen Zufuhr eines flüssigen Kühlmediums aufweisen, und mit Einrichtungen zum Verstellen des von den Schmal- und Breitseitenwänden gebildeten Formhohlraums an verschiedene Strangabmessungen sowie des Gießkonus, und mit einer Oszillationseinrichtung, und mit in der dem Strang zugewandten Wandung (16) der Kammern (11-13) vorgesehenen Temperaturfühlern (61), mit denen mindestens die Temperaturdifferenzen zwischen den einzelnen Kammern (11 - 13, 12 - 13) bzw. Zonen (11 - 15) erfaßt werden und Temperaturfühlern (64), die in den Kühlmittelzu - bzw. Ableitungen (51 - 58) angeordnet sind, wobei die Temperaturfühler (61) wie auch die Temperaturfühler (64) mit einem Regler (62) in Verbindung stehen, der über einen Aktuator (63) die Konizität der Schmalseiten (31, 32) steuert und/oder den Abgleich der spezifischen Wärmeströme pro Kammer (11 - 15) bzw. Zone (14, 15) zueinander durch Veränderung der Oszillationsparameter durchführt.
- Plattenkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Kühlsegmente als Kühlkammern (11 bis 13) ausgebildet sind. - Plattenkokille nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die äußeren Kammern (11, 12) der Breitseitenwände baulich gleich aufgebaut sind und dass die mittlere Kammer (13) in weitere in Gießrichtung ausgerichtete Zonen (14, 15) unterteilt ist. - Plattenkokille nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen zur Erzeugung von Dünnbrammen aus Stahl.
